다양한 사이징제가 반응중합에 의해 제조된 나일론 6/탄소섬유 복합체의 물성에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Various Sizing Agents on the Properties of Nylon6/Carbon Fiber Composites Prepared by Reactive Process)

  • 탄소섬유 강화 PA6 복합재료의 탄소섬유-메트릭스간 계면결합력과 반응중합도 향상을 위해서 기존 탄소섬유의 에폭시 사이징제를 디사이징처리하여 에폭시를 제거한 후 우레탄계, 나일론계, 페녹시계 사이징제로 재처리해주었으며, 리사이징처리된탄소섬유의표면을관찰하였다. 리사이징처리된탄소섬유의계면결합력은 IFSS(Interfacial shear strength)를 통해서 확인하였으며, 계면 결합 강도 측정 후 파단면은 주사전자현미경을 통해서 관찰하였다. 나일론계와 페녹시계 사이징제로 처리된 탄소섬유가 우레탄계 사이징에 비해 계면 결합력이 상승한 것을 확인하였다. 우레탄계 리사이징 처리된 탄소섬유는 기존 에폭시 사이징 탄소섬유보다 계면 결합력이 감소한 것으로 확인되었다. 이 결과는 기존 탄소섬유의 저활성과 평활성을 제거하여 탄소섬유와 나일론6 사이의 계면 결합력이 향상된 것으로 판단된다.

RF Sputtering 법으로 제작한 강유전체 메모리의 하부전극용$RuO_2$ 박막의 특성에 관한 연구 (Properties of $RuO_2$ Thin Films for Bottom Electrode in Ferroelectric Memory by Using the RF Sputtering)

  • RF magnetron reactive sputtering 법으로 $RuO_2$ 박막을 제작하여, O2/(Ar+O2) 비와 기판온도에 따른 박막의 결정화 특성, 미세구조, 표면거칠기, 전기적 비저항을 조사하였다. O2/(Ar+O2) 비가 감소하고 기판온도가 증가함에 따라 $RuO_2$ 박막은 (110) 면에서 (101) 면으로 우선배향방향이 변하였다. O2/(Ar+O2) 비가20% 에서 50% 로 증가함에 따라, $RuO_2$박막의 표면거칠기는 2.38nm 에서 7.81nm로, 비저항은 $103.6 \mu\Omega-cm\; 에서\; 227 \mu\Omega-cm$로 증가하는 추세를 나타내는 반면에, 증착속도는 47nm/min에서 17nm/min 로 감소하였다. 기판온도가 상온에서 $500^{\circ}C$ 로 증가함에 따라 비저항은 $210.4\mu\Omega-cm\; 에서\; 93.7\mu\Omega-cm$로 감소하였고, 표면거칠기는$300^{\circ}C$ 에서 증착한 박막이 2.3nm 로 가장 우수하였다. 열처리 온도가$400^{\circ}C$에서$650^{\circ}C$ 로 증가함에 따라 비저항은 $RuO_2$ 박막의 결정성 향상으로 인해 감소하였다. 이들 결과로부터 02/(Ar+02) 비 20%, 기판온도 loot 에서 증착한 $RuO_2$ 박막의 표면거칠기 및 비저항 특성이 가장 우수하여 강유전체 박막의 하부전극으로 사용하기에 적합함을 알 수 있었다.

자외선 경화형 유기/무기 복합코팅에 의한 폴리카보네이트의 내마모성 향상 연구 (Study on the Improved Abrasion Resistance of Polycarbonate Substrate by UV-curable Organic/Inorganic Hybrid Coatings)

  • 폴리카보네이트 표면에 spin-coating한 유/무기 복합 코팅막을 자외선 경화와 가열(12$0^{\circ}C$, 12시간)처리함으로써 약 4~13 $\mu\textrm{m}$ 두께의 투명한 내마모성 유/무기 복합코팅막을 제조하였다. 코팅용액은 무기상과 유기상을 각각 0 : 100, 20 : 80, 30 : 70, 50 : 50, 80 : 20 중량비로 혼합한 다음 광개시제, 증감제 및 계면활성제를 첨가하여 제조하였다. 무기상은 TEOS와 실란커플링제 MPTMS을 1 : 2 혹은 2 : 1몰비로 흔합하여 졸ㆍ겔 반응으로 제조하였으며, 유기상은 2관능형 urethane acrylate 올리고머, 다관능형 TMPTA와 HDDA를 4:3:3 wt% 비율로 흔합하여 제조하였다. 유/무기복합상의 화학적 변화는 FT-IR, $^{29}$ Si-NMR로 분석하였으며, 열분석과 코팅층 표면 형상은 TGA/DSC, SEM, AFM으로 분석하였다. 무기물의 함량과 실란커플링제의 첨가량이 증가 할수록 분자수준의 흔화도가 개선되고 표면 평활도와 내마모성도 향상되었다. 즉 약 10 $\AA$ 이하의 표면 거칠기와 약 15$0^{\circ}C$의 T$_{g}$를 나타내는 시료는 500회 마모시험 전후 단지 16%의 광투과도 감소만을 보인 반면에, 무코팅 폴리카보네이트를 46%의 광투과율 감소를 나타내었다..

Hand & rotary root canal instrument의 근관내 삭제 형태에 관한 전자현미경적 비교 (SEM EVALUATION OF THE PREPARED ROOT CANALS BY HAND AND Ni-Ti ROTARY ROOT CANAL INSTRUMENTS)

  • Recently the development of rotary instrument makes it possible that in root canal treatment operator saves much more time, maintans original curved canal shape and easily prepares continuous tapered root canal. The purpose of this experiment was to examine the smoothness of the internal surface of prepared root canal and the effectiveness of debridement in prepared root canal by SEM for the comparison of hand and Ni-Ti rotary instrument. 25 extracted human teeth were access opened and # 10 K-type file was introduced into canal until it was appeared at the apical foramen. The working length was established by subtracting 0.5mm from this measurement. Group 1. The root canal preparation was done to # 30 with working length and then step-back until # 45 with K-Flexofile (Maillefer, Swiss). Group 2. Root canal preparation was done by Naviflex Ni-Ti file (Brasseler, USA) as the same technique with group 1. Group 3. Canal was prepared by Profile .04 (Maillefer, Swiss) taper until #30. Group 4. With use of Quantec (Tycom, USA) root canal was prepared from file number 1 to 8. In group 1 and 2, the root canal irrigant was NaOCl and the other groups, NaOCl and RC-prep (Premine Dental Products, USA) was used. The prepared teeth were notched with high-speed bur as bucco-lingual direction and fractured with chisel and mallet, then examined with SEM. Group 1 showed smooth internal surface. There were scratches mainly to the axial direction. Group 2 showed similar characteristics to those in group 1. Group 3 showed more smoother and linear cutting surface with bised scratches. Group 4 has the almost same characteristics group 3 and there was no difference in the file design. Ni-Ti rotary root canal instrument prepare the dentinal wall more smoother than hand instrument. The effectiveness of debridement was not fully affected by file design. The isthmus area and accessory canals of the root canal system were not prepared in any group. According to the result, hand and rotary type instrumentation techniques were effective in removal of major amount of tissue from root canal but it was not complete. In the direction of cutting movement there was difference between them.

Silk의 Seam Puckering과 역학특성에 관한 연구 (Study on Beam Puckering and Mechanical Properties of Silk)

  • For this study, we did needlework of the sample considering practical aspects of production and consumption of silk, high-quality material for women's clothes, and then analyzed the state of the seam puckering after press and dry cleaning, estimated the Seam Puckering based on the mechanical properties of silk related to machine sewing, and examined the effects which Mechanical Properties have on Seam Puckering closely. Through this, we reach the following conclusion. 1. There are three types of seam puckering for each stage, which are caused bathe smoothness of the surface by press, and the difference between the shrinkage rates of fabric and sewing thread by Dry Cleaning. 2. In analyzing seam puckering classified by each step, seam puckering after sewing the fabric is related to WT negatively, while to RT and W positively. Seam puckering after sewing and pressing the fabric is related to WT, RC, MMD negatively and seam puckering after sewing, pressing anddry cleaning the fabric isrelated to WT negatively, too. 3. Concerning the mechanical properties of the sample with a little seam puckering, WT, LC, WC, RC, MMD, SMD is relatively large while RT, B, 2HB is small. 4. Judging from the result of estimating seam puckering based on mechanical properties, the estimate-formula is satisfied in this study.

매염제 처리가 대나무잎과 솔잎 추출물로 염색한 직물의 물성 및 태에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Mordant on the Mechanical Properties and Primary Hand Values of Fabrics Dyed with Bamboo and Pine Leaf Extracts)

  • This research categorizes fundamental data needed to develop eco-friendly fabrics treated with bamboo leaf & pine leaf extracts. The effect of mordant on those fabrics was analyzed through the measurement of mechanical properties and the estimation of primary hand values for cotton and silk fabrics dyed with bamboo leaf and pine leaf extracts that were later treated with various mordants. When cotton was dyed with bamboo leaves and pine leaves extracts, EM, WT, 2HB, 2HG, 2HG5, LC, T, and W increased however, RT, SMD, and RC decreased compared to raw cotton fabric. The B, G, and MIU increased after mordant treatment to the dyed cotton and resulted in a stiffer and rougher cotton's hand. EM, WT, RT, MIU, WC, T, and W increased (in terms of silk); however, LT, B, 2HB, G, 2HG, 2HG5, MMD, SMD, and LC decreased compared to raw silk fabric. Similar to the dyed cotton, mordant treatment increased the MIU and LC of dyed silk subsequently, the hand became stiffer and rougher. A greater tannin adsorption results in an increased mechanical property and the primary hand value. For both fabrics, mordant treatment made its smoothness drop. However, the scale of drop for cotton was significant, while the scale of the drop for silk was minor. In terms of type of mordant, femordant and natural-mordant treatment influenced the tensile, shear, surface properties of fabrics, and primary hand values more than Cu-mordant and synthetic-mordant in addition, this increased the stiffness, hardness, and roughness of fabrics.

천연염료 발효(天然染料 醱酵) 쪽으로 염색(染色)한 모발(毛髮)의 특성 연구(特性 硏究) (A Study on the Property of Hair Dyed with Fermented Indigo)

  • Recently, it has been reported that chemical hair coloring can cause allergic reactions, the toxicity issue of chemical hair color was issued. Therefore, there is an increasing interest in the hair coloration technique using non-toxic and bio-compatible hair color gotten from natural resource. In this study, the possibility using fermented Indigo as natural hair coloring agent was investigated. Bleached hair samples were dyed using Indigo, and the effect of dyeing frequency, the physical change after dyeing, color, surface and cross-section characteristics, and tensile property were also studied. In addition, the protection property of cationic detergent finishing on damaged hair samples were also studied. The following conclusions are made; 1. While bleached hair samples with low value showed the negligible effect of repeated dyeing, bleached hair samples with high value showed the good effect of repeated dyeing. 2. Hair sample dyed with Indigo showed a high light-fastness, however, tensile strength and elongation showed very low values (high damage on hair sample). 3. Cationic detergent finishing did not affect on the colorfastness because of decoloration after dyeing, however, it increased the smoothness of hair sample, and therefore, can use as protectant of damaged hair. 4. Hair scale was damaged after dyeing. It seemed that the alkali, potassium carbonate, increased pH of dyeing bath to 11, as a result, the hair was swollen, weaken, and dissolved on the prolonged dyeing time. Dyed hair sample became stiff and fine. 5. The color difference was 4.62 (a high fastness value) in the test of sunlight exposure, shampoo, cationic detergent finishing, and acid perspiration fastness.

정련 방법에 의한 리오셀 섬유의 역학적 변화와 3D CAD SYSTEM에 의한 외관분석 -NaOH와 효소처리 중심으로- (The Effects of Scouring on Mechanical Properties and Appearance of Iyocell -NaOH Scouring vs. Enzymatic Scouring -)

  • This study was to investigate the effect of different scouring methods on mechanical properties and appearance of lyocell. Two different scouring methods were adopted for the study; one was the traditional scouring with alkali and the other was enzymatic scouring. Enzymatic scouring was carried with four different enzymes; C1 : Cellusoft L, C2 : Cellusoft UL, D1 : Denimax 992L, D2 : Denimax Acid XCL. The mechanical properties of scoured lyocell were measured using KES-FB. The appearance of scoured samples was analyzed by 3D CAD SYSTEM of i-Designer. While the untreated fabric showed the best linearity because it is stiff, alkali treated samples showed the worst dimensional stability and distorted easily. Enzyme treated samples, especially C1 treated samples showed the best dimensional stability. In addition, enzyme treated samples showed low bending rigidity compared to the alkali treated samples. It means that the enzyme treated samples are more flexible than alkali treated samples. However, the smoothness of the sample's surface treated by either of methods did not show much difference. From the study, it was suggested that the enzymatic scouring for lyocell could help to gain natural silhouette.

소형항공기(반디호) 몰드의 구조시험 및 진동해석 (Structure Test and Vibration Analysis for Small Aircraft)

  • 좋은 날개 실속특성 및 실속/스핀의 특성이 입증된 선미익형 항공기를 현재 개발중에 있다. 전에 개발된 1호기 및 2호기 시제기는 코어 샌드위치 형식으로 날개 전체가 채워지고 고정식 착륙장치로 제작되었다. 새로이 개발될 반디호는 접개식 착륙장치와 날개와 동체에 일반적인 폼 코아 샌드위치층이 장착될 예정이다. 제작을 위해 시편 시험을 포함한 복합 소재 제작 공정이 연구되었고 적층 몰드를 이용하여 유리 섬유 천으로 폼 코어 위로 상온 적충하는 방식이 채택되었으며, 복합소재 부품들은 실온과 대기압하에 경화시킨다. 일반적으로, 몰드부품들은 양산에 적합한 매끄러운 표면 조도와 표준 품질을 보여주었다. 본 연구에서는 소형 항공기 반디호 몰드 기술과 개발 상황을 기술하였다.

전열을 이용한 금형가열코어의 제작 및 이를 이용한 성형품의 제조와 평가 (Fabrication of electrical heating mold core and evaluation of injection-molded parts by various mold heating methods)

  • 본 연구에서는 전열을 이용한 금형가열 장치를 설계 및 제작하였다. 서로 다른 가열원을 가진 세 가지 방법으로 제작을 하여 시간에 따른 온도 프로파일을 조사함으로써 그 성능을 평가하였고, 이를 이용하여 사출성형품을 제조하여 수축률, 밀도, 표면 거칠기, Weld line등을 측정하여 실용적인 적용 가능성을 조사 하였다. 가열시간($130^{\circ}C$ 도달시간 14초) 및 사이틀 타임(55초)은 실용화가 가능한 수준으로 나타났다. 일반 사출성형방식으로 성형한 제품과 비교했을 때 수축률은 전열을 이용한 가열방식으로 사출한 성형품이 5.1% 감소하였고, 밀도는 2.66% 증가하였다. 표면 거칠기는 3배 이상 향상 되었고, 일반 사출에서 나타나던 Weld line은 전열가열방식에서는 나타나지 않았다.
