This paper reports an efficient algorithm for accurate rolling shutter distortion removal. A hierarchical global motion estimation approach for a group of blocks reduces the level of computation by three orders of magnitude. In addition, the motion of each scanline is determined accurately by averaging two candidates obtained through cubic spline interpolation. The experimental results show that the proposed method produces accurate motion information with significant computation reduction and corrects the rolling shutter distortion effectively.

An efficient and practical synthetic method of △1 -3-octalone, which is a versatile building block for thesyntheses of polycyclic compounds, has been developed. The dianion of ethyl acetoacetate reacts with cyclohexene-1-carboxaldehyde (3) to produce the aldol adduct 6, which then undergoes Mn(Ⅲ)-mediated radical cyclization followed by acetate elimination to give △1 -3-octalone 4. A detailed mechanistic insight of Mn(Ⅲ)-mediated cyclization of 6 has been disclosed.

The concept of Balanced Factorial Experiment (BFE) was introduced by Shah (1958). The conditions for BFE were set up by Kurkjian and Zelen (1963) and Kshirsagar (1966). Generalized Cyclic Factorial Experiment (GCFE), which is more wide class of designs than BFE, do not satisfy the condition of BFE. So all contrasts belonging to the same interaction are not estimated with equal variance. The main purpose of this paper is to show that GCFE have orthogonal factorial structure and the scheme of the size of variances for all normalized contrasts in GCFE is similar to the original intra-block association scheme.

본 논문에서는 차세대 블록 암호 시스템으로 선정되었으며 미연방정부의 표준으로 제정된 RBC(Rijndael Block Cipher) 알고리즘을 하드웨어로 구현하였다. 구현된 블록 암호 시스템은 임베디드 시스템에 적용이 가능하도록 암호화 블록과 복호화 블록을 따로 설계하지 않고 하드웨어를 공유하여 하나의 블록에서 선택에 따라 암호화와 복호화가 모두 이루어질 수 있도록 설계함으로써 하드웨어의 면적을 최소화하였다.

동일한 데이터를 여러 곳에 보관하는 분산원장을 특징으로 갖는 블록체인은 보안성과 안정성을 비롯한 여러 가지 기술적 특징을 가지며, 이로 인해 블록체인의 활용처에 대한 연구가 다양하게 이루어지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 공적장부의 하나인 부동산종합공부시스템에 블록체인을 적용하기 위해 고려할 사항들을 도출하고, 이를 바탕으로 블록체인 시스템 구성 방안과 합의 알고리즘 참조모형을 제시한다.
