A survey on the relation between the employees' viewpoint with knowledge management and cultural intelligence among the employees working in Social Security Organization of Ardabil

  • This study has reviewed the "A survey on the relation between the employees' viewpoint with knowledge management and cultural intelligence among the employees working in Social Security Organization of Ardabil". The present study is functional in terms of objective and the method is descriptive and survey. This has asked the others' ideas and viewpoints concerning a specific subject and has analyzed them. About the nature and the method used, the present research is of correlation research. The population applied in this research includes all employees working in Social Security Organization of Ardabil consisting of 400. The method used for sampling is simple random sampling. To collect the information in the first step of the research the library method has been used. In this research the data has been collected through standard questionnaires. Then, via descriptive and inferential statistics the research data has been characterized and regarding the spatial scaling of the measurement to test the hypothesis the, correlation analysis of Pearson has been used and also to specify the reliability of the questionnaire the Chronbach's Alpha has been taken in use and the SPSS software to analyze the data also. The findings resulted from the study showed that there is a significant relation between the factors concerning employees' efficiency with knowledge management and the cultural intelligence and all hypotheses was confirmed.

  • [ $\ulcorner$ ]국민건강 영양조사$\lrcorner$는 건강면접 및 보건의식 형태조사, 영양조사, 검진조사로 구성되며 국민의 주관적 객관적 건강상태, 건강에 관한 의식 및 형태와 식품섭취현황 등 건강과 관련되는 제반 사항을 종합적이고 다각적으로 파악하는 것을 목적으로 실시된다. 이 조사는 1998년부터 3년 주기로 시행되고 있는데 현재 제3기 조사 통계가 공표되었으며, 2007년부터 2009년에 걸쳐 질병관리본부 주관으로 제4기 조사가 진행될 예정이다. 본 연구는 질병관리본부에서 결정한 대로 연중에 상시적으로 조사를 수행하고, 매년 국가단위 통계를 생산할 수 있도록 제4기 국민건강 영양조사를 위한 새로운 표본을 설계하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 연구의 가장 큰 특징은 국내 최초로 순환표본조사(rolling sampling survey)의 개념을 도입한 것이다. 조사여건을 고려할 때 일시에 훈련된 조사요원을 확보하는 것이 어려우므로 수준 높은 조사요원들이 상시적으로 조사를 수행할 수 있게 하도록 함으로써 조사의 품질을 담보할 수 있게 하는 순환조사 방식을 도일하는 것이 바람직하다. 이렇게 하면 측정자 간의 변동을 최소화시킬 수 있으며, 우리나라의 조사 여건을 충분히 감안한 효과적인 조사가 가능할 것으로 기대된다.

Downtown Area Cadastral Boundary Surveying Using Real-time GPS/GLONASS Combination

  • To manage national territory and cadastral data efficiently, accuracy and cost-efficiency in cadastral boundary surveying is inevitable. The efficient management of cadastral data is a very important element in national land management. Survey techniques are being introduced. Recently, improvements in survey techniques have been made with the development of satellite surveying, Allowing accurate and fast surveys. If we can calculate the output accurately in real-time in survey fields, it will open a new method in cadastral detail surveying. According to the classification on Law of cadastral surveying, Cadastral surveying can be divided into cadastral control point surveying and cadastral detail surveying. The control point survey can be divided into cadastral triangulation surveying and cadastral traverse surveying. The detailed survey is usually perform by plane surveying. Among these, cadastral detail surveying will be reviewed in this study. In this study, the combination of the satellites, such as US managed GPS and Russian managed GLONASS was used. In the satellite survey in downtown, data interruption symptoms arose(according to the mask angle of the satellite). Therefore; we combined the satellites to get date more accurately. A block of Haewoondae New City in Busan, Korea, which has Numerical Cadastral Law was selected as the sample area for this study. Block II and III are surrounded by high rise apartments. One side of Block I and IV is level ground and the other side is full of high rise apartments. Especially, Block II is surrounded by high rise apartment houses with 20 meters width. In the results of the study Block II did not satisfy the allowable precision, while Block I, II and IV satisfied the allowable precision of the enforcement regulations of Cadastral Law. Therefore, it is judged that the traditionally used Total Station method should be used for supplementary survey on Block II, in stead.

기관패널 표집설계를 통한 훈련 교·강사 실태조사 방안 연구 (A Study on the Survey of Vocational Training Teachers and Instructors through Institutional Panel Sampling Design)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 훈련 교·강사를 모집단으로 데이터 기반 의사결정을 위한 토대를 마련하고자 직업훈련기관 수준에서의 패널조사 표집설계 방안을 제시하여 지속적이고 체계적인 훈련 교·강사 실태조사의 기초를 제공하는데 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 체계적인 조사 설계를 위한 요소인 목표 모집단과 표본추출틀을 제안하였으며, 전문가 자문과 실증 자료 분석을 토대로 데이터의 대표성, 자료 수집의 효율성 및 지속가능성 등을 종합적으로 고려하여 표본추출단위, 외층변인과 내층변인을 고려한 표본추출방법 등을 제시하였다. 연구 결과 패널의 단위를 직업훈련기관으로 하여 패널로 선정된 기관과 그 기관에 소속된 훈련 교·강사가 설문조사에 참여할 수 있도록 2단계 층화 비례 표집 방안을 마련하였으며, 이를 바탕으로 패널조사 표본 설계 방안에 대한 시사점을 제시하였다.

Geodetic Survey Campaigns and Maintenance Plan for KASS Reference Station Antenna Coordinates

  • The Korea Augmentation Satellite System (KASS) system is a Satellite Based Augmentation System (SBAS) under development to provide APV-I SBAS service in the Republic of Korea. The KASS ground segment generates correction and integrity information for GPS measurements of KASS users using the accurate positions of KASS Reference Station (KRS) antenna phase centers. For this reason, the accuracy of KRS reference points through geodetic survey campaigns is one of the important factors for providing the KASS service in compliance with the required navigation performance. In order to obtain accurate positions, two geodetic survey campaigns were performed at several reference points, such as Mark, Center of Mast at Ground Level (CMGL), and Center of Hole in Top Plate (CHTP), of each KRS site using three different survey methods, the Virtual Reference Station (VRS), Flächen Korrektur Parameter (FKP), and raw data post-processing methods. By comparing and analyzing the results, the computed coordinates of the reference points were verified and Antenna Phase Center (APC) positions were calculated using KRS Antenna Reference Point (ARP) data, and the first KASS Site Acceptance Test (SAT#1) was performed successfully using the verified APC coordinates. After the first site survey activities, the KASS operators should maintain the coordinates with the required performance such that the overall KASS navigation performance commitment is guaranteed during the lifetime of 15 years. Therefore, the maintenance plan for the KRS antenna coordinates should be developed before the commissioning of KASS operation planned after 2023. Therefore, this paper presents a geodetic survey method selected for the maintenance activities and provides the rationale for using this method.

항만과 수로의 제한속력 설정 모델 개발에 관한 연구(I) - 제한속력 설정을 위한 고려요소 식별 - (Development of the Speed Limit Model for Harbour and Waterway(I) - Considerations Discrimination for Speed Limit Decision -)

  • 본 연구는 제한속력 설정 모델 개발을 위한 1차 연구로서 제한속력 설정 시 고려요소에는 어떤 것이 있으며, 각 요소별 중요도는 얼마나 되는지에 대한 연구의 결과이다. 고려요소 식별과 중요도 산정을 위해 델파이(Delphi)기법과 AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)기법을 이용하였다. 델파이 설문은 3차에 걸쳐 수행하였고 3차에 걸친 설문을 통해 5개 상위요소(Level 1)와 23개 하위요소(Level 2)가 식별되었다. 3차 델파이 설문과정에서 내용타당도비율(CVR)값이 0.4~1.0 범위에 있으면 제한속력 설정 시 고려요소로서 반영하였고 0.4 미만의 값은 고려요소에서 제외하였다. 2차 델파이 설문과정에서 33개 고려요소가 식별되었으나 3차 설문을 통해 23개 항목으로 축소되었다. 델파이 3차 분석을 통해 얻은 23개 항목을 대상으로 AHP 설문을 수행하였다. AHP 설문 결과, 5개 상위요소(Level 1)에 대한 중요도는 교통조건이 가장 중요한 요소로 평가되었고, 선박조건, 항로조건, 자연조건, 외부지원 및 기타 조건 순으로 평가되었다. 23개 하위요소 중에서 시정이 가장 중요(1위)하다고 평가되었으며, 선박조종성능, 항로 내 수중장애물, 교통량 및 밀도, 통항선박간 거리, 타효가능속력, 조류 순으로 평가되었다.

정보이론을 이용한 농촌마을 권역화 연구 (Classification of Rural Villages Using Information Theory)

  • Classification results of rural villages provide useful information about rural village characteristics to select similar villages in rural development project; many researches about regional classification have been practiced. Recently rural amenity was introduced as an alternative for rural development, and rural villages have been surveyed to find potential resources for rural development by 'Rural Amenity Resources Survey Project'. Accumulated information through this survey project could be used to classify rural villages. However existing rural classification method using statistical data is not efficient method to use rural amenity resources information described with text. We introduced Information Bottleneck Method (IBM) based on information theory and implemented this method to classification with rural amenity resources information of Yanggang-myen, Yeongdong-gun in Chungbuk province.

어장·어촌과 연계한 지방어항건설사업의 평가분석 (The Evaluation Analysis of the Local Fishing Port Construction Project in Connection with Fishery and Fishing Village)

  • The government has promoted the local fishing port construction project since 1972 for conquest of the crisis of the fishing village by withering of a fishery, the improvement in fishermen's living environment and quality of life, and promotion of fisheries. In order to estimate the local fishing port construction project objective and synthetically, and to grope for the method proposal of system establishment of the project, the monitoring survey was carried out. The monitoring survey was classified into the program and the performance monitoring. The program monitoring was carried out in order to investigate the project fit for the inhabitants of a fishing village. The performance monitoring was carried out in order to investigate the development latent powers, fishery latent powers, tourism latent powers of a fishing village, rural settlement conditions, etc. using various statistical materials. Since investigating the measured value before executing a policy was not completed, the project effect was compared with the measured value of other areas. According to the local fishing port construction project, the development latent powers, fishery latent powers, and tourism latent powers of the fishing village where the project was undertaken improved greatly, and income of the fishing village increased greatly. As a result of comparing project fit in order to evaluate the project, the project fit of the local fishing port construction project area was higher than the non-project area. Desirable method proposal of monitoring survey was established and the method for raising the efficiency of monitoring survey was extracted.

소규모 지역에서 수치지도의 위치정확도 향상 방안에 관한 연구 (The Improvement Method of Position Accuracy of Digital-Map in Small Area)

  • NGIS 사업으로 구축된 1/1,000 수치지도의 활용이 급증하면서 이를 활용하기에 앞서 수치지도의 위치정확도 검증이라는 문제가 대두되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 학교 시설물관리시스템 구축에 기반이 되는 소규모 지역에 대한 1/1,000 수치지도의 위치 정확도를 평가하고, 위치오차가 발생한 지역에 대한 수치지도 수정/갱신 방안을 제시하였다. RTK방법으로 교내 주요건물에 대한 위치오차를 평가해 볼 때, 측량관계법령에서 규정하고 있는 0.5mm 보다 크게 나타났다. 이에 대한 위치정확도 확보방안으로 먼저, 교내에 Static 측량을 실시하여 측량기준점을 선정한 후 기준점으로부터 주요건물에 대한 좌표값을 평가하여 RTK 방법으로 측량한 좌표값과 비교하였다. 두 번째로는 지도를 변환하였으며 그 결과를 RTK 측량성과와 비교하였다. 첫 번째 방법과 두 번째 방법을 검토하여 소규모 적합한 수치지도 위치정확도 확보방안을 제시하였다.

델파이 기법에 의한 한국 성인의 식습관 조사용 설문지 개발 (Development of a Questionnaire for Dietary Habit Survey of Korean Adults)

  • Objectives: The purposes of the study were to develop a questionnaire for dietary habit survey for Korean adults, and unify the terms related to dietary habits. Methods: The Delphi method by 43 professionals on dietary habit research was applied to unify the terms. Results: With regard to results on terms related to dietary habit, the respondents recorded the highest percentage (90.7%) of selecting the term "dietary habits" and also the highest percentage (76.7%) of choosing "dietary habits" for English. The biggest percentage of the respondents chose "individual dietary behaviors repeatedly formed and habitualized under the social, cultural, and psychological influence in the group" as the concept of dietary habits. The Delphi survey for the development of a questionnaire resulted in the first questionnaire of 31 items, the second one of 27 items, and the third one of 25 items. The validity of questionnaire items was tested with content validity ratios (CVR). The items whose CVR value was 0.29 or lower were eliminated or revised, because the minimum CVR value needed to test validity was 0.29. To test the reliability of questionnaire items, test-retest method was performed in 163 adults. According to the Kappa coefficient in the range of 0.314-0.716, all of the 25 items were in the reliability scope. A survey was taken with 702 adults to finally revise and supplement the third questionnaire whose validity and reliability were tested. Conclusions: Through those processes, a questionnaire for adults' dietary habit survey was finally completed. The significance of the study lies in the development of the first questionnaire on dietary habits equipped with both validity and reliability in South Korea.
