In this study, we report the room temperature synthesis and luminescence properties of white-light-emitting Rb(V,P)$O_3$. The vanadate phosphor, RbV$O_3$, was synthesized by simple mixing of $RbCO_3$ and $V_2O_5$ at room temperature in air. New direct room temperature solidstate reaction is a cost-effective method to synthesize the above luminescent materials.

The problem of production of new materials based on polyheteroarylenes and other polymers combining good mechanical and dielectric properties. radiation and chemical stability with heat- and thermal stability is related with the development of efficient synthesis technique of starting low-molecular compounds. Alicyclic dianhydrides are believed to be the promising monomers to synthesize various polymers.

In this paper, a simple method is presented to synthesize a transfer function from experimentally obtained gain and phase data. The method we offer here is based on the previous method given by M.Hassul etc. [1], where they proposed relevant formulas in a straightforward manner so that undergraduate students could follow the development more easily. This method, however, inevitably is accompanied by a significant difference between the real and identified model especially in the low frequency region. We solve this problem by introducing a new weighting function that can be determined by using the additive uncertainty of the Identified transfer function.

The purpose of this paper is to find an efficient solution for multiple constant multiplication (MCM) problem. Since the circuit structure can be represented as a directed acyclic graph, evolutionary computing is considered as an effective tool for optimization of circuit synthesis. In this paper, we propose a stack type operator as a chromosome element to synthesize a directed acyclic graph efficiently. This type of chromosome can represent a graph structure with a set of simple symbols and so we can employ the similar method to a conventional GA.

Flexibility has become a key objectives in the design of manufacturing systems and a critical measure of total manufacturing performance. The need for flexibility is increasing due to some environmental change such as changing technical characteristics of the products and the changing nature of market demands. Most importantly, flexibility embodies competitive value for a manufacturer. Although the importance of flexibility has stressed in the various research, very few attempts have been made to synthesize the literature dealing with definitions and measure of flexibility. It is this issue that have motivated us to search for the definition and classification of flexibility.

In this study, we have reported an organic-inorganic hybrid membrane, which exhibits an asymmetric structure consisted of a carbonized skin layer and a polyimide porous substructure, to synthesize a novel gas separation membrane combining high gas permeability and selectivity. Both the gas permeability and selectivity of the carbonized layer significantly enhanced when compared with those determined in the control polyimide.

Meta-analysis methods are becoming a central part of research integration in behavioral and medical science studies. The main goal of the meta-analysis is combining the quantitative findings from several studies which address the same research problem and is sharing conclusions in a published report. The purpose of this research is to develop meta-analysis approach to evaluate effectiveness of instructional program design to improve school-age children's knowledge and understanding of Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS). To achieve this purpose, meta-analysis is applied to analyze and synthesize findings for AIDS instructional programs from several prior studies.

Whereas earlier research on information seeking efforts focused on system related concepts and observer constructs. the recent literature reflects a move toward user consturcts. The purpose of the study is to review, analyze and synthesize the various models on information seeking. The study suggests that the practice of intermediares can be both more efficient and effective if it is based on the conceptual assumptions that undergird the cognitive factors: systems designs or software access will also benefit if these cognitive factors are built into the information system as centeral design features.

In this work a PMTA(poly m-phenylene terephthal amide) polymer was synthesized by using new solvent to produce film composite. This Film composite membrane based on PMTA were prepared with 1,3-phenylenediamine(MPD), terephthaloyl chloride (TPC) and Co-solvent (NMP with added $CaCl_2$) was adopted for synthesize PMTA polymer. A series of synthetic experiments were done, aimed to find the optimum condition of polymerization.

In this paper, articulatory simulator 'Artsim' is used as a tool for the experiments to examine the articulatory characteristics of 6 different vowels. Each vowels are defined by some articulatory points from their vocal tract area functions and shapes of tongues. Each points are varied systematically to synthesize vowels and the synthesized sound is evaluated by human listners. Finally distributions of each vowels within vowel space is obtained. From the experimental results it is verified that our articulatory simulator can be used effectively to investigate the articulatory characteristics of speech.
