Generally EPC management system was simply management concept through the normal S/W. Our LNG Plant R&D Center wanted to the excellent management system from the S/W. So We developed the R&D management S/W and EPC management S/W Built in the Microsoft Project Server. Our system made to the customer Requirements. It was just User Interface protocol. But User Interface has more Weak position, because it makes from the MS Project Servers. Ms Projector server make easy to treat the project on the WBS. EPC parts mixed WBS and normally Ms SQL Database. It has very complicated Structures. Now We planed to make the general Database and Ms Project Server, It' means to the S/W Developer and Schedule Manager ability. We will successfully integrate R&D management system and EPC system and other softwares.

In recent days, navigation technology becomes more important as location based service (LBS) such as E911 and telematics are considered as attractive business fields. Commercial LBS requires that navigation system should be inexpensive and available anytime and anywhere - indoors and outdoors. If we consider these requirements, it is out of question that GPS is the most favorite system in the world. However, GPS has a serious problem. The one is that GPS does not operate indoors well. This is because GPS satellites are about 20,000km above the ground so that indoor signals are too weak to be tracked in GPS receiver. And the other is that vertical accuracy is less than horizontal accuracy, because of GPS satellites' geometry. To solve these problems, many researches have been done around the world since 1990s. This paper is also one of them and we will introduce an excellent solution by use of pseudolite. Pseudolite is a kind of signal generator, which transmits GPS-like signal. So it is same as GPS satellite in ground. In this paper, we will propose the integrated navigation system of GPS and pseudolite and show the flight test results using RC airplane to proof our navigation system. As a result, we could improve the vertical accuracy of airplane into the horizontal accuracy.

To resolve the knowledge acquisition bottleneck in the expert systems, the connectionist expert systems have been proposed, which facilitate learning capability of neural networks. This paper is to modify Gallant's connectionist expert network so that it can be applied to more general problems : 1) The hidden nodes are added between the input nodes and an output node, so that the back propagation learning algorithm is used instead of perception based Pocket algorithm. 2) Inference engine is thus modified by modeling that a node may have uncertainties due to unknown inputs.

Eco-friendly architecture, generally speaking, is considered as the activity of planting more and designing ponds, therefore many clients and constructors prefer to avoid building so due to initial construction costs. This paper aims to examine the cognition of environmental equipment systems and the applicability of echo-friendly building constructions. We examined the designer's demands of building equipment systems and eco-friendly environment and tried to deduce desirable suggestions for the system. We should solve the fundamentals of economical problems in the construction of eco-friendly buildings and we better think that government should make it a policy to advertise it and to reform the taxation system regarding environment friendly buildings.

This thesis introduce the organization system and office regulation of standardization administrative organization for the change of times, also suggest improvement plan for its effective management. The main improvement plan refer to the standardization administrative organization\`s work, this thesis suggest, 1. Readjustment of national standardization system and effective reorganization for standards information organization. 2. For industrial standards system, the korea industrial standards should be maintained uniform system, So decentralized korea industrial standard at government ,must be unified and maintained to unique policy for its effective improvement. 3. To strengthen with international standards organization, a institutional device, budget funds, and expert should be backed up. 4. For training and education of expert, Refer to the performance of one\`s duty, the proper expert should be chosen and posted. Also, systematic training and education system for expert must be developed, So they can be on duty continuously, Finally, this thesis suggest that the necessity of systematic and unique policy must be established for high position at international area. Since the limitation of data, the future research will be performed for budget funds and personnel setup.

This paper describes the designs and the implementations of two H/W IPSec Systems, look-aside and inline, on TOE (Transport Offloading Engine). These systems aim for guaranteeing the security of datagram networks while preserving the bandwidth of gigabit networks. The TOE offloads a host CPU from network burdens, so that it makes the gigabit wire speed possible, and then deeper level security architecture of the IPSec guarantees the security of gigabit service network dominated by datagram packets. The focus of this paper is to minimize the TOE's performance degradation caused by the computation-oriented IPSec. The look-aside IPSec system provides a significant improvement in the CPU offload of the IPSec cryptography loads. However, the inline system completely offloads the host CPU from whole IPSec loads, providing significant additional cost saving compared to the look-aside system. In this paper, the implementations of TOE cards including commercial IPSec processors are presented. As the result of performance evaluation with the protocol analyzer, we can get the fact that the inline IPSec system is 8 times faster than the S/W system and 2 times faster than the look-aside system.

본 논문은 센서로부터 사용자의 환경정보를 수집하여 상황정보 프로파일을 생성히는 시스템을 제안한다. 본 논문에서는 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경에서의 상황인지에 대한 연구결과를 바탕으로 상황을 분류하고, 상황정보를 모델링하였다. 제안된 시스템은 다양한 일상생활에서 사용자에게 발생할 수 있는 주변환경 정보 및 신체정보를 수집하여, 상황정보 프로파일을 생성함으로써 콘텐츠 적응화 서비스를 지원할 수 있다.

Web Services are rapidity becoming the enabling technology of today's e-business and e-commerce systems, and will soon transform the Web into distributed applications. The aim of this paper is to present our approach in applying Web Services into the Internet transaction banking system. The system is integrated among backend system of banks so that each bank system can communicate with each other in order to perform transactions in transferring money from an account in one bank to an account in the partner bank and vise versa. The backend systems of banks are heterogeneous information systems; therefore it is difficult to build a common environment using existing distributed technologies. Web Services provide a means for different organizations to connect their applications with one another to conduct business across a network in a platform and language independent manner [1]. The paper will examine these benefits of Web Services and apply these features into the Internet banking transaction system regardless of platform, programming languages as well as existing backend system of banks.

In order to care about preserving the environment for future generations, each country has been required to make the laws of the environment. So manufacturers must design, manufacture and sell goods that meet customer's need and must do this while meeting the needs of the environment. In this research we have developed product structure and configuration management system that treats electronic catalogs for recycling of train parts. This research focused on two system. One is JAVA-based electronic catalog that give the information about recycling of train parts. The other is product structure and configuration management system based on electronic catalog and Bill of Materials(B.O.M).

Many companies around the world are applying CMMI to improve the organization's ability to perform projects, and many others are pushing to obtain CMMI certification as more and more of them are offered as preconditions for participation in projects or supply product. Organizations with high maturity such as CMMI Level 4~5, analyze the accumulated R&D data of the organization and establish the performance management model so that R&D performance is continuously managed. So this paper shows the R&D performance management model made by LIGNex1 which is certificated with CMMI Level 5 organization and the case applied to the project, including its effectiveness.
