In early 1970s, open education was introduced with drastically changing educational concept. Since then, open education has brought about new concept and variations in curriculum, schools have adopted open education since mid 1980s. Open education which has advanced in foreign countries, how-ever, do not fit to the Korean educational situation without some modification in educational facilities. This education in Korea faced and making some suggestions on educational facilities for the effective open ducation in Korea. After briefly reviewing the conceprs of open education. I introduced educational facilities for open education regarded as basic in advanced countries, then I analyzed through questionaire current status of educational facilities of 23 Korean schools which have adopted open education. Finally I made some suggestions to improve educational facilities for effective open education of Korea.

This study aims to present suggestions on the causes and effects between internal marketing and customer-oriented trends of social welfare halls based on the issue that internal marketing should be activated based on previous studies on the relationship between internal marketing and customer-oriented trends. For this purpose, as a result of analysing the research hypothesis through a questionnaire, this study has meaning in that it supported the results of previous studies on internal marketing and customer-oriented trends as theoretical suggestions and analysed the relationship between internal marketing and customer-oriented trends. It was politically suggested and emphasized that internal marketing is needed in social welfare halls and to encourage social welfare workers to be customer-oriented, components of internal marketing should be established in an organic and systematic manner.

Environment education, which is a principal solution to environmental problems in the world, is being practiced in Korea through the national curricula for primary and secondary schools. However, it hasn't been effective so far to practice environment education within those schools where a variety of subjects are taught. The purpose of this study is to look for the possibility of practicing environment education and thereby to make some suggestions for effective environment education in the field of English education, which doesn't seem to have a close relationship with environment education. This study first specified prospective contents of environment education by analyzing the Seventh National English Curriculum. Then, on the basis of them, the study explored how to practice environment education in the field of English education. Finally, for effective environment education, it made some suggestions and emphasized the importance of consistent efforts.

Following the emergency work in Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant, more attention was paid for the radiation protection of workers working under severe accident condition. The protection procedure for the emergency workers, including the on-site emergency center, the seismic isolated building and the reestablishment of the radiation protection framework were analyzed to investigate drawbacks and deficiencies which led to adverse effects on the emergency planning and on emergency workers' health and comfort. Those drawbacks were identified and studied, and then suggestions were made to enhance the emergency working condition to avoid any future problems during severe accident emergency work and management.

The purpose of this study is to suggest plans to improve the industrial high school through the inquiry of Competency-Based Education(CBE). The suggestions are as followings: (1) Selection and organization of the educational contents of industrial high school must be based on job analysis. (2) Instructional objectives must be defined as a performance objective and enabling objectives. (3) Instruction must be individualized in method, the instructional contents must be organized in the unit of module. (4) Evaluation system must be not knowledge based but performance-based. (5) Physical Environment of work shop must be organized based on facilities, equipments and machines abstracted by job analysis. (6) Competency-Based Teacher Education(CBTE) program is required to train competent teachers in practice.

In this study in order to find out the trends and the residual lifetime for electric connections/contacts using infrared image camera, "lifetime temperature rise model" is theoretically proposed on the base of "lifetime resistance model" and to prove this theory, experiments have been performed for various kinds of electric connections/contacts. Two suggestions have been builded up or the "lifetime temperature rise model" ; one is the linear relationship between the temperature rise $\Delta K$ and contact resistance, and the other is the functional relationship between the temperature of electric connections/contacts and the operating time which ascribed in the "lifetime resistance model". From the experimental results, measured values were quite similar to the theoretical value so that two suggestions in "lifetime temperature rise model" were appeared to be correct.

As buildings take on more advanced features, mechanical facilities of buildings are accounting for increasingly greater significance in building construction projects. However, mechanical facility designers are forced to be content with design service fees that do not properly compensate their excessive workload, with lowest-bid-first tendering practices compounding their economic woes. In relation to this, this Study aims to offer suggestions for better standards for compensation of design service for mechanical facilities of buildings, highlighting five key suggestions in consideration of relatively small size of work and unmatched long duration of work.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between application attractiveness and loyalty to mobile music applications. The application attractiveness is operationalized into four dimensions: richness of music contents, music app design quality, music app functionality, and promotion. The hypotheses are postulated and tested using a sample of 370 student respondents from Henan Polytechnic University and Henan Institute of Technology, China. The result shows that there is a positive correlation between loyalty and three application attractiveness aspects: richness of music contents, music app design quality and music app functionality. Based on the results of this study, the research put forward constructive suggestions about improving mobile music application loyalty. Finally, several conclusions, managerial suggestions, limitations and future research are proposed.

Regulation for the radiopharmaceuticals should be reasonably different from that of other drugs. Radiopharmaceuticals are always used by compounding based on the doctor's order, have short half life and very low administration dose. Its pharmacological effect is not from its chemical effect but from radiation. The background for exploratory IND (Investigational New Drug) explained by the FDA was to reduce the time and resources expended on candidate products that are unlikely to suceed, new tools are needed to distinguish earlier in the process those candidates that hold promise from those that do not. In this review, basic concept for exploratory IND and RDRC guideline is summarized and various suggestions for improving and expediting procedure for new radiopharmaceutical development would be described.

우리나라의 재난및안전관리기본법에서는 표준현장지휘체계는 긴급구조활동에 대한 지휘에 대한 것으로 국한하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 표준현장지휘체계를 다양한 재난에 범용적으로 적용가능하도록 개선방안을 제시하였다. 또한 대규모 재난피해 발생시 모든 대응자원을 신속히 동원하여 재난현장에 제공 지원할 수 있도록 재난안전대책본부의 자원 응원조정 역할의 명확화 등 개선방안을 제시하였다.
