The purpose of this study was to identify the impact of e-commerce system satisfaction on e business success factors. We developed the questionnaire for measuring system satisfaction and success factors and tested internal reliability and construct validity. Cronbach's alphas of all system satisfaction factors were above .79 and that of e business success factors were above .82 except partnership (.66). In the regression models, we tried to identify all possible independent variables such as individual factors, organizational factors, system vendor size, order items in their systems and system satisfactions. Using Partial F-test, the regression model with system satisfaction factors, individual and organizational factors was identified as the optimal model in explaining the dependant variable. In the best model, system readiness and timeliness was significant determinants of e-business success evaluation. After using 7 success evaluations factors as the dependant variables, only three models were significant linear models, which were the models with partnership, CEO willingness to e-commerce and e-commerce support. In those models, system readiness and timeliness showed consistent influences to success factors.
This paper improves top-down execution models of logic programs based on a two-phase abstract interpretation which consists of a bottom-up analysis followed by a top-down one. The two-phase analysis provides an approximation of all (possibly non-ground) success patterns of clauses relevant to a query. It is specialized by considering Sato and Tamaki’s depth k abstraction as abstract function. By the ability of the analysis to approximate possibly non-ground success patterns of clauses relevant to a query, it can be statically determined whether some subgoals will fail during execution and some succeeding subgoals do not participate in success patterns of program clauses relevant to a given query. These properties are utilized to improve execution models. This approach can be easily applied to any top-down (parallel) execution models. As instances, it is shown to be applicable to linear execution model and AND/OR Process Model.

The present study analyzes the relationship between research and development (R&D) inputs and performance of a national technology innovation R&D program using successive binary Logistic regression models based on a typical R&D logic model. In particular, this study focuses on to answer the following three main questions; (1) "To what extent, do the R&D inputs have an effect on the performance creation?"; (2) "Is an obvious relationship verified between the immediate predecessor and its successor performance?"; and (3) "Is there a difference in the performance creation between R&D government subsidy recipient types and between R&D collaboration types?" Methodologically, binary Logistic regression models are established successively considering the "Success-Failure" binary data characteristic regarding the performance creation. An empirical analysis is presented analyzing the sample n = 2,178 R&D projects completed. This study's major findings are as follows. First, the R&D inputs have a statistically significant relationship only with the short-term, technical output, "Patent Registration." Second, strong dependencies are identified between the immediate predecessor and its successor performance. Third, the success probability of the performance creation is statistically significantly different between the R&D types aforementioned. Specifically, compared with "Large Company", "Small and Medium-Sized Enterprise (SMS)" shows a greater success probability of "Sales" and "New Employment." Meanwhile, "R&D Collaboration" achieves a larger success probability of "Patent Registration" and "Sales."

This paper suggested a plan to increase the start-up survival rate by identifying independent variables that significantly affect start-up success through analysis of the founder's internal and external factors. As a result of this study, it was found that internal factors (financial ability, risk sensitivity) and external factors (start-up environment, start-up support policy) had a direct positive (+) effect on start-up success. Meanwhile, self-efficacy for business models partially mediated the relationship between factors(financing ability, risk sensitivity, start-up environment and start-up support policies) and start-up success. Self-efficacy for business models fully mediated the relationship between factors(start-up expertise and challenge spirit) and start-up success. Finally, trust in business models partially mediated the relationship between factors(start-up expertise, risk sensitivity, and start-up support policies) and start-up success. And the trust in business models fully mediated the factors(the spirit of challenge, start-up environment) and start-up success.

Many e-Learning companies are incorporated for the last five years, but most of them are failed or merged by the other company. The main reasons are the absence of competitive strategies and recognition of critical success factors. There are many researches on the critical success factors of Information System (IS) and Electronic Commerce (EC) . We derived e-Learning success factors from the previous IS and EC researches. We classified the success factors into five dimensions, (1) contents management, (2) learner management, (3) business strategy, (4) organizational support and ability, (5) learning management system (LMS), and each dimension has 9 or more success factors measurement items. We surveyed the perceived importance of the success factors from the manager of South Korea e-Learning firms. The paper categorized the items into two or more factors for each dimension by the exploratory factor analysis. Finally, we conducted one-way ANOVA for each success factors by the business model. As a result, there is different importance level for each success factors by the business model. We concluded that each e-Learning company needs different strategies to their business model.

This paper is a report on in-progress investigation on antecedents of IS success in small and medium size enterprises. Previous studies on IS success in SME context largely extends research models derived from a large enterprise context. This research applies the grounded theory approach to 1109 ISP outputs exploring SME specific constructs in successful IS implementation and management. When successful, results of this research will provide insights into theories of IS in SME context that may practically applicable to IS practice in SMEs.
Research in the field of computer vision based on deep learning is being actively conducted. However, deep learning-based models have vulnerabilities in adversarial attacks that increase the model's misclassification rate by applying adversarial perturbation. In particular, in the case of FGSM, it is recognized as one of the effective attack methods because it is simple, fast and has a considerable attack success rate. Meanwhile, as one of the efforts to visualize deep learning models, Grad-CAM enables visual explanation of convolutional neural networks. In this paper, I propose a method to generate adversarial examples with high attack success rate by applying Grad-CAM to FGSM. The method chooses fixels, which are closely related to labels, by using Grad-CAM and add perturbations to the fixels intensively. The proposed method has a higher success rate than the FGSM model in the same perturbation for both targeted and untargeted examples. In addition, unlike FGSM, it has the advantage that the distribution of noise is not uniform, and when the success rate is increased by repeatedly applying noise, the attack is successful with fewer iterations.
This study reviews and modifies general IS success models to find success factors of WIS(Web-based Information Systems) and to confirm the relationship between WIS success and user's satisfaction of web use. A WISSM(Web-based Information Success Model extended to include EQ(E-Quality) is developed to anticipate user's intention to use Web-based Agricultural Information System and fit into the survey data from 252 WIS users of RDA(Rural Development Administration). PLS is applied to estimate a structural model based on EQ-WISSM to test hypotheses including 1) users reach a high level of intention to use Web-based Information Systems when they feel a high level of interactivity among an 'E-Quality', 'Decision Making Support Satisfaction' and 'Task Support Satisfaction', and E-Quality boosts intention to use Web-based Information Systems. The results show high path coefficients and $R^2$ values and find followings; First, the EQ-WISSM explains the user's intention to use WAIS quite well. Second, E-Quality can be used well in web-based IS environment to predict IS Success. Finally, this research finds the importance of 'Task Support Satisfaction' as a mediator between 'Decision Making Support Satisfaction', 'E-Quality' and 'Intention to Use'.
Software Process Improvement(SPI) becomes an important issue at software quality. A research model is suggested on the basis of previous literature. The model includes success factors for SPI as independent variables and CMM levels as mediating variables, and defines organizational performance as dependent variables. This study basically investigates causational relationships among SPI success factors, CMM levels, and organizational performance through a structured equation model. A LISREL v8.72 for windows is used for statistical analysis. Even through success factors for SPI partially influences the CMM level, the CMM level is fully related to the level of organizational performance. The results show that the success factor for SPI in Korean companies are not equal to the factors abroad, but indicate that the CMM level is closely related to the organizational performance. These results will be helpful to academicians as well as to practitioners.
