VLAD 관리도의 설계 (Design of Variable Life-Adjusted Display (VLAD) Charts)

  • 현대 사회에서 건강관리와 공중보건 분야의 이상원인 탐지와 감시를 위하여 관리도 기법을 많이 사용하고 있다 예를 들어, 외과의사의 수술 수행성과의 변화나 만성병과 전염병 등의 비율 변화를 탐지하는데 관리도를 사용할 수 있다. 이 논문에서는 건강관리와 공중보건 분야에서 많이 사용하는 VLAD (variable life-adjusted display) 관리도를 소개하고, 이 관리도에서 관리한계선을 설정하는 방법을 제안하였다.

  • Communication technologies hold a significant place in the swarm flight of drones for surveillance, inspection of disasters and calamities, entertainment performances, and drone collaborations. A GCS(ground control station) for the control of drone swarms needs its devoted communication method to control a large number of drones at the same time. General drone controllers control drones by connecting transmitters and drones in 1:1. When such an old communication method is employed to control many drones simultaneously, problems can emerge with the control of many transmitter modules connected to a GCS and frequency interference among them. This study implemented a transmitter controller to control many drones simultaneously with a communication chip of 2.4GHz ISM band and a Cortex M4-based board. It also designed a GCS to control many transmitter controllers via a network. The hierarchical method made it possible to control many more drones. In addition, the problem with frequency interference was resolved by implementing a time- and frequency-sharing method, controlling many drones simultaneously, and adding the frequency hopping feature. If PPM and S.BUS protocol features are added to it, it will be compatible with more diverse transmitters and drones.

  • Wireless Sensor Network(WSN) has been very popular in unattended surveillance systems recently. For Applying WSN into Building Automation system(BAS), a novel hierarchial network structure and static routing algorithm which eliminates the scalability limitation of Zigbee are proposed in this paper. The static routing algorithm relying on the hierarchial network address reduces the computational complexity to a great extent and has a real-time performance which satisfies urgent applications well.

To assure the quality of drugs, the drug companies should comply with GMP guidelines and regulatory authorities should assess their compliance. In this article, I want to review the definition of drugs as well as the quality surveillance system. To be controlled as drugs, they ought to have their own specifications and test methods. 중국 해상법집행기관조직 개편과 한·중 해양협력 (China's Reorganization of Maritime Law Enforcement Administrations and ROK-China Maritime Cooperation)

  • China National People's Congress has passed the bill to combine the Marine Law Enforcement into "State Oceanic Administration People's Republic of China". This bill was intended to resolve the overlapping jurisdiction and disputes caused in ocean territory in nearby countries. The purpose of reorganizing the administration was to combine the dispersed organization into one group. This new big administration was basically organized to increase the power of China marine state on the long-term. The reorganization plan is to group General Administration of Customs, China Marine Surveillance, Fisheries Law Enforcement Command, and Border Control Department into one State Oceanic Administration. The new state Oceanic Administration carries the authority to protect rights and enforce the marine law supported by Public Security Bureau. Korea Coast Guard has been cooperating with China Marine Surveillance since 1998 when the first pact was made. The next step expanded to General Administration of Customs. Currently working with Regional Maritime Law Enforcement organizations dealing mostly with illegal Chinese fishing boats and IEODO conflict. In order to solve the problems we face today is to observe the process of the New China Coast Guard administration, analysing the effects that could be caused by the change and to keep close cooperation between the new administrations.

  • 테러와 각종 위협으로부터 개인의 재산과 생명을 보호하기 위한 목적으로, 다양한 장소에 영상 보안 장비들을 설치하여 운영하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 다중의 카메라가 설치된 관제센터 환경에서 카메라 영상 속 녹화 데이터 검색을 진행할 경우, 사용자의 검색 편의성을 높이기 위한 방법으로, 객체의 이동 경로를 사전에 정의할 수 있는 자료 구조를 제안하고, 카메라 간 연동 정보를 저장할 수 있는 테이블 정보 파일을 자동으로 생성 해주는 도구를 설계 하고 구현 한다. 이렇게 정의된 카메라 정보 테이블을 사용하여 녹화된 데이터를 검색 시 검색 시간을 최소화 할 수 있으며, 녹화 데이터 검색 효율성을 높일 수 있다.

수두 유행을 평가하기 위한 신규 지표 개발 (Developing a new index to assess varicella outbreak)

  • Background: Varicella is the most common infectious disease reported despite the high vaccination rate. Interventions that target humans are particularly effective for varicella because humans are its only natural host. On the other hand, the existing national varicella surveillance systems lack the information to identify an outbreak. Therefore, a new index to assess varicella outbreaks was developed. Methods: The residential addresses of 2,718 varicella cases reported in Daegu in 2016 were converted to geographic coordinates and the distances between new varicella case and previous cases within 21 days were calculated from the date analyzed. Two cases were considered to be adjacent if the distance between them was less than 1 km. Finally, a proximity index was introduced by dividing the number of adjacent cases by the number of new cases on the date analyzed. Results: First, time-series charts and scatter plots were used to verify that the proximity index reflected the spatial closeness of the different varicella cases. The proximity index is helpful in identifying outbreaks from a list of single varicella cases. In addition, in this study, a new epidemic characteristic of varicella based on the proximity index was shown. Conclusion: The proximity index introduced in this study can be used to determine the likelihood of an outbreak from a single case of varicella, and it can be embedded in a web-based national varicella surveillance system that is currently in operation.
