The SCOR(supply chain operations reference) model which is a management tool, has been developed to describe the business activities associated with all phases of satisfying a customer's demand. The model is able to successfully describe and provide a basis for supply chain improvement. In this paper, we review the SCOR model, the present status of the Korean defense logistics system, and suggest an application of the model for the integrated defense logistics system.

In this paper, we survey the current status of measurement labor in Korean Industry. At the same time we try to predit the demand and supply of measurement labor to suggest policy measures for equilibrium in measurement labor market. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to estimate the demand and supply of visiting nursing services provided by health centers in urban area, aiming at strengthening infrastructure, which may improved the quality of life and health status of vulnerable population in the community. Methods: This study was conducted through nominal group discussion, focus group study. The demand and supply of visiting nursing were estimated by health economists based on the secondary analysis data from 25 health centers in Seoul. Result: Primary targets for the visiting nursing must be people who are homebound in the community. They can be classified into: a group of Level I: chronic patients who need visiting nursing care at least once a week: and a group of Level II: vulnerable families that need management periodically e. g. twice a month. Based on the estimation of demand for visiting nursing services in the community, the estimated supply required was $651{\sim}770$ visiting nurses including home health nurses in visiting nursing programs based on health centers in Seoul. Conclusions: The estimated demand and supply of visiting nursing are expected to provide basic data for establishing alternative policies on visiting nursing infrastructure that might be accomplished through demand-based visiting nursing programs by districts.

We studied the cost-volume supply characteristic of public transportation systems focused on Bi-modal Tram in the main cities to analyze the applicability and status for the new transit system Bi-modal Tram as public transportation system. The operation cost considering the characteristic of vehicle, facilities, operation and average cost for respective public transportation system and the time cost considering the travel and transfer time are defined to the social cost, and the cost-volume supply curve is based on this social cost. The cost-volume supply characteristic between public transportation modes in the city is determined on the basis of cost-volume supply curve. Through the comparison between cost-volume supply characteristic of main transportation systems, it is analyzed about the relation between public transportation systems in the city and the characteristic for proper service provision. The application of Bi-modal Tram in the city is concluded that it is effective to reduce the social cost on the existing public transportation system.

In this study, keyword network analysis was performed based on global and domestic journals, and network text analysis was conducted for news and articles to examine major issues and research trends on supply chain risks after COVID-19. As a result of analyzing the supply chain risk, after COVID-19 which was relatively insufficient in previous studies, research trends and topics such as supply chain risk recovery, response and public welfare, which are different from previous previous studies, were found in global and domestic journals, news and articles and it was possible to suggest practical strategies and insights for supply chain risk strategies for firms.

ZigBee is Low Power and Low Data Rate Wireless Communication protocol. It apply to much Ubiquitous Sensor Network. ZigBee PAN is two type PAN. One is Beacon Enabled PAN, the other is Non Beacon Enabled PAN. To support Low Power in Non Beacon Enabled PAN, End-Device enter Active status at End-Device's wishing time and send a data. So, Router does not know End-Device sends a data time. To solving this problem, Router must always exist to Active status. In this case, Router receive a power supply always in Non Beacon Enabled PAN. But Router does not receive a power supply always, Router can not normal operation, such as Router use a battery. To solve this problem, Router will be support low power. In this paper, we will present Router's Low Power Algorithm. And we suggest 'PAN Time'. Device use 'PAN Time' for PAN synchronous. Router using Low Power Algorithm can be enter to inactive status. So Non Beacon Enabled PAN of Router support the low power mode Therefore Router does not receive a power supply always, Router can normal operation.

This study aimed to investigate the evaluation of firefighting gloves and the behavior regarding their usage, of firefighting officials in Seoul, using a questionnaire. Responses from a total of 270 firefighters who are responsible for putting out fires or undertaking rescue works in Seoul were analyzed. As per the findings, the firefighters considered ease of hand operation and fire/flame protection as the most important performance factors for firefighting gloves, and they were satisfied with the supply status of the gloves. The average number of firefighting gloves currently owned by the firefighters was 2.6 ± 0.8 pairs. Thirty-nine percent of the respondents said that their firefighting gloves lasted, with maintained performance, for more than six months and less than a year, and when asked how they handled the gloves with degraded performance, 46% of them said that they would discard them. Sixty-eight percent of the respondents said that they used the most recently developed and supplied gloves, which they considered as the most satisfying gloves and which they mainly used these days. Respondents were highly satisfied with the fire/flame protection performance of their firefighting gloves, but were less satisfied, however, with the glove fit. These results suggest that there has been a significant improvement in the overall performance level and supply status of the firefighting gloves. Given the current situation, careful considerations with flexible approaches are needed on the current firefighting gloves size system as well as on the personal protective equipment maintenance and management scheme.
