Electro-Spun RuO2 나노선 지지체에 담지된 Pt촉매의 메탄올 Electro-Oxidation 특성 (Methanol Electro-Oxidation of Electro-Spun RuO2 Nanowire Supported Pt Catalysts)

  • Pt nanoparticle catalysts incorporated on $RuO_2$ nanowire support were successfully synthesized and their electrochemical properties, such as methanol electro-oxidation and electrochemically active surface (EAS) area, were demonstrated for direct methanol fuel cells (DMFCs). After fabricating $RuO_2$ nanowire support via an electrospinning method, two different types of incorporated Pt nanoparticle electrocatalysts were prepared using a precipitation method via the reaction with $NaBH_4$ as a reducing agent. One electrocatalyst was 20 wt% Pt/$RuO_2$, and the other was 40 wt% Pt/$RuO_2$. The structural and electrochemical properties of the Pt nanoparticle electrocatalysts incorporated on electrospun $RuO_2$ nanowire support were investigated using a bright field transmission electron microscopy (bright field TEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), and cyclic voltammetry. The bright field TEM, XRD, and XPS results indicate that Pt nanoparticle electrocatalysts with sizes of approximately 2-4 nm were well incorporated on the electrospun $RuO_2$ nanowire support with a diameter of approximately 50 nm. The cyclic voltammetry results showed that the Pt nanoparticle catalysts incorporated on the electrospun $RuO_2$ nanowire support give superior catalytic activity in the methanol electro-oxidation and a higher electrochemically active surface (EAS) area when compared with the electrospun Pt nanowire electrocatalysts without the $RuO_2$ nanowire support. Therefore, the Pt nanoparticle catalysts incorporated on the electrospun $RuO_2$ nanowire support could be a promising electrode for direct methanol fuel cells (DMFCs).

  • 뇌파 건강관리 시스템의 태동은 산업과 연구분야에서 요즘 중요한 쟁점으로 여겨지고 있다. 실시간으로 간질병이나 뇌경색의 환자들의 의료응급서비스를 지원하기 위해서는 EEG신호 감지가 필수적이다. 이러한 시스템을 위하여 효과적인 네트워크를 지원하는 것이 필수적이기 때문에 센서노드 기반의 무선통신 토폴로지를 제안하며 시뮬레이트한다. 마지막으로 이러한 네트워크의 효과적인 토폴로지를 위하여 옵넷 시뮬레이터의 결과를 평가한다.

Drivable Area Detection with Region-based CNN Models to Support Autonomous Driving

  • In autonomous driving, object recognition based on machine learning is one of the core software technologies. In particular, the object recognition using deep learning becomes an essential element for autonomous driving software to operate. In this paper, we introduce a drivable area detection method based on Region-based CNN model to support autonomous driving. To effectively detect the drivable area, we used the BDD dataset for model training and demonstrated its effectiveness. As a result, our R-CNN model using BDD datasets showed interesting results in training and testing for detection of drivable areas.

  • Last deportation area was Maritime Province of Central Asia. The studied village is situated about 130km west in Vladivostok. Central Asia has a lot of unfavorable conditions than other area and there is cold area. Such climate is hard to do agriculture. Therefore, koryo people's life was very hard. In this study, investigated koryo people's life who overcome bad climate and develops new agriculture. Also, whether koryo people keep farm village how, and make the village by some method. Study finding following contents could know. Need specific to make village for fixing that is Koryo people's of Russia Maritime Province. Also, need governmental active support and support for village le ader's systematic upbringing and agriculture activation. Need agropolitics and various agricultures, stockb reeding educational programs construction.

  • This paper deal with optimal design of reinforced track as a track reinforcing method for transition area of track support stiffness in transition area between bridge and earthwork. When vehicle passes through transition area, dynamic properties between vehicle and track are studied by the analysis of vehicle-train interaction for the each case when reinforced tracks are used or not. furthermore, optimum decision of type and length of track are made based on the performance adapting variable parameters : support stiffness of track for bridge and earthwork, heading direction of vehicle and type and length of track.

의료취약지 근무 간호인력의 원격협진 수행 경험 (Telemedicine Cooperation Experience of Nurses Working in Remote Areas)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to explore the telemedicine cooperation experience of nurses working in remote areas. Methods: A focus group interviews were used to collect data. All interviews were recorded and transcribed. Content analysis was used to analyze the data. Results: The three main categories and seven sub-categories of telemedicine cooperation experience that emerged are 1) requirement of education on remote support service, 2) consideration of the recipients of medical support services and the characteristics of the area, and 3) difficulties in conducting telemedicine cooperation. Conclusion: As a result of the study, legal protection should be given priority, and it is necessary to select an area where remote cooperation is essential, to discover subjects, and to reduce the burden of work and division of manpower and duties.

Based on this literature review survey on consumer need current situation in Pucheon city and case study of two other city this study propose the strategies on how the local government of Pucheon city can improve the service to support consumer.

  • 본 연구는 혁신클러스터 지역의 전문인력 상주에 의한 정부지원 컨설팅 기업에 대하여 컨설팅 만족도와 BSC 성과요인과의 관계에 대하여 성과만족도 측면에서 어떠한 차이가 나타나는 지를 다양한 변수를 적용하여 실증적인 연구를 통해 고찰하였다. 연구에 의하면, 최근에 새로이 산업클러스터 지역에 적용하고 있는 현지의 전문인력 상주에 의한 정부지원 컨설팅이 컨설팅 만족도가 높고 실제적인 컨설팅으로 이어지고, 기업의 실질적 성과에도 상당한 보탬을 주는 것으로 평가되고 있었다. 따라서, 전국 주요공단지역의 클러스터에 우선적으로 전문인력 상주 컨설팅을 확대 지원하고, 나아가서는 주요 거점지역에 까지도 중소벤처기업에 대하여는 전문인력 상주에 의한 컨설팅 지원시스템을 구축하여 실시 적용을 확산하여야 할 것이다.

  • 본 연구는 근접상황 선박충돌회피지원시스템 개발을 위한 기초연구로써, 근거리 조우상황에서 항해사의 부적절한 조선으로 발생하는 선박충돌사고를 감소시키기 위한 선박충돌회피지원모델을 제시한다. 이 모델은 선박의 다양한 조우상황을 비교하고, 자선의 선회특성을 이용하여 상대선박의 침로, 속도 유지에 대한 충돌회피 가능영역과 방법을 나타냄으로써 근접상황에서도 신속한 피항동작 검토 및 결정을 가능케 하며 효과적인 충돌회피 조선을 지원할 것이다.

GIS 기반의 해양경계획정 지원시스템 개발에 관한 연구 (Study on Development of GIS based Maritime Boundary Delimitation Support System)

  • Korea has maritime jurisdiction over an area 4.5 times larger than the nation's inland area, but negotiations with surrounding nations on the maritime boundary delimitation have still not been completed satisfactorily. In particular, maritime boundary delimitation has become an important issue in terms of maritime security and resource exploration. Considering national interests, the delimitation of the maritime boundary is essential. However, no system to help the decision-makers involved in maritime boundary delimitation has yet been systematically constructed. Therefore, the aim of this study was the development of a system to support such decision-making. In this study, considerations related to maritime boundary delimitation were investigated through expert advice and international precedents. Based on these considerations, data were collected from several organizations, and a spatial database was systematically constructed. Finally, MBDSS (maritime boundary delimitation support system) was developed to support maritime boundary delimitation. This GIS-based system provides visual information about the considerations for the maritime boundary delimitation. Thus, it could help decision-makers to choose appropriate boundaries during the negotiation. Furthermore, this system is expected to be utilized as a scientific tool on the delimitation of maritime boundaries.
