The Effect of CPR Training on Self-Confidence Adult (일반 성인들의 심폐소생술 수행 자신감에 영향을 미치는 요인)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the factors affecting adults' confidence in performing CPR. As for the research method, a survey was conducted from August to October 2022, and 146152 subjects were. The collected data were analyzed by the SPSS 24.0 program. Factors influencing confidence in performing CPR were gender, age, education level, economic activity, smoking or not, drinking or not, subjective health status, marital status, CPR education experience, and accident addiction experience. It is hoped that this will be used as basic data for the development of related education programs to increase CPR performance and to provide a theoretical basis for the appropriate CPR education method for adults by grasping the effect of the degree of CPR education on their performance confidence.

  • In this paper, we introduced Silicon Oxynitride films deposited by Laser CVD, and evaluated the electrical breakdown of these films by TZDB(Time Zero Dielectric Breakdown) and TDDB(Time Dependent Dielectric Breakdown) test. In addition, high frequency C-V test was done in order to calculate hysterisis and flatband voltage(before and after electric field stress). Failure times against eletric field are examined and electric field accelation factor $\beta$ are obtained, and long term reliability was also described by extrapolating into life time in the operating voltage(5V). In this experiments, the deposited films with increased temperature represented small flatband voltage, hysterisis and favorable breakdown characteristics, this is why the hydrogen in the film was decreased and the film was densified, long term reliability was good in the laser CVD SiON films.

  • Rice stripe virus causes severe damage to rice in Korea, Japan and China. RSV is a type member of the tenuivirus group and transmitted by the small brown planthopper, Laodeiphax striatellus, in a persistant manner. Until now, occurrence of RSV is limited in of southern part of Korea. But recently occurrence of RSV is increasing and spreading in central part of Korea including Chungcheong and Kyonggi province. So we analyzed recent occurrence trend of RSV which is increased and cloned and sequenced coat protein gene for isolating of RSV strain. Infected rice of each species(Ilpumbyeo, Sindongjinbyeo, Keumobyeo-2, Dongjinbyeo, Jongnambyeo, Samcheonbyeo, etc.)is collected, we extracted total RNA from infected leaves and detected RSV viral RNA by reverse transcription(RT)-PCR using specific primer of coat protein gene. The result of RT-PCR, we observed specific band. We already cloned cDNA from the band, is analyzing sequence variety and homology of each species.

  • The tiles were manufactured using a mixture of the TK material(a raw material in making tile) and Cu-Cr-Ag impregnated activated carbon(ASC Charcoal). The extraction character of heavy metals in making tile was evaluated and the manufacturing conditions of tile were studied. The heavy metals in the mixture-before and after the tile was production of tiles was successful and as a result of heavy metal analysis, the tile showed that the concentration of heavy metal after the production of tiles was lower than that of the before one. The concentration of eluted heavy metal by acidic and basic solutions was low and the quality of the produced tile was similar to the commercial one. The result of this study suggested that the waste ASC charcoal was used to produce good tiles and it also might reduce soil pollution.

  • 한전의 가공 송전선로는 2010년 기준으로 약 12,990km(765 kV 송전선로 354 km, 345 kV 송전선로 약 3,868 km, 154 kV 송전선로 8,173 km, 66 kV 송전선로 : 약 595 km)가 설치되어 운전되고 있다. 이러한 송전선로는 평지, 구릉, 산악지 등에 설치됨으로써 자연환경에 크게 영향을 받는다. 특히 전 세계적으로 낙뢰에 의한 송전선로의 트립 고장이 전체 고장의 약 60%를 점유하는 것으로 보고되고 있으며, 낙뢰에 의한 고장을 최소화하기 위한 내뢰 설계를 시행하고 있다. 한전에서도 전압별 계통의 신뢰도와 경제성을 고려하여 765 kV 송전선로의 목표 사고율은 0.35[건/100 km 년], 345 kV 송전선로의 경우는 1.0[건/100 km.년], 154 kV 송전선로의 경우는 2.0[건/100 km 년] 이하의 목표 사고율을 설정하여 설계 운영하고 있다. 그러나 2000년 이후 낙뢰발생 빈도가 증가하고 있으며, 낙뢰에 의한 고장 점유율도 약 75%로서 고품질 전력공급을 위한 내뢰 대책 수립의 검토가 요구되고 있다.

Clinical Characteristics in Patients with Biliary Obstruction Diagnosed by $^{99m}Tc-DISIDA$ Scan -In 9 Cases with Normal Ultrasonographic Findings- ($^{99m}Tc-DISIDA$ 간담도 스캔상 담도폐쇄로 진단된 환자의 임상적 특성 -초음파 검사상 정상 소견을 보인 9예를 중심으로-)

  • To evaluate the role of hepatobiliary (DISIDA) scan in the diagnosis of biliary obstruction, we studied the clinical characteristics of 9 cases with biliary obstructuon, whose hepatobiliary scans and ultrasonography were not concordant (normal ultrasonography and abnormal hepatobiliary scan). The results were as follows; 1) The main chief complaints (89%) were abdominal pain, especially in RUQ area. The levels of serum bilirubin were elevated in 67% of patients $(normal\sim5.9mg/dl)$ and those of alkaline phosphatase were elevated in 78% of patients $(normal\sim724U/L)$. 2) The final diagnoses were CBD stones (67%), tumor (22%) and 3 cases were associated with C. sinensis. 3) The major obstruction sites were in distal CBD (89%). From the above results we concluded that hepatobiliary scan is a useful diagnostic method of biliary obstruction, especially in distal CBD lesion and early stage, in spite of normal ultrasonography.

  • In this study, the performance analysis method for ramjet engine system with atmospheric air disturbance was proposed. Flight path was determined to satisfy dynamic pressure constant at each flight altitude. The atmospheric air disturbance incoming into a engine intake was simulated by the model Tank proposed. The performance parameters was investigated at each flight condition with air disturbance. Engine operation stability was evaluated as analysis of the normal shock position.

  • Bi2212 superconducting thin films fabricated by using the ion Beam Sputtering Method. As a result, although the composition of Bi2212 was set up, the phase of Bi2201, Bi2212 and Bi2223 was formed. The formation area of these stable phases is indicated as inclined line in the direction of the right lower end from the Arrhenius plot of the substrate temperature-oxidation gas pressure, and are distributed in very small area. The activation energy for the phase transformation from the Bi2201 to the Bi2212 is estimated in terms of the Avrami equation.

The Effect of Blasting Treatment on the Corrosion Characteristics in the Zr-based Amorphous Alloy Die Castings (Zr기 비정질 합금 다이캐스팅 주조품의 부식 특성에 미치는 블라스팅 처리의 영향)

  • A Zr-based amorphous alloy specimen was produced by vacuum die casting process. The salt spray test was carried out using the specimens in the as-cast, $Al_2O_3$ and $ZrO_2$ particle blasted state. Using these specimens, the SEM-EDX and XRD analyses, DSC measurement and bending strength test were conducted. After the salt spray test, the specimens were not experienced phase change and thermal characteristics of the alloys were remained unchanged. In the as-cast specimen, corrosion products were not observed. However, in the $Al_2O_3$ particle blasted specimen, pitting corrosion occurred and the detected corrosion products were $ZrCl_2$ and $NaZrO_3$. Due to the salt spray test, bending strength of the $Al_2O_3$ blasted specimens showed about 100 MPa lower strength than the other specimens. The bending fracture surface was vein pattern which was shown typically in the amorphous alloys.
