멀티에이젼트 기술의 배전자동화시스템 적용방안 (Multi-Agent System and its Applications to the Distribution Automation System)

  • This paper presents benefits of multi-agent system approach and its application to the distribution automation system. Special attention is devoted to the description of hardware and communication platform used to upgrade the conventional distribution automation system structure. Service restoration of primary distribution system is selected as an example of the multi-agent system application. Application of the algorithm for multi-agent based service restoration technique is disclosed in detail. Real field test in Gochang test center of KEPCO has been performed to establish the feasibility of proposed technique.

  • This paper introduces the combined test results of the traction system for KHST(Korean High Speed Train: hereafter refer to KHST). The main purpose of this combined test is to verify the performance of the traction system that is designed to operate up to maximum 350km/h speed. Combined test system consists of a traction transformer, two AC-DC PWM converters, a PWM Inverter, two traction motors and flywheel system. Flywheel system represents equivalent model of the train inertia. Also traction control system and MASCON Interfaces are included. Various kinds of experiments are performed to prove total traction system performance and detail waveforms are described

소형 무인헬기를 이용한 항공방제기술(V) -테일 로터부의 구성- (Aerial Application using a Small RF Controlled Helicopter (V) - Tail Rotor System -)

  • In this study, a tail rotor system for an agricultural RF controlled helicopter was developed and tested. This study concluded the mechanical development of the 'Agro-heli' by completing the tail rotor system and its radio console. The RF control system was closely related with the tail system for the control of flying attitude. The thrust of the tail system balance off the reaction torque, created by the main rotor. Lifting tests with and without the tail system were compared for estimating the consumption of power. The tail system would use $4{\sim}5%$ of the total power which was in an acceptable range. Flying performance and attitude was visually inspected. It showed reliable and safe control during the distance flying trials and could be adapted for utilization in aerial applications. Aerial application using an RF controlled agricultural helicopter may make precise and timely spraying possible.

  • This study is to research application cases of domestic ventilation system for developing ventilation system which is energy-saving and improve Indoor Air Quality and to research application possibility of foreign hybrid ventilation system. This is a basic research data of developing ventilation system for energy saying and improving indoor quality which that research the function and a feature of the ventilation system which is applied in five domestic skyscrapers over 30 floors, and research application instances and features of foreign hybrid ventilation system.

Research on the Application of Load Balancing in Educational Administration System

  • Load balancing plays a crucial role in ensuring the stable operation of information management systems during periods of high user access requests; therefore, load balancing approaches should be reasonably selected. Moreover, appropriate load balancing techniques could also result in an appropriate allocation of system resources, improved system service, and economic benefits. Nginx is one of the most widely used loadbalancing software packages, and its deployment is representative of load-balancing application research. This study introduces Nginx into an educational administration system, builds a server cluster, and compares and sets the optimal cluster working strategy based on the characteristics of the system, Furthermore, it increases the stability of the system when user access is highly concurrent and uses the Nginx reverse proxy service function to improve the cluster's ability to resist illegal attacks. Finally, through concurrent access verification, the system cluster construction becomes stable and reliable, which significantly improves the performance of the information system service. This research could inform the selection and application of load-balancing software in information system services.

  • 악성 소프트웨어로 인한 피해가 나날이 급증하면서, 컴퓨터 사용자가 보안상 안전하게 사용할 수 있는 환경이 필수적으로 요구되고 있다. 일반적인 백신 프로그램은 악성코드가 실행된 이후에 이를 탐지한다. 이러한 백신 프로그램은 알려진 악성코드에 대해서는 효율적인 결과를 보이지만, 실행 전 응용 소프트웨어에 포함되어 있는 악성코드의 검출에 대해서는 그 기능이 없거나 부족한 실정이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 응용 소프트웨어의 실행 전 악성코드의 유무를 판단하기 위해 응용소프트웨어의 안전성 검증 시스템을 제안한다. 제안하는 안전성 검증 시스템은 악성코드의 흐름 유형을 파악하여 소프트웨어가 실행되기 전 이를 탐지함으로서 악성코드로 인해 일어날 수 있는 피해를 줄일 수 있는 계기가 될 것으로 사료된다.

  • The increase in the number of smartphone users has recently been steep, which started to offer companies and individuals more opportunities to enter into a new business field. Furthermore, the smartphone applications have become one of the hottest topics inside and outside the mobile industry. Still the market is in its infancy and intention to pay of charged application of most smartphone users is relatively low. However, rate of charged application in appstore is expected to be increase steadily for some years to come. In this perspective, it is important to consider the smartphone mobile application. Research on smartphone application is still in its early stage. Thus, the purpose of this study is to find what are the effective factors on user satisfaction and intention to pay of mobile application. Based on information system success model, we proposed system quality(stability, usability, security), information quality(timeliness, accuracy, enjoyment) and service quality(reactivity, reliability, empathy) as factors to effect on user satisfaction in mobile application. The results showed that stability, usability, timeliness, accuracy, enjoyment, reactivity and empathy affected significantly user satisfaction. The relationship among satisfaction and intention to pay of mobile application was significantly supported. The implications of the findings is that firms and individual developers of mobile application should focus on customer retention through enhancing satisfaction and quality.

분산전원이 도입된 배전계통에 초전도한류기 적용에 따른 과전류계전기 동작향상 연구 (Study on Improvement of Overcurernt Relay (OCR)'s Operation Due to Application of Superconducting Fault Current Limiter (SFCL) in Power Distribution System with a Dispersed Generation)

  • Due to the introduction of various types of dispersed generations (DGs) with larger capacity in a power distribution system, the short-circuit current is expected to be increased, which more requires for the effective fault current limiting methods. As one of the promising countermeasures, the superconducting fault current limiter (SFCL) has been noticed. However, the decreased fault current by SFCL affects the operation of the overcurrent relay (OCR), representative protective device in a power distribution system. In this paper, the operation of the overcurrent relay due to the application of a SFCL in a power distribution system with DG linked by its bus line was analysed through the short-circuit tests. To analyze the effect of the SFCL application in a power distribution system with DG, the experimental simulated circuits were designed and the short-circuit tests for the power distributed system assembled with the DG, the OCR and the SFCL were carried out. Through the analysis on the short-circuit tests, the application of the SFCL in a power distribution system with DG could be confirmed to be contributed to the operational improvement of overcurrent relay.

  • Software development of large scale program such as Operating System or University Total Information System is lengthy and costly process. In order to reduce cost, time and risk, there is currentry general acceptance of the need for Software Reuse System during the whole development cycles. In this paper, (from a practical point of view), the problem of existing reuse system methodology is analyzed and an implement method of software reuse system is presented. Also using this method Application Program Reuse System(APRS) which supports all phase of software life cycles is designed and implemented. This application program reuse system which is based on common language is considerably shown to reduce communication Error of requirement specification between systems analyst and end-user.

  • Through the recent innovative development of information technology Enterprises have applied ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning)system to their company for piling up their management system efficiency. At present the range of its application has been expanded to small and medium enterprises gradually since the ERP system was mainly applied to the large companies. Usually the small and medium enterprises have lower understanding for information management system comparatively than for production system and mostly they do not prepare their own efficient information strategies for the future. In this study, as the ERP system can bring the most efficient results in case it is properly applied to the character of their company we will analyze the character of small and medium enterprises and suggest an appropriate and efficient ERP application strategy to their management system.
