전력용 변압기 소음저감을 위한 차음판 기술에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Soundproofing Plate Techniques for Noise Reduction of Power Transformers)

  • 전력수요의 증가와 도심지역의 확대로 주거지역에 새로운 변전소를 건설하거나, 기존 변전소에 변압기 증설이 필요하다. 그러나 변전소의 변압기 소음으로 인한 불만이 증가하고 있다. 지금까지 한전에서는 변압기의 소음전달을 차단하기 위하여 옥외 변전소의 경우에는 방진패드 설치, 다양한 방음벽 설치, 변압기 본체 밀폐 등을 시행하여 왔으며, 옥내 변전소의 경우에는 방음문, 방음서터 및 풍도형 방음장치 설치 등을 시행하여 왔다. 그러나 현재의 소음 저감대책은 만족할 정도에 이르지 못하는 실정이다. 따라서 변압기 자체의 소음발생 억제에 대한 근본적인 대책이 요구되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 변압기 외함의 보강제 사이를 강판으로 막아 변압기 외함에서 방출되는 소음을 차단하기 위한 차음판 기술을 개발하였다. 차음판을 변압기 외함에 적용하기 위하여 변압기 외함의 진동 특성과 차음판의 적용에 따른 음의 감쇄를 해석하고, 실변압기에 차음판을 적용하여 소음의 저감효과를 측정하여 약 11[dB]의 소음저감 효과를 확인하였다.

ROI(Region Of Interest)기반의 차등적 이미지 압축에 관한 연구 (The Study about the Differential compression based on the ROI(Region Of Interest))

  • 과거에 비해 현재는 네트워크를 통해서 수없이 많은 이미지와 영상을 많은 사용자들이 공유하고 있다. 이러한 연유로 이미지 또는 영상의 압축에 대해서 많은 연구들이 진행되어지고 있다. 그 중에서도 특정한 목적을 위해 이미지의 특정영역에 관해서만 관심을 갖는 경우가 존재한다. 예를 들어 ATM과 같이 배경보다는 사람의 얼굴을 중요시 여기는 기기에서는 관심영역을 설정하여 압축하는 방법이 중요시 되고 있다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 한 이미지 내에서 관심영역과 비관심영역을 구분하고, 관심영역에 대해서는 높은 퀄리티를 유지하되 비 관심영역에 대해서는 낮은 퀄리티로 압축하여 사용자가 의도하는 관심도를 고려할 수 있도록 새로운 압축방법을 제시한다. 인간 시각체계는 어두운 영역에서보다는 밝은 영역에서 밝기 변화의 민감도가 낮다는 특성과 이미지 압축 시 사용되는 블록의 특성인 표준편차를 이용하여 새로운 관심영역을 정의하여 사용한다. 마지막으로 제시된 방법을 JPEG을 변형하여 실험해봄으로써 검증하였다.

DC링크 스위치를 갖는 단상 5레벨 인버터 (Single Phase 5-level Inverter with DC-link Switches)

  • 본 논문에서는 기존의 멀티레벨 인버터와는 달리 DC링크단에 스위치를 설치함으로써 성능을 향상시킨 새로운 형태의 H-브리지 멀티레벨 인버터를 제안한다. 제안된 방식은 계통 연계형 단상 멀티레벨 인버터로서 기존의 단상인버터에 비하여 출력 전압 파형이 정현파에 가깝고, 고압 대용량 시스템용 멀티레벨 인버터로의 확장도 용이할 뿐만 아니라 직렬연결을 통하여 간단히 전압레벨을 확장할 수 있다는 장점을 갖는다. 동일한 5레벨의 경우 기존의 H-브리지 직렬형이나 NPC형 멀티레벨 인버터는 가제어 스위치가 8개 사용되는 반면에 제안한 멀티레벨 인버터는 가제어 스위치가 6개 사용되기 때문에 회로 구성이 간단하여 신뢰도가 높고 경제적인 구현이 가능하고 스위칭 손실이 줄어서 효율이 향상되는 특징이 있다. POD 변조기법을 기반으로 하여 반송파 신호 하나만을 사용하는 새로운 PWM 방법을 제시하였으며 DC링크 커패시터 전압의 균형을 위한 스위칭 시퀀스에 대해서도 검토하였다. 제안된 토폴로지의 타당성을 시뮬레이션과 실험을 통하여 확인하였다.

경부 경막외 차단 시 약물의 용량에 따른 분포 양상 비교 (A Comparison of the Spread Level of the Cervical Epidural Block in Terms of Volume)

  • Background: Cervical epidural injection, performed via the interlaminar approach, represents a useful interventional pain management procedure indicated in patients with a cervical herniated disk. Due to thedecreased epidural space in the cervical region, cervical epidural injections may result in potentially serious complications, especially during a large volume injection. Methods: Thirty-four patients with neck pain due to a cervical herniated disk that were referred to the pain clinic for cervical epidural steroid injection were randomized into two groups. One group received a cervical epidural injection of 4 ml drug and the other group received 2 ml drug. The injected mixture included triamcinolon, ropivacaine and omnipaque. Spread levels of the drug after injection were estimated with the use of C-arm fluoroscopy. Results: Spread levels to the cephalad for patients in the two groups were $4.88{\pm}0.78segments$ and $4.53{\pm}0.49segments$, respectively. Spread levels to the caudad for patients in the two groups were $4.59{\pm}0.93segments$ and $4.47{\pm}0.51segments$, respectively. The results showed no significant difference in the spread level between the two groups. Conclusions: Use of a small volume of drug (2 ml) can provide a sufficient spread level of the injected drug that is desirable for patients with a cervical herniated disk.

1924세대용 브래지어 원형개발 및 그레이딩에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Development of the Basic Brassiere Pattern and a Grading Method for the 1924 Generation)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop brassiere patterns which are both fitting and functional for women aged 19 to 24(the 1924 generation). We suggested a 'size chart for body measurements' for constructing basic brassiere patterns with six sizes of '70, 75', 'AA, A, B cups', which are used most frequently by the 1924 generation consumers. The scope of research was in reference to the statistical analysis results of the Size Korea(2004) body measurements and the results of the data from the preceding research. The 'drafting method for constructing basic brassiere patterns for the 1924 generation consumers' was completed by selecting a total of 18 subjects, 3 for each six sizes in the scope of research, and three wearing tests were carried out with the subjects. We compiled one brassiere pattern in six sizes obtained with the drafting method of constructing a basic brassiere pattern on another by block pattern in order to observe the phase of change in dimensions and shapes of paper pattern. The result was converted into the variations of a x-axis and a y-axis, and we suggested 'Size Grading Rule' and 'Cup Grading Rule' for the basic brassiere patterns. As the results of the wearing evaluation of the basic brassieres and measuring the variation in body dimensions by wearing brassieres, the dimensions and shapes of the basic brassieres suggested in this research proved to be fitting and to have a wearing effect that brings together and supports the breasts.

고역율 AC/AC 전류형 고주파 공진 인버터의 특성해석에 관한 연구 (A Study on Characteristic Analysis of AC to AC Current-Fed Type High Frequency Resonant Inverter with High Power Factor)

  • This paper presents a novel high-power-factor circuit topology of AC to AC current-fed type high frequency resonant inverter which includes the function of power factor correction(PFC) in the proposed inverter to operate the AC input block with high power factor. The proposed circuit topology of AC to AC current fed type high resonant inverter removes DC link electrolytic capacitor and has also the one of power factor correction(PFC) in the inverter circuit without an additional PFC circuit since the input current by constituting it in parallel as an unit inverter, which assumes the class-E high frequency resonant inverter of conventional current-fed type, flows in the form of the resultant current flowing through each constant current reactor($L_{d1}$, $L_{d2}$). The circuit analysis of proposed inverter is generally described by adopting the normalized parameters and the evaluation of its operating characteristics are conducted by using the parameters such as the ratio of switching and resonant frequency(${\mu}$), coupling coefficient(k) and so on. An example of procedure for circuit design based on the characteristic values obtained from the theoretical analysis is presented. To confirm the validity of the theoretical analysis, the experimental results are also presented. In the future, the proposed inverter shows it can be practically used as power supply system for induction heating application, DC-DC converter etc.

Z-인덱스 기반 MOLAP 큐브 저장 구조 (A Z-Index based MOLAP Cube Storage Scheme)

  • MOLAP(multi-dimensional online analytical processing)은 데이타의 다차원적 분석 기술로서, 이는 질의 처리 속도를 높이기 위해 데이타를 큐브(cube)라고 불리는 다차원 배열에 저장하고 배열 인덱스를 사용하여 데이타를 엑세스한다. 큐브는 다양한 방식으로 디스크에 저장될 수 있으며 이 때 사용되는 방식에 따라 MOLAP의 주요 연산인 슬라이스와 다이스 연산 속도가 크게 영향을 받는다. 이러한 연산들을 효율적으로 처리하기 위해 다차원 배열을 작은 크기의 청크로 나누고 이 들 중에서 희박한 청크들을 압축하여 저장하는 기법이 [1]에 제안되어 있다. 이 방식에서는 청크들을 행우선 순서로 디스크에 저장한다. 본 연구에서는 청크들을 밀도와 인접도 기준으로 배치시킴으로써 슬라이스와 다이스 연산 속도를 향상시키는 방법을 제시한다. 청크 밀도를 이용하여 청크들을 디스크 블록 경계에 가능한 한 맞추었고, Z 인덱싱을 사하여 인접한 저밀도 청크들을 군집화 함으로써 디스크 I/O의 속도를 높였다. 제안한 큐브 저장 방식은 일반적 비즈니스 데이타의 분석에 흔히 사용되는 3~5차원의 큐브 저장에 효율적이라는 것을 실험적으로 보였다.

축구 인사이드 페널티킥 동작 시 목표변화에 따른 하지분절의 운동학적 분석 (Kinematic Analysis of Lower Limb during Inside Penalty Kick toward Different Targets in Soccer)

  • The purpose of this study was to provide data to increase the success rate of penalty kicks through quantifying the shape of skilled kicks by performing a kinematic analysis on the change of movement during the kicking phase which the goalkeeper uses as a vital clue. Three high definition video cameras(GR-HD1KR, JVC, Japan) were used for the study and 18 reflective markers were attached to the body joints. Corners of the goal, difficult for goalkeepers to block, were set as aims and 1 m by 1.2 m targets were installed. Each subject had five sets of kicks at random, and the analysis was done on the movements that hit the target. Time, speed of the right lower limb's center of mass, joint angle, and angular velocity were chosen as factors and the results of the analysis showed statistical significance. The player taking a penalty kick should train to avoid leaning one's body towards the kicking direction and change the angle of the right foot right before the impact to decide the direction of the ball. The goalkeeper can increase the save success rate by studying the angle of the kicker's body and the right foot as well as the timing of the kick.

농업용수 수질기준 T-N 항목 설정을 위한 벼생육 실험 (Experiments of Rice Cultivation for Establishment of Total Nitrogen(T-N) Item of Agricultural Water Standards)

  • The present water quality standards for agricultural were established without considering the effects of water quality on the safety, growth, yield and quality of crops. This study was carried out to investigate the effects of irrigation water quality on the growth, yield, and grain quality of rice, and to acquire basic knowledges to set up water quality standards for irrigation. The field and pot experiments were conducted with irrigation water that was previously adjusted four concentrations (control, 5, 10, 20 mg/L) and six concentrations (control, 5, 10, 15, 20, 30 mg/L) by $NH_4NO_3$ solution and replicated three and four times with randomized block design, respectively. The results of this study showed that the inorganic nutrient of rice plant, rice protein contents and number of panicle tended to increase as the T-N concentration in irrigation water was increased. In addition, grain yield at T-N 10 mg/L and 20mg/L were significantly higher than the control at the field experiment. From the pot experiment at T-N 30 mg/L, the percentage of head rice was slightly lower due to the increase of green kernel and white belly/core kernel.

"상한론"에 나타난 계(悸)와 관련된 처방들의 현대 질환 범위 고찰 (Study on Diseases Scope of Prescriptions Related with the Palpitation in "Shanghanlun")

  • This article is a study on palpitation of which disease cause, disease mechanism and formulas were analyzed with reference to annotations on "Shanghanlun" and "Jinkuiyaolue". And the scope of modern diseases related with palpitation was drawn by research on clinical papers. The source books are "Zhujieshanghanlun" and "Jinkuiyaoluefanglun" and the clinical papers are searched in China Academic Journals(CAJ) of China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI). 13 clauses in "Shanghanlun" and 9 clauses in "Jinkuiyaolue" and 12 formulas are related with palpitation. Disease mechanisms of palpitation were classified as yang deficiency, yin deficiency, qi deficiency, blood deficiency, retained fluid, cold, etc and these days, qi stagnation, phlegm turbidity, blood stasis and fire heat are also considered as disease mechanisms. Modern diseases related with palpitation are arrhythmia(extrasystole, atrial fibrillation, bradycardia, tachycardia, sick sinus syndrome, atrioventricular block), vascular diseases(arterial occlusion, phlebothrombosis, Buerger's disease, coronary artery disease, vasculitis), blood pressure disorder(hypertension, hypotension) and heart diseases such as heart failure, angina pectoris, myocardial infarction, myocarditis, cardiomyopathy, pericardial effusion. And diseases related with psychological change(cardiac neurosis, anxiety neurosis, neurosis, depression, hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism), pyrexia, anemia, drug intoxication, etc are also related with palpitation. Zhen Wu Tang showing an efficacy in dilating blood vessels and strengthening cardiac function, Wuling Powder with diuretic effect and Fried Glycyrrhizae Decoction acting on the ${\beta}$ receptor are applied to heart failure in different ways. Fried Glycyrrhizae Decoction(308 cases), Zhen Wu Tang(154), Wuling Powder(54), Xiao Chaihu Tang(34), Sini San(20) are reported to have been clinically applied to cardiovascular diseases and Zhen Wu Tang and Wuling Powder mainly applied to heart failure, Fried Glycyrrhizae Decoction, Lizhong Wan, Sini San and Zhen Wu Tang chiefly applied to arrhythmia related diseases. This study focuses on the general research and consideration on clinical applications and is a preliminary study to understand relations between Korean Medicine's symptoms and categories of modern diseases.
