  • This study is aimed to analyze the establishing of fisheries management consulting system by case study of similar organizations. For a gradual extension of new technology of fisheries, National Fisheries Research and Development Institute(NFRDI) has launched fisheries consulting project including management in 2010. Fisheries management consulting needs practical and theoretical background regarding its standardization of process, systematization. To achieve this, fisheries management consulting system has to follow farm management consulting system by means of benchmarking. In order to analyze farm management consulting system, I investigated its role organizations(MIFAFF, RDA, KFRI), farm consulting guide. And also, it was conducted to investigated establishing of fisheries management consulting system through development of standard management consulting table and consulting indicators. The research results showed that the realm of fisheries management consulting should be redefined and systematized apposite to the case of fisheries actual conditions. In recent years, to enhance improvement of the fisheries income, there is need to be focused on the efficient utilization of fisheries management consulting system. It is expected that fisheries management consulting system be main issue in fisheries industry.

Second, it was performed by a questionnaire survey method, focused on the worker's opinions for that matters. The respondents work in an apartment in Seoul and the metropolitan area. A questionnaire distributed via e-mail, and then were collected. And questionnaire did not respond were excluded from the analysis. Finding were as follows -; first, it was possible to clarify four types regarding major issues in the multi-family housing management such as 'management system', 'housing management market conditions', 'management consciousness of resident', 'management performances'. Second, it was found that the competition was fierce in the same kind. And it was quite a high turnover rate of workers because of poor working conditions. Third, the most hard part was that the employee welfare was not good at work.

  • This study investigated the needs to improve the quality of foodservice management in community child centers (CCCs), in accordance to the area where the CCC was located. The people in charge of foodservice management of 466 community child centers undertook a web survey, between July to August 2016. Most centers used menus from the Headquarters of Community Child Center (50.0%) or Center for Children's Foodservice Management (34.1%). Factor analysis and multiple regression analysis were conducted to assess the requirement for improving the quality of foodservice management at the CCCs. Four factors were analyzed: 'food material and facility management', 'administration management', 'menu management', and 'human resources management'. In large cities, 'administration management' and 'menu management' were found to affect quality improvement. In small cities, none of the factors assessed were effective in improvement. 'human resources management' had a significant influence on improving the quality of the foodservice in rural areas. The results of this study show that there was a difference in the quality improvement of the foodservice management in the centers, with respect to the location of the center. Therefore, this study can be used as basic data to establish the support policy for improving the quality of foodservice management in community child centers.

  • Program management presents unique challenges due to the complexity of interrelated projects and increased stakeholder engagement. While existing literature mainly focuses on project-level risk management, inter-project risks remain underexplored. This research addresses this gap by proposing a program risk analysis method that integrates project interdependence and stakeholder engagement. Leveraging social network analysis, the model enhances program risk management efficiency by identifying four types of inter-project risks and suggesting tailored response strategies. Through a case study of the Expo 2020 construction program, the effectiveness of the framework is demonstrated. This study enriches program and risk management literature, deepening our understanding of enhanced risk management in multi-project contexts.

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine machine learning use cases in manufacturing companies from a digital quality management (DQM) perspective and to analyze and present machine learning research patterns from a quality management perspective. Methods: This study was conducted based on systematic literature review methodology. A comprehensive and systematic review was conducted on manufacturing papers covering the overall quality management process from 2015 to 2022. A total of 3 research questions were established according to the goal of the study, and a total of 5 literature selection criteria were set, based on which approximately 110 research papers were selected. Based on the selected papers, machine learning research patterns according to quality management were analyzed. Results: The results of this study are as follows. Among quality management activities, it can be seen that research on the use of machine learning technology is being most actively conducted in relation to quality defect analysis. It suggests that research on the use of NN-based algorithms is taking place most actively compared to other machine learning methods across quality management activities. Lastly, this study suggests that the unique characteristics of each machine learning algorithm should be considered for efficient and effective quality management in the manufacturing industry. Conclusion: This study is significant in that it presents machine learning research trends from an industrial perspective from a digital quality management perspective and lays the foundation for presenting optimal machine learning algorithms in future quality management activities.

  • This study deals with a case analysis on the implementation of ISO 9000/14000 Integrated Management System. The intention is to provide some general guidelines, in particular, to small-to-medium-sized companies that are planning to introduce the Integrated Management System. First we briefly review each of the ISO 9000 series, ISO 14000 series and Integrated Management System. We then investigate the case of a small-sized company that have built and is successfully operating the Integrated Management System. We start with introducing the company, and then examine the background and the procedure for implementing the Integrated Management System. We investigate effects of the Integrated Management System, which are the main focus of this paper. This study is meaningful in that, to our best knowledge, it is the first field report appearing in the literature in regard to the actual implementation of ISO 9000/14000 Integrated Management System in Korea.

  • Many organizations implement knowledge management initiates by developing knowledge management systems. This study aims at investigating knowledge sharing behaviors in a knowledge management system and identifying factors affecting such behaviors. To do this, we defined knowledge sharing behaviors in a knowledge management system as registration and view of knowledge at a system. Based on this definition, we established a research model by identifying seven factors affecting both behaviors as independent variables: Learning orientation, Pressure to share knowledge, Top management support, Reward for knowledge sharing, Level of experience in IT, System quality, and Knowledge quality. The 14 hypotheses derived from a research model were tested by a correlation analysis and a multiple regression analysis with data from 165 respondents of the 21 organizations which implemented knowledge management initiatives. As results, both of knowledge registration and knowledge review were strongly affected by the learning-orientedness of an organization. Finally, we discussed results and limitations of this study.

  • This study is tried to investigate and analyze the changing history of Korean forest management policy and revitalization alternatives of the private forest management. Korean forest management policy could be divided by two group periods, one is the forestry policy age through afforestation and reforestation, the other is the forestry policy age through forest management. Recently, the revitalization policy for the private forest management was evaluated through the result analysis of the 4th forest basic planning age for 10 years that is gone from 1998 to 2007, but it is not sufficient for the private forest management revitalization, and has still some fundamental problems. Therefore, this study is aimed to present various kinds of plans for the private forest management revitalization during the 5th forest basic planning age that has begun since the beginning of 2008.
