The purpose of this study is to investigate the characteristics of childhood abuse experience, analyze factors affecting gender role attitudes, find out the moderating effect of social support, and suggest preventive measures and alternatives for childhood abuse experiences. proceeded. This study was conducted by the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family, through a domestic violence survey conducted every three years in accordance with the 「Act on the Prevention of Domestic Violence and Victim Protection, etc.」 Analysis was performed on 4,546 people and 4,514 men. As a result, it was found that childhood abuse experience had a negative (-) effect on gender role attitudes, and the analysis of the moderating effect of social support also showed a negative (-) effect. In the future, it is necessary to strengthen awareness of childhood abuse prevention and child protection from the beginning of life, and it is suggested that the level of children's parental education and social support and sufficient measures be prepared for future research.

This study aims to analyze relationship between effect on social value realization efforts and company performances, focusing on the mediating effect of external-support environment. Data for the analysis is collected from open data source from Social Enterprise Promotion Agency. The results of the analysis are, first the social value realization efforts has positive effect on both social and economic outcome of the social enterprises. External-support environment has influence on both social performance and social value realization efforts. Additional analysis to test mediation effect of external-support environment were carried out by statistical software package, Process for SPSS4.0. Mediation effect could be found between social realization efforts and social performances, however, no evidence could be found on economic performance. The result indicates that social value realization efforts as a social capital has influence on social performance mediated by external-support environment.

We have investigated a temperature sensor on a thermal expansion effect of a fused optical fiber coupler. Both side of the fused tapered region of the coupler were fixed on a metal support to induce the high thermal expansion effect. The sensor showed that the peak coupling wavelengths were shifted to shorted wavelength region with increased of environmental temperature. The sensitivity of the sensor was $0.12nm/^{\circ}C$.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the leisure and social support types which affect elderly depression. The study sample comprised 275 cases, and the analysis was performed by t-test, ANOVA, multiple regression and stepwise regression on SPSS ver. 10.0. The following three principle results were obtained: First, the types of leisure and social support differed according to domographic profiles. Second, among 6 sub-factors of leisure type, sports and viewing impressions activities contributed positively to elderly depression, as did emotional and appraisement supports among 4 sub-factors of social support. Third, stepwise regression analysis, conducted to determine the effect weights of factors of leisure types and social supports, showed that emotional support, social relationships activity, and viewing impressions activity strongly affected elderly depression in the order listed. Based of these results, the study suggested methods for developing an active leisure activities program which is necessary to minimize elderly depression.

This paper reviewed the relationship between emotional labor and service quality, and the moderating effect of superior and coworker support. Based on the responses from 520 hotel employees, the results of multiple regression analysis appeared as follow; 1) deep acting affected positively on all service quality factors(responsiveness, empathy, reliability). 2) surface acting didn't affect significantly on all service quality factors(responsiveness, empathy, reliability). 3) coworker support affected positively on the relationship between deep acting and responsiveness. 4) superior support affected positively on the relationship between deep acting and responsiveness, and on the relationship between surface acting and responsiveness.

Palladium membranes have high selectivity of separation and removal of hydrogen to chemical process at high temperature. For the development of hydrogen permeable membrane, palladium was deposited on porous stainless steel support by electroless plating method. In this work, the activation effect on the surface of stainless steel support has been investigated for the effective palladium plating. The morphology and microstructure were characterized by SEM and the composition was analyzed by EDX. It is found that the composition of deposited nuclei on the stainless steel support was changed in accordance with activation cycles. It is also observed that Sn-enriched nuclei has been changed to Pd-enriched nuclei over the fifteenth activation. The uniform deposition of the dense palladium layer on porous stainless steel support has been performing with Sn-enriched nuclei and comparing with Pd-enriched nuclei.

Objective: The main purpose of this study was to investigate the direct effect of preschoolers' behavioral inhibition and indirect effects through maternal overprotective parenting and autonomy support on preschoolers' anxiety. Methods: A total of 295 preschoolers and their mothers were the subjects of this study. Mothers completed a questionnaire that included measures of their parenting behavior, preschoolers' behavioral inhibition and anxiety. Data were analyzed using structural equation modeling. Results: First, preschoolers' behavioral inhibition had a direct effect on their anxiety. Preschoolers with higher behavioral inhibition displayed higher levels of anxiety. Second, maternal overprotective parenting mediated the relationship between preschoolers' behavioral inhibition and anxiety. Third, maternal autonomy support mediated the relationship between preschoolers' behavioral inhibition and anxiety. Conclusion/Implications: The findings of this study emphasize the importance of reducing maternal overprotective parenting and promoting autonomy support to prevent preschoolers' anxiety. These findings could be used as a foundation for developing parent education programs for mothers with behaviorally inhibited preschoolers.

This research focused on four areas of government-sponsored start-up support projects: facility support, funding, education support, and mentoring support, and examined the effects of business performance and the mediating effects of business start-up satisfaction. As a result of the analysis, it was verified that the facilities, education, funds and mentoring support of the start-up support project had a positive effect on the business performance of the founders, and the partial mediating role of the start-up satisfaction was also verified in the relationship between the start-up support project and the business performance. Based on these results, it was confirmed that support programs such as facilities, education, funds, and mentoring in government-sponsored start-up support projects are suitable factors to improve the business performance of founders. Finally, the implications of this study were presented and the limitations of the study and future research directions were discussed.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of family stress on instances of depression in married, middle-aged women; more specifically, this study examined the moderating effects family strength and support have on depression in middle-aged women. Three hundred women from 40 to 60 years of aged, all of whom resided in Gyeonggi-do, participated in this study. For the final analysis, 249 self-reported questionnaires were used. Descriptive statistics, correlative analysis, and multiple regression analysis were conducted using SPSS ver. 21.0. The major results of this study were as follows. First, the mean scores of family strengths and family support were higher than the median scores. The mean level of depression was lower than the median of depression frequency, while the mean for the family stress scores was the same as the median. Second, depressions frequency was influenced by family type, health status, and average income. There was a positive correlation between depression and family stress. Third, family support had a moderating effect on depression. Family strength did not seem to have the same moderating effect, while there did seem to be a moderating effect of instrumental support from families on the relationship between family stress and depression. In conclusion, to decrease the frequency of depression in married, middle-aged women', it may be necessary to increase family support, and it seems to be especially necessary to increase the amount of instrumental support from families.

This study aimed to investigate structural relationships of social support between job satisfactions and educare teacher's vocational calling. This study conducted a questionnaire survey on 270 educare teachers in Chungcheong area (Daejeon and Chungnam). The survey was conducted from July 1, 2017 to August 14, 2017. And it used 257 responses(95.1%) for analysis data except 14 responses due to their unfaithful or unreliable replies. Research results of analysis were as below. First, direct effect of vocational calling on social support was statistically significant. Second, it showed that both vocational calling and social support had positive effect. Third, it was found that vocational calling had significant influence on job satisfaction through social support. In conclusion, it was known that job satisfaction became higher if vocational calling of educare teachers received social support. It is required to systematically establish social and psychological support system raising vocational calling of educare teachers.
