The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of teachers' covert narcissism and supervisors' servant leadership on teachers' organizational cynicism. The subjects were 279 teachers employed in childcare centers in K Province. Data was collected by questionnaires, which required self-report by teachers. The collected data were analyzed by mean, standard deviation, Pearson's correlation, hierarchial regression, by using SPSS Win 19.0. The results of our study was as follows. First, main effects of teachers' covert narcissism and supervisors' servant leadership on teachers' organizational cynicism was observed. teachers' covert narcissism was positively associated with teachers' organizational cynicism. and supervisors' servant leadership was negatively associated with teachers' organizational cynicism. Second, supervisors' servant leadership was a better predictor of teachers' organizational cynicism than teachers' covert narcissism. Finally, interaction effects of teachers' covert narcissism and supervisors' servant leadership on teachers' organizational cynicism was not observed.

본 연구는 부산지역 소재한 병원급 이상 의료기관에 근무 중인 663명의 의료 기관 종사자를 대상으로 하였으며, 전체 연구대상자에서는 상사의 리더십 행태가 서번트 리더십과 변혁적 리더십인 경우에 의료기관 종사자들의 직장몰입에 유의한 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 의료기관 종사자들이 인식하는 상사의 리더십을 리더십 행태별로 살펴본 결과, 상사에 대한 리더십 행태의 인식은 변혁적 리더십 거래적 리더십 서번트 리더십 순으로 나타났다. 상사의 리더십 행태가 의료기관 종사자들의 직장몰입에 미치는 영향을 직종별로 살펴본 결과, 상사의 리더십 행태가 간호사 직종은 변혁적 리더십인 경우에, 의료기사 직종은 서번트 리더십과 변혁적 리더십인 경우에, 사무행정 직종은 서번트 리더십인 경우에 연구대상자의 개인적 특성변수 통제유무와 관계없이 직장몰입에 유의한 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다.

The research tris to provide some basic data for the efficient method of human resources management and the efficiency of hospital organization by drawing how servant leadership of physical therapists has impact on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. As a measuring device the method of self-fill-in questionnaire survey was utilized and the correlation and regression analysis was practiced on demographic property, the relationships of 11 kinds of variables between servant leadership and organizational commitment. Job satisfaction was concerned with internal motivation, autonomy, hearing, altruistic vocation, community sense, sympathy formation, vision in the positive order, while organizational commitment was concerned with internal motivation, altruistic vocation, vision, autonomy, community sense, hearing, and sympathy formation is the positive order. Supervisors of physical therapists should try to strive to fulfill the demands of therapists in their position, suggest the vision and objectives to them, and enhance their community sense. As a result, supervisors of physical therapists can enhance job satisfaction and organizational commitment in the position of their employees.

이 논문는 리더십이 어떻게 대중들에게 소통하고 교감하여 정서구조에 영향을 미치는가에 관한 연구이다. 리더십은 다양한 계층에서 주목하고 있으며, 리더에 대한 관심은 사회전반에 걸쳐 점점 높아지고 있다. 이러한 상황에서 일반 대중에게 친근하고 쉽게 접근하여 교감하고 정서적으로 영향을 미치는 매체인 드라마는 동시대의 사회 문화전반에 대한 문제들을 제시하고 욕망을 해소하는 역할을 한다. 그러므로 드라마에서 나타나는 리더십을 분석하면 대중들에게 어떠한 리더의 모습을 보여주고 있는가에 대한 방향성과 의미를 파악할 수 있을 것이다. 연구방법으로는 서번트리더십이론 중에서도 리더에게 필요한 요소를 유형화 시킨 Spears의 서번트리더십 요소를 분석틀을 사용하였다. 분석 대상은 직장 구성원들 사이에서 일어나는 다양한 사건과 인간관계를 해결해 나가면서 공동의 목표를 추구하는 드라마 <욱씨남정기>로 선정하였다. 분석결과로는 서번트리더십 요소 중에 경청 공감 치유 인지 비전제시 요소는 하위 구성원들이 스스로 잠재력을 나타낼 수 있도록 하는 요소로 나타났으며, 비전제시 설득 인지 통찰은 상위 구성원들에게서 주로 나타났다. 서번트리더십은 중간관리자를 통해 소통하고 공동체로 성장해 나갈 때 가장 효율적이었다.
