Generally, in construction sites, the pipe support installation workers often use support pins of 9~10 mm which are much smaller than the safety standard sizes for work convenience. Although the safety certification standard thickness of the support pins is 11 mm, and the supervisors are often indifferent to this. Hence, products with far lower performance than the pipe support safety certification value of 40,000 N, which is applied in the supporting post-structural review, are used. Accordingly, this acts as a factor causing collapse accidents in the process of pouring concrete at the construction site. Therefore, this study performed compression experiments on new and reused pipe supports to determine how the thickness of the support pins affects the structural compression performance of the pipe support by considering the thickness of the support pins as a critical variable among various factors affecting the pipe support performance. In the course of the study, the compression test of the pipe support (V2, V4) for the new products showed that only 14 (58.3%) of the total 24 samples satisfied the safety certification standard value of 40,000 N, which indicates that more thorough quality control is required in the manufacturing process. Additionally, comparing the thickness of the support pins and their fracture shape shows that the pipes with support length of 4.0 m or longer are much more affected by the buckling of the entire length than the thickness of the support pins. Of the several factors affecting the performance of reused pipe supports, it was found that, similar to the new products, the use of support pins, with thickness of 12 mm rather than 11 mm, can satisfy the safety certification value more appropriately. Therefore, regardless of the state of usage, it could be concluded that it is necessary to use 12 mm products, whose thickness is larger than that of the safety certification standard value of 11 mm, to improve the performance of the pipe supports.

The government's various support policies have helped Korea's SMEs and startups to grow from the beginning to the end, from domestic companies to exporters. In particular, direct business support policies such as financial support, R&D projects, and export support have been effective in helping a large number of entrepreneurs and startup companies to establish themselves in the market and have achieved tangible results every year since the establishment of the Ministry of SMEs and Startups. As such, the government is making significant efforts to create and promote various types of support policies and to help companies utilize them in their business. However, this study aims to analyze the factors that affect the satisfaction of government policies and the achievement of managerial performance from the companies' perspective and to suggest the purpose of government support policies and the direction companies should take. Specifically, this study categorizes entrepreneurial self-efficacy into marketing, innovation, management, risk-taking, and financial management, using the relationship model of self-efficacy and collective efficacy to ultimately lead to practical results for SMEs and startups support policies. It uses perceived firm efficacy as a variable to reveal the influence relationship. In addition, the direct and mediating effects of entrepreneurial self-efficacy and policy satisfaction on managerial performance were analyzed to determine what SMEs and startups support policies should do. The results showed that, first, among the five components of entrepreneurial self-efficacy, innovation, and risk-taking efficacy positively affected perceived firm efficacy. Second, the specific components of entrepreneurial self-efficacy, marketing, and financial management efficacy positively influenced policy satisfaction. Third, we found that perceived firm efficacy positively influenced policy satisfaction and managerial performance, which are factors of SMEs and startups' policy performance. Specifically, perceived firm efficacy positively influenced policy satisfaction managerial performance. Fourth, we found that policy satisfaction positively influenced managerial performance.
This research focused on four areas of government-sponsored start-up support projects: facility support, funding, education support, and mentoring support, and examined the effects of business performance and the mediating effects of business start-up satisfaction. As a result of the analysis, it was verified that the facilities, education, funds and mentoring support of the start-up support project had a positive effect on the business performance of the founders, and the partial mediating role of the start-up satisfaction was also verified in the relationship between the start-up support project and the business performance. Based on these results, it was confirmed that support programs such as facilities, education, funds, and mentoring in government-sponsored start-up support projects are suitable factors to improve the business performance of founders. Finally, the implications of this study were presented and the limitations of the study and future research directions were discussed.
Various types of government R&D support are available for activating businesses by small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs). However, most existing studies on this topic are focused only on the financial aspect. Interest in non-financial R&D support from the government has recently grown due to the limited provision of government financial support. In this study, government R&D support for SMEs was categorized into financial and non-financial strategies. Performance in terms of technological innovation by type was also analyzed. Furthermore, as R&D performance could vary according to the characteristics of the firms, the study classified performance variables into technological development possibility, technology intensity and technology uniqueness. The relationship between the types of support and the characteristics of the performance was also examined. Based on the results, it was found that government R&D support positively influences the SMEs' technological performance. However, the level of financial support does not significantly influence the technological uniqueness. As such, it is expected that effects from the increase in quantity of government R&D support are limited.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship of nurses' job performance with job embeddedness, self-leadership and social support and the role of self-leadership and social support in the relation between job embeddedness and job performance among general hospital nurses. Methods: The participants for this study were 244 nurses from 3 general hospitals in Seoul and Gyunggi Province. Data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, ANOVA, $Scheff\acute{e}$ test, Pearson correlation and Hierarchical Multiple Regression. Results: Job performance showed positive correlations with job embeddedness (r=.56, p<.001), self-leadership(r=.68, p<.001), organizational support (r=.30, p<.001), supervisors' support (r=.31, p<.001) and colleagues' support (r=.31, p<.001). Job embeddedness and self-leadership had significant influence on nurses' job performance. However self-leadership and social support did not show moderating effects of job embeddedness on nurses' job performance. Conclusion: These findings indicate that job embeddednes and self-leadership are important factors to enhance nurses' job performance. Therefore, promoting activities for job embeddedness and self-leadership might be a way to increase nurses' job performance. As there was no moderating effects of self-leadership and social support on job embeddedness and job performance, further studies are necessary to refine these findings in different environments.
There are many studies that intrinsic learning motivation and social support play an important role in the study of children and adolescents. However, studies examining the effects of intrinsic learning motivation and social support by measuring the actual academic performance of elementary school students are rare. This study attempted to verify the effect of intrinsic learning motivation on Korean language performance and moderating effect of social support in 5th and 6th graders in elementary school. 122 elementary school students in local county-level areas participated in this study. The Korean language test was conducted about 5 months after intrinsic learning motivation and social support of families and teachers were measured. The results revealed that Korean language performance showed a significant positive correlation with intrinsic learning motivation and social support, and also showed a significant correlation between learning motivation and social support. In the regression analysis with control variables, it was found that intrinsic learning motivation had a significant effect on Korean language performance. The moderating effect of social support was analyzed by dividing it into family support and teacher support. The interaction effect of learning motivation and social support was significant only in teacher support, not in family support. In specific, when teacher support was high, Korean language performance was high regardless of the student's learning motivation level, but when teacher support was low, the student's learning motivation mattered in the performance. Based on the results of this study, implications and limitations were discussed.
It is considered that most of reusable pipe supports, which are used as formwork support posting at construction sites, do not meet the performance standard. Due to the use of reusable pipe supports that do not meet such performance standard the potential risk of collapse accident is increasing. Therefore, this study identifies the status of compliance with performance standard, and presents the requirements for improving quality control to prevent the collapse of pipe supports reused at the construction site. First, if the female thread of the product with no clearance and new support pin with the diameter of 12mm are replaced at the same time for use, it is considered that the performance will be improved. Second, as the quality performance during use can be improved in the case of larger thickness of inner diameter compared to the case of larger thickness of outer diameter, it is necessary to increase the inner pipe thickness greatly than the current thickness. Based on the results of this study, it is expected that the performance the reusable pipe support (V4) can be improved, if the diameter of the support pin is 12mm, the female thread has a small clearance, and the inner tube thickness is 2.3 ~ 2.7mm. In addition, it is considered that other performance improvement factors included in the study results could be used as important data for improving the performance of reusable pipe support.

This study evaluated the support performance of fiber-net integrated shotcrete in tunnel support system developed for the purpose of improving constructability and stability while fully performing its mechanical performance as a tunnel support materials by four-point bending test, two-dimensional numerical analysis, and cross-sectional analysis. As a result of evaluating the flexural performance through a four-point bending test, in the case of fiber-net reinforced shotcrete, the tensile performance of fiber-net resulted in a continuous increase in load after crack occurrence, unlike steel fiber reinforced shotcrete. Also, the results of the tunnel cross-sectional structure analysis for ground conditions and the cross-sectional analysis of fiber-net and steel fiber reinforced shotcrete showed that sufficient support performance can be exhibited even if the thickness of fiber-net reinforced shotcrete was reduced compared to the previous one. Additionally, through these results, the support pattern of fiber-net integrated shotcrete in tunnel support system, which can be applied efficiently to the construction sections requiring higher stability among the rock mass class III, was proposed.
This study focuses on previous research that explored the external knowledge reflecting the characteristics of SMEs and that should be considered because of the limited capacity of SMEs. This study examines the effects of open innovation and SMEs on export performance, focuses on government support as a way to supplement the limited capacity of SMEs, and analyzes the moderating effects of government support. An examination of 1,358 samples revealed that the breadth of external knowledge, depth of external knowledge, and government support had a significant impact on the export performance of SMEs. The effect of exploration of external knowledge (breadth and depth) of SMEs on the export performance of SMEs is significant both in breadth and depth when government support is provided, but only depth is significant when there is no government support.

It indicates there is an urgency to improve the competence of salesperson and organization support to build and maintain bonds of long-lasting loyalty with the individual customers. Therefore, this research aims to analyze the influence of planner's competency and organizational support on sales performance, and to verify empirically whether MDRT goal orientation mediating role between competency, organizational support and sales performance. The results of this research are as follows: firstly, product and customer competence, digital competence, network competence positively affect sales performance. Secondly, sales support positively affect sales performance. Thirdly, meditating effect of MDRT goal orientation were significant found between the planner's competency and sales performance. Moreover, in the relationship between sales support and sales performance, MDRT goal orientation have a fully mediated effect. This means customer management through excellent competency, organization support to insurance trend change, and competence development through MDRT goal orientation positively affect sales performance.
