한국의 아동보호사업에 대한 사회구성주의적 접근과 함의 (Social Constructive Analysis and Implication on the Korean Child Protect System)

  • 본 연구는 아동보호사업에 적용될 수 있는 사회구성주의적 가치에 근거하여 우리나라 아동보호사업의 문제점과 함의를 도출하고자 이루어졌다. 연구문제는 첫째, 아동보호사업에 적용될 수 있는 사회구성주의적 가치를 정리하고, 둘째, 외국의 아동보호사업에서 사회구성주의적 가치를 검토하였으며, 셋째, 사회구성주의적 관점에 근거하여 우리나라의 아동보호사업과 외국의 아동보호사업에 대한 차이와 함의를 제시하고자 하였다. 이러한 연구문제와 관련한 연구의 구성은 다음과 같다. 먼저, 국내외 문헌연구를 통하여 아동보호사업에 적용될 수 있는 사회구성주의적 가치로서 협상과 참여를 도출하였으며, 다른 나라의 아동보호사업에서 참여와 협상의 방법을 법적 제도적 기반 중심으로 평가하였다. 마지막으로, 초점집단토론(focus group interview)을 중심으로 아동보호사업에서 참여와 협상을 통해 민주적 관계의 재구성을 시도해야 한다는 것, 학대자의 참여와 협상을 강제할 법적 근거가 부족한 점, 아동이 협상당사자로 인정받지 못하고 있는 문제, 아동보호와 관련한 법 개정 방향 등을 토론하였다. 이와 같은 내용을 바탕으로 우리나라 아동보호사업에 대한 제언을 제시하였다.

  • This report is explained about test results of carbon dioxide extinguiching system components and pack-age type system (Kits) for automatic fire extinguishing system. A carbon dioxide system may be used to protect one or more hazards or hazards by menas of directional valves. Package system shall be installed to protect hazards within the limitations. The testing program was progressed by three items, external oppearance test, performance test and Total Flooding Fire Extinguishing System test. The object of this report is present the problem which apperar from the analysis of test results.

  • In the commercial transaction sellers use various sales strategies to increase profits, and this kind of sales strategies often causes damage to customers, it, moreover, is true that these examples happen in the electronic commercial market much more than in traditional one because of the characteristics if the electronic commerce. That's why people transact one another without face-to-face meeting in the electronic commerce market, so people one likely to fall for a trick to cheat and deceive. It's no doubt that the frequency of crime is higher than in face-to-face market. For that reason Cooling Off System, Consumer Compensation Insurance, Mutual Aid Association and Billing Payment Deposit System are in force the law related electronic commerce to protect customers' rights. In this paper it will be discussed about the periods of Cooling Off System and a received commodity notice of the Billing Payment Deposit System. Regarding these periods seven days for Cooling Off period and three days for a received commodity notice period are stipulated under the law of related electronic commerce to protect customers' rights, But each period has to be differentiated depending on each goods for this period to be reasonable and proper. Therefore in this study it will be focused on these facts and each period will be classified by the goods' purpose of purchase and quality.

  • The safe operation of electro railways is greatly dependant on its protective systems. The system so-called Fault Protection Wire(FW) is now widely adapted to protect in AT feeding systems. It is connected between the feeder and trolley circuit to return the fault current to autotransfonmers at substation. This paper computed the distribution of fault currents at FW in the system and also evaluated the safety from electric shock when ground fault or flashover occur in the feeding system. The results show FW is useful to protect power supply network from fault in electric railways

  • In electrical machinery and apparatus, the most important problem is protect of machinery and apparatus in duo to transient phenomena and overload on operation. Particularly by advanced technology of late, there is demand for low cost of equipments and high percentage of use of equipments. Therefore, protection of machinery and apparatus in condition of overload is more valued considering that all efficiency increase is passed by operating all machinery and apparatus in condition of heavyload. In this paper, the suggested system is add overload protect system using CT in condition of overload.

  • 이 연구는 U-City기반시설보호를 위한 관련 법제도의 정비 방향을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 해외 기반 시설보호체계와 국내의 U-City법을 비롯한 관련 법제도에 대해 분석하고, 산 학 연 전문가를 대상으로 설문조사를 수행하여 U-City기반시설보호와 관련된 문제점을 도출하였다. 이를 바탕으로 U-City기반시설보호를 위한 관련 지침 제정, U-City기반시설보호 의무화, U-City기반시설보호를 위한 전담조직 구성, 지능화된 시설 보호를 위한 관련 법제도 개정 및 U-City기반시설보호 보호시스템 구축 등의 U-City기반시설보호를 위한 법제도 정비방향을 제시하였다.

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to research to protect to loss of chrome-plating of small arms barrel on high temperature in order to extend its life expectency. Methods: The reason why chrome-plating dropped out is main material is weak from heat. Therfore, to make barrel of small arms have higher heat-resistant property, nitriding for barrel before chrome-plating is needed and test of that barrel was handled to improve it. Results: Nitriding before chrome-plating is useful to protect to chrome-plating loss on high temperature. Conclusion: To protect loss of chome-plating of small arms barrel during on firing, pre-nitriding on barrel is effective finally it leads to extend to barrel's life expectency.

  • The cyber attacks on the computer system in nowadays are focused on works that do not operate specific application. The main key point that we protect information security system has an access control to keep an application. Most of system has a main function to protect an infrastructure such as hardware, network and operating system. In this paper, we have presented an intrusion tolerance system that can service an application in spite of cyber attacks. The proposed system is based on the middle ware integrating security mechanism and separate function of application and intrusion tolerance. The main factor we use security system in nowadays is service to keep a persistency. The proposed intrusion tolerance system is applicable to such as medical, national defense and banking system.
