A Study on the Comparison of Material Similarity Using Sugeno Fuzzy Integral in Laser Cutting Process (레이저 절단에서 Sugeno 퍼지적분을 이용한 재료 유사성 비교에 관한 연구)

  • Laser processing workmen should select the working condition for laser cutting of new materials by the preparatory experiments for that material or from the past experiences in cutting of other similar materials. This paper proposes a criterion to determine how much a material is similar to other materials by using the Sugeno fuzzy integral. With the proposed criterion the laser processing workman can objectify the considered material for his decision. The expert system programmer can give the system a high flexibility by experimenting with some materials in a large range of similarity and can support the laser processing workman by offering the similarity between materials.

  • 산업용 로봇으로부터 시작된 로봇에 관한 연구는 서비스 로봇에 대한 개념이 확산되면서 최근 폭발적으로 그 영역을 넓혀가고 있다. 또한, 인간과 함께 생활하는 서비스 로봇의 경우 로봇 스스로가 인간 및 환경을 이해하고 조작할 수 있어야 하므로 매우 높은 수준의 지능이 요구되고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 로봇의 지능이란 무엇인가라는 근본적인 문제에 대해 공학적인 측면에서 다루고자 한다. 구체적으로 기존의 개발된 로봇들을 통해 로봇의 지능을 구성하는 요소들을 분석해내고 이를 활용해 특정 로봇의 지능 수준을 측정하거나 또는 서로 다른 두 로봇 간의 지능들을 비교할 수 있는 척도에 대해 제시하고자 한다. 기존의 퍼지 적분 기반 기계 지능 측정법에서의 방법, 즉 Choquet 퍼지 적분과 Sugeno 퍼지 적분을 함께 사용함으로써 정량적/정성적인 판단을 동시에 진행하는 방법을 응용함으로써 인간의 IQ에 해당되는 로봇의 IQ 수치를 얻어낼 수 있게 된다.

The Skeletonization of 2-Dimensional Image for Fuzzy Mathematical Morphology using Defuzzification (비퍼지화를 이용한 퍼지 수학적 형태학의 2차원 영상의 골격화)

  • Based on similarities between fuzzy set theory and mathematical morphology, Grabish proposed a fuzzy morphology based on the Sugeno fuzzy integral. This paper proposes a fuzzy mathematical morphology based on the defuzzification of the fuzzy measure which corresponds to fuzzy integral. Its process makes a fuzzy set used as a measure of the inclusion of each fuzzy measure for subsets. To calculate such an integral a $\lambda$-fuzzy measure is defined which gives every subsets associated with the universe of discourse, a definite non-negative weight. Fast implementable definitions for erosion and dilation based on the fuzzy measure was given. An application for robust skeletonization of two-dimensional objects was presented. Simulation examples showed that the object reconstruction from their skeletal subsets that can be achieved by using the proposed was better than by using the binary mathematical morphology in most cases.

  • Ying[M.S. Ying, Linguistic quantifiers modeled by Sugeno integrals, Artificial Intelligence 170(2006) 581-606] studied a framework for modeling quantifiers in natural languages in which each linguistic quantifier is represented by a family of fuzzy measures and the truth value of a quantified proposition is evaluated by using Sugeno integral. In this paper, we consider interval-valued fuzzy measures and interval quantifiers which are the generalized concepts of fuzzy measures and quantifiers, respectively. We also investigate logical properties of a first order language with interval quantifiers modeled by the Sugeno integral with respect to an interval-valued fuzzy measures.

  • 사용자가 최소의 이해와 수정 노력으로 적합한 컴포넌트를 선택할수 있는 방안이 요구된다, 따라서 본 논문에서는 컴포넌트의 재사용도 측정을 위한 혼합적 척도를 제안한다. 현업에서의 연구와 경험을 통해서 증명된 객관성 있는 척도들을 측정인자로 설정한다. 러프집합을 이용하여 각측정인자들이 컴포넌트 재상요에 미치는 영향의 정도를 평가하고 각 측정인자들의 상대적 중요도를 구한다, Sugeno의 퍼지적분을 이용하여 측정인자들의 중요도와 측정값들을 종합함으로써 컴포넌트들의 재사용도를 측정한다. 마지막으로 제안된 ordinal scale과 ratio scale에 따름을 보여준다.

  • Trust can be defined as the level of subjective probability with which an agent will perform a particular action. This paper proposes a comprehensive fuzzy trust model which incorporates dispositional trust, general trust, and situational trust and reputation information. In the model, the preference degrees for the interaction outcomes with respect to the evaluation criteria are expressed in a fuzzy set, and Sugeno's fuzzy integral is employed to aggregate the satisfaction degrees with respect to the importance of evaluation criteria which can be assigned in a way to preserve the properties of the ${\lambda}-fuzzy$ measure.

  • 소프트웨어의 유지보수면에서, 재사용이 매우 중요시되고 있는 가운데, 사용자가 최소 노력으로 필요한 컴포넌트들을 선택 및 유사 컴포넌트들을 평가할 수 있는 방법이 필요하다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 현업에서의 많은 연구와 실험을 통해서 그 타당성이 검증된 척도들을 측정 인자로 설정, 여기에 러프 집합으로써 각 측정 인자들의 중요도를 측정하고, 이러한 측정값들을 Sugeno의 퍼지 적분으로써 종합하여 컴포넌트의 재사용 가능도를 평가하여 재사용이 용이한 컴포넌트 순으로 사용자에게 제공할 수 있는 재사용 가능도 평가 방법을 제안한다.

Evaluating Level of Quality for the Skyteam Cargo Services (스카이팀 카고의 서비스 품질에 대한 평가)

  • This research explores the relative importance of factors and service items that influence the air cargo service quality for provision services by the Skyteam Cargo in the Korean market. In general, the Skyteam Cargo provides a package of services which are different functions and operations of service such item as Equation Heavy (heavy and large express freight), Equation (small express freight), Variation (special freight), and Dimension (general freight). To carry out the research, the expert questionnaire survey, the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) analysis had adopted to evaluate the level of quality for the provision air cargo operation services by the Skyteam Cargo at Incheon International Airport. Based on an expert survey and the AHP, five core service factors, namely, infrastructure as installed facilities, reliability, promptness, efficiency, and safety are defined.

Bin-Picking Method Using Laser (레이저를 이용한 Bin-Picking 방법)

  • This paper presents a bin picking method using a slit beam laser in which a robot recognizes all of the unoccluded objects from the top of jumbled objects, and picks them up one by one. Once those unoccluded objects are removed, newly developed unoccluded objects underneath are recognized and the same process is continued until the bin gets empty. To recognize unoccluded objects, a new algotithm to link edges on slices which are generated by the orthogonally mounted laser on the xy table is proposed. The edges on slices are partitioned and classified using convex and concave function with a distance parameter. The edge types on the neighborhood slices are compared, then the hamming distances among identical kinds of edges are extracted as the features of fuzzy membership function. The sugeno fuzzy integration about features is used to determine linked edges. Finally, the pick-up sequence based on MaxMin theory is determined to cause minimal disturbance to the pile. This proposed method may provide a solution to the automation of part handling in manufacturing environments such as in punch press operation or part assembly.

  • Fuzzy theory is used to quantify some subjective criteria and consider uncertain factors for transmission line reinforcement planning in this paper. Sugeno's fuzzy integral is also used in the proposed method, because it can be easily allied to multi attribute decision making problems such as power system planning. To verify the proposed algorithm, some bode-neck lines are searched for the case that the amount of Maximal Load Supplying Capability(MLSC) is small using the results of contingency analysis for Korea Electric Power Corporation(KEPCO)'s 345[kV] transmission line in 1998. And several feasible alternatives are composed for line reinforcement which can dissolve the bottle-neck.
