The "rule of law" decision of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China proposes to build a strict supervision system of the rule of law. The reform of the national supervision system launched in 2016 can be described as an important measure to build such a system. The supervision and supervision system has gradually become the core system of the rule of law supervision system. Its full coverage of supervision of public officials is conducive to preventing corruption of public power and achieving the ultimate goal of supervision by the rule of law. The supervision mechanism in the supervision system under the rule of law requires systemic thinking to realize the effective supervision of public officials of the state power organs, as well as the constraints and supervision of other supervision systems, including the supervision of the People's Congress; Supervision is a full-coverage supervision, and other rules of law supervision systems are also full-coverage supervision systems within their scope of competence. Therefore, gradually exploring and constructing an external supervision system for supervision will be conducive to the optimization and eventual completion of the rule of law supervision system.

With the obligation of information system supervision and an increase in supervision demands, the quality improvement in information system supervision has been of significance, and the supervision system has been enhanced in the way of preventing information systems from being poorly established. In the meantime, recently the supervision industry has received administrative punishment due to violation of supervision guidelines and false reports. As a result, the introduction of the responsible supervision of information systems to strengthen the rights and duties of supervisors and supervision corporations has been discussed by supervision corporations. Therefore, this work was intended to propose success factors to introduce responsible supervision in the information system supervision sector, and thereby contribute to the introduction of responsible supervision system that plays a successful role in preventing poor supervision and establishing information system business. The success factors of the responsible supervision of information systems, proposed in this work, were categorized into legal system, standardization of supervision work, those concerned with supervision. And, detailed success factors of each category were proposed, and on the basis of that, the success model to introduce responsible supervision successfully was proposed.

The Cultural Heritage Administration is operating the resident supervision and non-resident supervision system to prevent poor repair and ensure the quality of cultural heritage repairs And recently, responsible supervision system was introduced to enhance the supervision of cultural heritage repairs. However, many problems have arisen in the operation of the supervision work, and need improvement. Accordingly, this study improved the resident and non-resident supervision of cultural heritage repair and developed work guidelines for the responsible supervision. First, this research has derived unreasonable sectors and problems of work guidelines for resident supervision about cultural heritage repair and has suggested supervision work guidelines which are improved. Second, we have derived the problems of work guidelines for non-resident supervision about cultural heritage repair and has suggested non-resident supervision work guidelines which are improved. Third, this paper has proposed the development direction and detailed supervision work to perform responsible supervision as a result of the adoption of the supervision system for cultural heritage repair.

This study is intended to look into the effect of construction safety supervision system on risk control and reduction. To achieve this, a survey was carried out to 114 companies in construction, ordering, contract and management. The overall findings were as follows. The effect of construction safety supervision system on risk control and reduction showed that factors of supervision system, supervision cost and supervision method had a positive effect on risk control and reduction. And their perception of the introduction of safety supervision system in construction sites according to process showed that there was a difference between them according to the field of ordering, contract and supervision. There was the biggest difference between owner and contractor in double supervision system, but no difference between them in the perception of risk reduction. These results show that all ordering, contract and supervision are positively needed for the introduction of construction safety supervision. This means that there is a difference between owner and contractor in the perception of process according to system operation. All companies agree to system improvement by the settlement of safety supervision system for the prevention of safety accidents and safe construction, but the systematic complement of safety supervision is the burden of contractor. And there is a big difference between owner and contractor in the perception of responsibility and concern for cost burden.

As constructions are changing variously from the size and efficiency, the role of supervision services tend to reach beyond mere monitoring or supervision to prevent fraudulence, but tend to extend toward a system that manages all the stages of the construction industry. There are growing demand to improve government operated corporation systems to secure high quality public facilities, and reviews on construction supervision system and supervision services roles, function, responsibility and obligations have been the topics among advanced researchers. However, the circumstance is that researches on the construction supervision service compensation and supervision services assignment criteria that serve as basis of such construction supervision system improvement are insufficient, and for practical development of construction supervision system, researches on construction supervision service compensation and supervision services assignment criteria will need to precede. Hence, this research purports to propose improvement directions of construction supervision system by deducing problems through condition survey on the construction supervision services ordered by public organizations.

This study aims to derive key construction supervision work that can be digitalized among construction supervision work. The scope of the study includes domestic construction sites to which the Building Act of South Korea is applied. First, the construction supervision process was identified through extensive consultation of construction expert witnesses. Afterwards, the key construction supervision works for digitization were derived through survey results construction expert witnesses. Among the 24 supervision works throughout the pre-construction, construction, and post-construction stages, the proportion of supervision work manpower or cost, the type of data generated by supervision work and the urgency of introducing digital technology, and the impact on productivity and safety of supervision work were evaluated on a 5-point scale from "very low" to "very high" was investigated. The survey was conducted by t-test analysis, and as a result, it was possible to derive that the level of digitization was higher than average in "quality management," "safety management," and "collection and cooperation of maintenance instructions." It can be interpreted that digitization has been introduced on a pilot testing basis or has already been completed according to the needs of the site. On the other hand, it can be interpreted that the work that are obtained below the average score are considered to be realistically constrained at the construction site and that it is inevitable for the supervisor to proceed manually. Future studies include analyzing the quantitative impact of the key construction supervision work once digitalization is fully applied.

Fields of domestic construction supervision are divided into architecture, electricity, information and communication and fire by the individual laws. Between each supervision are lack of relationship. So it bring about performance degradation, supervision fee increasing and dispute. The purpose of this basic research is to suggest the integration method of each supervision.

Quite a few of persons often fall into an error that ISO has happened an additional work at construction sites. Supervision works, however, are carried out in compliance with 'Guidelines for the Supervision Works' which is including most ISO Requirements. Additional requirements needed for the supervision works are not many. This study has studied on the ISO application of supervision works in relation to, 1) ISO 9001 & KS A 9001 Quality Management System Basic Model, 2) The Process of Railway Construction Work Supervision Quality Management Plan, 3) Supervision Work Performance Guide Book(2005) & KS A 9001(2001) Standard, at the railway construction sites.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the model of curriculum supervision that can substantialize the educational value by studying actual condition and problems of present curriculum supervision. And this study focuses on reciprocal actions based on communication and dialogs. As the model of supervision mentioned above, this research proposes the supervision model of curriculum based on narrative. We need to move the view point of bureaucratic administrative supervision to new vision. For the supervision matched with this new approach, the teachers' experience has to be reinforced by dialogs and communication between school members and the person in charge of supervision in the mood of respect. The educative value of school can be recovered by the narrative through interaction, respecting school members' experience and meanings in their life according to personal practical knowledge based on teacher's experience, forming the school community by mutual communication, and constructing school culture coping with change of new environment.

The aim of this study is to examine the effects of the supervision process and functions in social welfare practice on the supervision satisfaction of social workers and their customer orientation. For this, 196 social workers were asked to answer to the questionnaire and their responses were analyzed. The courses between variables were analyzed using structural equation model. The findings from this study show that the supervision process impact on supervision satisfaction, but didn't influence customer orientation. The functions of supervision positively impacted on both supervision satisfaction and customer orientation. Furthermore, the supervision process and functions influence customer orientation with supervision satisfaction as a mediating factor. In addition. this study proposes a supervision practice system as a means to provide customer-oriented service to clients.
