자동차 인테리어 디자인에 있어서 색상은 외형 디자인과 함께 사용자의 감성적 평가를 결정짓는 중요한 요인중의 하나이다. 그러나 이러한 중요성에도 불구하고 이에 대한 체계적인 연구가 이루어지지 않고 있는데, 그 주된 이유로 자동차 프로토타입 모델의 완성 전에 가상적인 색상배색 시뮬레이션을 해 볼 수 있는 기술적 기반의 미약을 들 수 있다. 다행히 최근의 컴퓨터 하드웨어 발달로 자동차 색상계획 단계에서 실시간으로 색채배색 효과를 시뮬레이션 할 수 있는 환경의 구축이 가능해지고 있다 본 연구에서는 색상 이미지에 대한 사용자 감성척도를 기반으로 색상배색 디자인을 지원할 수 있는 자동자 인테리어 색상배색 지원 시스템을 제안하고자 한다. 지원 시스템은 색상감성 요소의 수집을 위한 정보수집 모듈, 색채감성과 색상속성의 상관관계를 추출하기 위한 컬러 감성해석 모듈, 디자이너의 색상 배색을 지원하기 위한 시뮬레이션 모듈, 도출된 배색의 평가 테스트를 위한 평가지원 모듈로 구성된다.

본 연구는 대학에서 직・간접적으로 수행하고 있는 창업교육, 창업지원제도, 창업멘토링의 매개가 창업의지에 어떻게 영향을 미치는가를 살펴보고 창업효능감의 조절효과와 대학생의 창업 가능성을 높일 수 있는 프로그램 개발과 방향성을 제시하는 데 있다. 본 연구는 대학생의 대학 창업교육 만족도, 창업지원제도인식, 창업멘토링이 창업의지에 미치는 영향에서 창업효능감이 창업의지에 어떻게 영향을 미치는지에 대해 분석하였다. 창업지원제도인식은 정부창업지원정책과 대학창업지원사업으로 창업멘토링은 멘토링 기능(문제해결 기능, 네트워킹 기능, 의사소통 기능, 동기부여 기능)과 멘토 신뢰(인지적 신뢰, 정서적 신뢰)로 구분하였으며, 독립변수인 대학 창업교육 만족도, 창업지원제도인식, 창업멘토링과 종속변수인 창업의지 사이에서 창업효능감을 조절변수로 지정하여 실증분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과로는 첫째, 창업교육 만족도는 대학생의 창업의지에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 창업지원제도 중 대학창업지원사업은 대학생의 창업의지에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 창업효능감이 창업지원제도인식 중 대학창업지원사업과 대학생의 창업의지의 관계에 있어 조절작용을 하는지 검증한 결과, 창업효능감은 조절효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 분석결과를 토대로 다음의 시사점을 도출할 수 있다. 첫째, 창업교육의 만족도를 높일 수 있도록 창업교육에 대한 꾸준한 개선 노력이 필요할 것이다. 둘째, 대학생들의 창업의지를 극대화하고 실전창업으로 확산될 수 있도록 대학 내외 창업 관련 정보 제공, 창업아이템을 실체화 시킬 수 있는 프로그램의 연계, 창업아이템 검증, 창업멘토링 제공, 상시상담이 가능한 창업상담창구 구축 및 운영이 필요할 것이다. 대학 내 창업상담창구 운영을 통해 대학에서 지원하는 교육제도 및 창업의 간접경험을 수행할 수 있는 대학창업지원사업과 자금을 지원하는 정부창업지원정책을 인식할 수 있을 것이다. 셋째, 대학 내 교수, 직원, 선배창업자 등 창업 분야의 멘토와의 연결을 통해 창업멘토링을 제공할 수 있는 프로그램 개설이 필요할 것이다. 넷째, 창업의 준비과정에 대한 철저한 교육과 선배창업자의 창업실패경험을 간접적으로 체험할 수 있는 창업특강, 대학생의 전공별, 개인별 성향에 따른 맞춤형 창업교육의 프로그램 개발이 필요하다.

All of the military aircrafts in Korea Air Force are administered and operated together in the same system regardless of whether they are equipped with the data communication capability or not. The absence of the data communication capability in some of the aircrafts might increase whole kill chain hour at the point of the Network Centric Warfare achievement. Network synergy effects cannot also be desired if the section which is not connected to the network influences to the whole tactical network. Equipping aircrafts with the data communication capability could be done by upgrading the aircrafts, but resulting in high costs and long updating time. This paper is a research about the design and implementation of the UMPC based Data Link System to aircrafts that do not have the data communication capability. The proposed system grafts the UHF-based wireless modem technology and the aircraft flight mission support software onto the off-the-shelf UMPC and GPS system. The employed UHF radio equipment allows communicating tactic data with another aircrafts on the air, the ground control point, and even the Tactical Air Control Party(TACP) control vehicle that achieve missions with aircrafts. It thereby increases such capabilities as navigation aid, situation awareness, quick target identification and attack. We also applied Closed Air Support(CAS) scenarios, which is very close to the real environment, to the experiments of the proposed system. The experimental results show that the proposed system could support the data communication capability effectively and the flight mission at low costs of money and time.

본 연구는 국내 화재피해자의 긴급복구를 위한 민 관 융합형 지원시스템 방안에 대한 것으로, 화재피해자의 긴급복구활동에 대한 현황과 문제점 분석을 통하여 정부와 민간 협력기반의 통합적 지원시스템 구축방안을 제시하였다. 전체적으로 국가는 시스템 운영의 관리 감독기관의 기능을 담당하고 민간에서 실질적 긴급복구 전담기관의 기능을 담당하는 시스템을 의미한다. 결과적으로, 화재피해 긴급복구 지원을 위한 법제도 정비, 지원사업의 민간위탁 시스템 구축, 소요재원의 안정적 조달 및 민 관 긴급복구의 융합기능 강화를 위한 지원시스템 방안을 도출하였다. 특히, 긴급복구 소요재원의 안정적 조달 방안은 긴급복구를 위한 기금의 신설 및 민간 수탁법인의 자체 재원 조성의 세부방안을 논의하였다. 본 연구결과는 향후 국가 소방안전복지와 사회안전망의 강화에 기여할 것이다.

평생학습사회와 학령인구의 감소로 인해 대학의 구조적인 변화가 성인친화적인 대학의 체제 개편으로 이어지고 있다. 2008년 이후로 평생학습중심대학 육성사업, 평생학습 단과대학사업 등의 대학 중심의 평생교육 활성화사업이 2015년 양대 사업을 통합한 대학의 평생교육체제 지원사업으로 가속화되고 있다. 이 연구에서는 평생학습사회에서 고등교육에 대한 성인의 학습욕구를 기반으로 성인친화적 교육과정, 성인학습자 지원시스템, 다양한 학습성과의 평가, 성인학습자의 임파워먼트와 같은 네 가지 분석 틀에 의해 대학 평생교육체제 지원사업의 운영 실태를 분석하였다. 대학의 평생교육 체제 개편은 세대간 문화적응 및 통합과정을 통해 스스로 지위와 역할을 부여하는 임파워먼트된 성인학습자의 촉진을 지향할 것을 제시하고 있다.

Recently, the interest in marine leisure activities has been growing rapidly with the work-life balance trend. In response to this demand, the Korean government is supporting fostering and revitalizing the relevant industries and facilities. In particular, a marina has been making efforts to change itself into a resort with multiple amenities instead of a simple mooring facility. However, the facilities in a marina for the transport of marine leisure equipment mostly consist of cranes and boat-lifts using ropes, which can result in incidents such as damage and accidents during lifting or movement. This paper proposes the equipment and support system for the safe transportation of marine leisure ships. Aluminum transport equipment was designed by performing a structural analysis to achieve a lighter weight than the existing steel products. In addition, a safety support system with alarms for tilting or obstacles and a slope monitoring system was developed to enhance the safety during operation and transportation. The safety support system developed in this study was implemented and installed in the transport system, and verified through commissioning on land.

Despite a vast amount of research on the relationship between personality traits and political attitudes, little is known about the effects of personality on individuals' support for the political system of their own country. Using three nationally representative datasets from South Korea, the present study shows that the personality dimensions - particularly, Agreeableness - are positively associated with political support, which encompasses confidence in the presidency, confidence in the government, and national pride. These findings suggest that two facets of Agreeableness - trust and compliance - are activated in expressing individuals' support for their political system. Thus, mobilizing citizens who score high on Agreeableness is essential to maintain political stability and legitimacy, but such a task appears to be difficult, given that ideological polarization discourages them from being politically active due to their propensity to conflict avoidance.

In this study, the work attitude of flight attendants who were performing emotional labor, had been explored. The organizational support system had been analysed to test its effect as a moderator on increasing positive job attitudes. It was found emotional labor had influence on work attitude of flight attendants. Emotional labor consisted in this study deep acting and surface acting. First, deep acting found positively related with job satisfaction and organizational commitment, negatively related with intention to leave. Second, surface acting negatively related with job satisfaction and positively related with intention to leave. This study put organizational support systems as moderator. First, Training has moderating effect on the relationship between deep acting. Organizational support has moderating effect on the relationship between deep acting, intention to leave. Counselling has moderating effect on the relationship between deep acting, job satisfaction. Peer support has same effect on the relationship between deep acting and intention to leave.

성과기반군수는 전투준비태세를 향상시키고 무기체계의 수법주기비용을 절감하기 위하여 연구되었다. 최근 미국 국방부는 성과기반군수를 연구하고 발전시켜서 이것을 미국 군수분야에 적용하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구논문에서는 미국의 군수기원 분야의 발전동향을 살펴보고 우리나라의 군수지원 분야의 실태를 분석한 후, 효율적인 군수지원을 위하여 성과기반군수를 활용한 군수지원 발전방안을 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study was to quantitatively observe changes in postural stability of double leg support and single limb stance. Thirty-six healthy subjects participated in the study. Postural stability were examined using Dynamic Balance System. Each trial was 25 sec in duration. Each of 6 conditions{double leg support and single limb stance ; eyes open in stable platform, eyes closed in stable platform, eyes open in dynamic platform) evaluated effect of visual, vestibular, proprioceptive system. Center of balance found for displacement to the left along the X axis in double leg support and to the forward on left toe in single limb stance. Sway index was the lowest in double leg support with eyes open in stable platform and the higher in single limb stance with eyes closed in stance platform. We believe that reliable and valid measures should be used to determine the contributing factors of our client's postural problems so that we can design the most effective treatment possible.
