This study examined the special features and domestic status of the shared-house from the increasing number of single-person households, and also studied demand characteristics of the shared-house targeting young single-person household. Moreover, it found affecting factors of residential inclination on the shared-house with the binary logic model. Some of field research and interviews for the survey were conducted, and the analyzed result from this study as follows: Firstly, the domestic shared-house, introduced between the end of 2012 and early 2013, has been rapidly increased and has some features such as decreasing in housing expenses and increasing in social interaction. Secondly, the demand for shared-house by residential experience of single-person household differs according to the demographic characteristics. Thirdly, the factors that affect residential inclination of shared-house are character types, community life experience, awareness, and need for shared house.

Objective: This study aimed to investigate the demand for natural environment therapy among parents of patients with atopic dermatitis. Methods: The questionnaire-based survey was conducted on the parents of 310 patients with atopic dermatitis (158 male and 152 female, median age 8 years, ranging from 2 to 21 years). The questionnaire consisted of 10 questions including demographic information, preference of environmental therapy and related choices. Results: Regardless of illness severity or gender, parents agreed with the importance of environmental therapy in treatment for atopic dermatitis. 55.2% of parents had considered moving to the countryside for their children with atopic dermatitis. 74.5% of parents answered positively to the possibility of movement to an atopy-free village, and this rate was significantly higher in parents of patients with severe symptoms (p < 0.05). Educational facilities and eco-environment were considered to be the most important factors in their decision. In addition, parents opted for organic food cooperatives, which was also felt necessary for their children suffering from atopic dermatitis. Conclusions: This study is the first report suggesting the extent of demand for environmental therapies among patients with atopic dermatitis. This information will be helpful in developing therapeutics using the natural environment in Korean medicine.

New cities and industrial complexes are being developed actively according to the government's policy. To determine the size of investment, number of power lines and substations for stable power supply to newly developed industrial complexes, the accurate estimation of power demand is necessary. "The standards for the estimation of power demands in newly developed residential and industrial complexes" established by KEPCO in 1991 have been used up to now. But the background for the estimation of power demands is weak and the accuracy has not been verified. Also, it has been passed above 10 years since their establishment and the social & economic situations have changed a lot, which requires an urgent revision. Through this survey and analysis of existing areas, new standards that will enable more accurate estimation of power demands in new cities and industrial complexes to be developed in the future are established by calculating the some kinds of power demand factors.

The objective of this study is to provide new direction on house design in consideration of the user's life pattern. To this end, pc usage status at home, demand for pc using space, and requirements for pc room interior were analyzed. A survey was taken by parents and the SPSS win.10 was applied for analysis. The survey was conducted for 2 months, starting May 2004 to see the computer usage at home, demand and satisfaction for the computer's room. The results of this study were as follows; The oldest son or daughter in a family was the main user of the computer, posting 71%. 42percent of respondents said they used the pc in their son's and daughter's room while 36% answered living room. It reflects that the whole family want to use the pc in their sharing room, or for their children's convenience. Currently, inconvenience of space-related constraints for using the pc was not that high, which possibly stems from a lack of awareness of inconvenience in using the pc. However, the need for furniture and space for refreshment was suggested. Through this study, it is expected that new housing designs need to be made to reflect these requirements into interior design and building plan for user's convenience.

The region trunk line railroad route considering regional characters is the final aim of railroad management to operators and passengers. For reflecting these aspect to make policies, The study has been performed by defining and analyzing the informations. According to the methodological and political research, First of all, The feature for demand and supply of railroad in the region trunk line railroad route is that demand aspect was excessively influenced by supply aspect. The demand sensitivity was measured very high on the supply changes. The survey, Containing the regional characters, result the railway and bus use patterns are clearly different and this feature is simiral to that of janghang and pohang district. also, In railroad case, Demand shifts from railroad to other transport sensitively. Therefore, We make some new index besides existing index, which like to management index, rate of boarding, rate of using. After that, We suggest passengers and operator's win-win alternatives.

This paper examines the impact of reliability on consumers' demand for environmentally friendly agricultural products using ordered logit model. We survey 100 housewives living in the capital region and five metropolitian cities cross sectional data in 2007. This paper especially estimates the impact of instrumental factor, such as history tracking system, provision of information, safety assurance and labelling of brands on the consumers' demand. The main results show that provision of information and safety assurance affect consumers' demand more confident than others. In order to motivate consumers to buy more environmentally friendly agricultural products, the safety should be assured and more information on production and marketing channel should be labelled.

가구의 지속적인 승용차 보유 증가로 인한 승용차 이용 증대는 교통부문에서의 온실가스 감축 목표 달성에 큰 장애요인으로 작용하고 있다. 특히 가구의 승용차 통행수요는 가구원수, 가구소득, 거주지역 등 다양한 가구특성에 의해 결정되기 때문에 이러한 가구특성 변수들이 승용차 통행수요에 미치는 영향, 즉, 가구의 승용차 통행수요에 대한 탄력성 분석이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 1995부터 2007년까지의 가계동향조사 자료를 활용하여 가상패널자료를 구축하고, 이 자료를 토대로 패널모형을 추정하여 가구의 승용차 통행수요에 대한 장 단기 가격 및 소득탄력성을 추정하였다. 실증분석결과, 승용차 통행수요의 단기 가격탄력성은 0.2974~0.4280, 장기 가격탄력성은 0.4087~0.6275로 분석되었고, 단기 소득탄력성은 0.3364~0.6281, 장기 소득탄력성은 0.7098로 분석되었다. 본 연구에서 도출된 승용차 통행수요에 대한 장 단기 가격 및 소득탄력성 추정결과는 향후 교통수요관리 정책의 효과를 분석하는 데 정량적 기초자료로서 활용될 수 있다고 판단된다.

현재 유비쿼터스 서비스에 대한 국민들의 인지도는 상당한 수준에 이르렀다. 하지만 정작 이러한 u-서비스는 수요자가 아닌 공급자 위주로 이루어지고 있다. 이를 보완하고자 일반인을 대상으로 하여 u-서비스에 대한 온라인 설문조사를 진행하였다. 설문조사는 교통, 보건/의료, 환경/도시관리, 문화/교육, 행정, 산업 분야의 서비스에 대한 필요도를 묻는 5지선다형의 24문항으로 구성되었다. 총 2,463명이 참여하였고, 이들을 연령, 지역, 학력, 성별로 분류하여 각 집단이 원하는 서비스 분야를 연구하였다. 유비쿼터스 서비스에 대한 전반적인 수요는 남성이 여성보다 높았으며, 연령이 많아질수록 높아지는 경향이 있었다.

Background: This study analyzes the effects of the individual's health behavior on the health and the medical demand for the management of health and medical expenses. Methods: This study uses the Korea Health Panel Survey data from 2010 to 2015. We utilize the panel ordered logit model and the panel Tobit model with the subjective health status and the medical expenses as the dependent variables. Results: Chronic diseases would cause the deterioration of his or her health and the increase in medical expenses. Smoking and drinking alcohol would deteriorate one's health. The total amount of cigarettes increases medical expenses. Exercises could make people healthier, whereas excessive exercise might increase medical expenses. Private health insurance would increase medical expenses. Conclusion: Since health could reduce the medical expenses, people should promote one's health by changing one's behavior for health.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the concept, the necessity, and the increase of popularity of multi-habitation, a new life style in which inhabitants in urban areas reside in primarily condominiums during weekdays and retreat to dwellings in rural areas on the weekends. This paper also focuses on finding implication messages from analyzing the demand of multi-habitation in a survey which was conducted for 735 people who live in Seoul and the surrounding metropolitan areas in July 2009. Analysis of literature shows that based on five aspects (population structure, social economy, lifestyle, tourism, and housing market) this dynamic lifestyle, multi-habitation, is believed to be common in South Korea, and may increase in popularity in the near future. The results of the survey illustrate that the respondents show high interest in multi-habitation, and their most preferred locations are the green areas around the Seoul metropolitan area, which are one to two hours away by car. Moreover, regarding the participants' preferences in rural areas they were classified into three groups; those who want to reside in a nature environment, those who want to reside near family and in a close community, and those who want to reside in an environment that has essential facilities and easy accessibility.
