Integrated irrigation management system (IIMS) that is incorporated with a microcomputer-based decision support system (DSS) has been developed and applied to paddy rice irrigation systems management. The system hardwares consist of field data acquisition units, data transmission units, central data processing units, and printing and displaying units. Ridld data to be collected include incremental rainfall, streamflow and reservoir water levels, and water levels at several irrigation canal sections within an irrigation sidtricts. The softwares are to process field data, real-time forecasting, irrigation control data, and decision variables from data-base and simulation model subsystems. And the user-interface subsystems are incorporated to present the water system operators and managers the results from data and model sugsystems. User-friendly menu with animated graphic modules are adopted to help understand irrigation controls for the district. This paper issues the overal descriptions of DSS as applied to Anjuk irrigation district. The details of major model components for the irrigation controls are presented along with real-time data collection systems. The potentials of DSS have been appraised very practical and promising for better irrigation system operation and management.

Recently, every student would take lessons without knowing no lecture in campus life. And, If you are a university student, you tired a course to register in a crowded. For solving this problem, we choose the cellular phone. Nowadays peoples have one cellular phone to one person in korea. Using cellular phone, you can use cellular phone anywhere any time. In this paper, we studied mobile synthesis system using mobile cellular phone. According to use mobile campus system, the university and students can use easy an one to one service in ubiquitous.

Construction management requires decision-making skills. Main approaches to training construction management students are: (1) analyzing sample situations involving decision-making; and (2) teaching logical decision-making procedures. The absence of 'pressure' factors in these approaches has significant impacts on the success of the training. The approaches also lack 'dynamic' effects that help create a spontaneous plan for construction projects where unforeseen changes and interruptions may occur. To minimize the adverse effects of the existing approaches, this paper proposes a framework for developing a web-based training system. The application is delivered as a game involving decision-making on the student's part in response to developments at the job-site, and where one student competes against another in an attempt to simulate a real-world scenario.

학생의 학교생활과 관련된 자료들은 상급학교 진학을 위한 자료와 보관용으로서의 역할뿐만 아니라, 학생과 학부모가 재학 중에 수시로 학교생활을 점검하거나 설계하기 위한 자료로도 이용되어야 한다. 본 연구는 학교는 학생들의 교육적 성장에 필요한 자료를 가정에 전달할 의무가 있으며, 정보통신매체를 통해 학교와 가정간의 의사소통이 필요하다는 가정에서 시작되었다. 이를 위해 본 연구자는 교육정보화 사업의 하나로 추진되어 온 학교종합정보관리시스템에 저장된 학생의 학교생활 관련 자료들을 교육수요자인 학생, 학부모가 원하는 경우 언제든지 개별적으로 열람할 수 있도록 하기 위한 시스템을 개발하였다.

최근 10대 청소년의 인터넷 중독 문제가 매우 심각하여, 이러한 인터넷 중독 문제를 해결하기 위한 학교 교육의 필요성이 제기되고 있으나, 학교 교사들은 상담이나 인터넷 중독문제에 대한 전문 지식이 부족하여 학생들의 인터넷 중독 문제에 개입하는데 어려움을 겪고 있다. 본 연구에서는 상담 비전문가인 교사가 인터넷에 중독된 학생을 쉽게 상담할 수 있도록, 인터넷 중독에 대한 12회기에 걸친 교사의 상담 활동으로 이루어진 상담 콘텐츠 개발하였으며, 교사가 사용하게 될 상담 콘텐츠와 상담하는 학생 정보의 관리 기능을 제공하는 상담지원시스 템을 개발하였다. 개발한 상당 지원 시스템과 컨텐츠의 실험운영을 위하여 1) 초중등학교 20개교의 컨소시엄을 구성하여, 2) 각 학교에서 가장 심각하게 인터넷에 중독된 학생을 선정하고, 3) 본 연구에서 개발한 시스템과 콘텐츠를 이용하여 개별상담 한 후, 4) 상담 콘텐츠와 상담지원시스템의 효과에 대하여 분석하고 그 결과를 제시하였다.

대학의 학사관리 시스템은 학생이 입학하여 졸업하기까지 수행하는 여러 가지 학사활동 및 과외활동으로부터 발생하는 방대한 데이터를 보유하고 있다. 그러나 이들을 학생들의 전공지도나 진로지도에 효과적으로 활용하지 못하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 학사관리 시스템에 축적된 정보를 대상으로 데이터 마이닝 기법을 적용하여 학생들의 전공선택 및 진로지도에 도움을 줄 수 있는 새로운 정보와 지식을 생성하는 방법을 개발, 제시하였다. 이 연구를 위하여 요인분석, 계층분석 (AHP), 인공신경망, CART 기법 등을 동원하여 데이터 마이닝을 수행함으로써 유용한 지식과 규칙을 생성하였다. 방법론의 개발에 사용된 기본 자료들은 학생들의 Holland 적성검사, TOEIC 점수, 이수과목, 평점 등이다. 연구의 결과로서 기존의 학생지도 담당자가 수작업으로는 알아낼 수 없었던 학생지도에 관한 유용한 규칙을 도출할 수 있었다.

This study aims to verify the practical effectiveness of learning management system (LMS) by introducing a LMS enhancing digital assessment utilizing automatic item generation in order to strengthen college student's mathematics performance. Teaching assisted with digital assessment in the LMS was applied to college mathematics classes, and the research question is whether or not students in the classes utilizing the LMS perform better than the regular classes. In particular, a calculus course, which is the foundation of important artificial intelligence technology in the future, was utilized in this study. The participants of this study were 248 freshmen in science and engineering who were taking calculus courses at a small to mid-size university. A total of 156 freshmen were selected after applying a propensity score matching method (PSMM), 78 from classes utilizing the LMS and 78 from regular classes without the LMS assisted with the digital assessment. As a result, it was found that there was a statistically significant difference in the math academic growth of students who used the LMS and those who did not. In other words, when LMS was used in calculus, students' academic growth was greater. The results of this study are meaningful in that they observed students' academic growth and confirmed that LMS enables a positive role in students' academic growth. In addition, if digital assessment is strengthened and LMS that enables individualized learning analysis is introduced and implemented in educational institutions, it is expected to play a major role in strengthening students' academic performance.

최근 통학버스로 인한 사고가 빈번하게 발생되고 있으며, 정부에서도 어린이 안전 종합대책을 발표하여 어린이 교통안전 취약지역에 대한 시스템을 구축할 예정이다. 학생들의 등하교시의 안전은 부모들에게 주된 관심사중 하나이다. 학교는 부모의 입장에서 학생이 무사히 학교에 도착했는지 또는 안전하게 귀가를 했는지에 대한 실시간 정보를 제공하는 체계를 가져야 할 필요가 있다. 본 논문에서는 저전력 블루투스 무선통신 장비인 비콘과 스마트폰의 GPS기능을 이용하여 학생 승하차 여부와 통학버스 위치 조회를 제공하는 통학 시스템을 제안한다. 통학 시스템은 학생들에게 제공된 비콘 UUID 정보와 통학 버스 운전자 스마트 폰 GPS 위치를 응용 앱 서버에서 수집하여 학부모와 관리자가 실시간으로 확인하도록 구성하여 학부모와 관리자가 학생 탑승 여부, 탑승시간과 버스 위치에 대해 실시간으로 정보를 확인할 수 있다. 운전자는 학생들의 탑승여부, 오탑승 여부, 운행 후 잔류학생 확인을 파악할 수 있다.

This paper describes a design scheme of a system that tests or polls from the students at online class. By online test, the teacher can test the pre-knowledge level of the students and know how much students understand the lecture of the class. As the number of test increases, the burden of the preparation of setting question, evaluation of the test, and management of the test results is increased. In this environments, an online test management system make it easy to test and evaluate, and thus it would be a good tool for maintaining and managing the total procedure of the test or poll of the students. For evaluating the design of the system, we made a test system prototype and performed evaluations of the online test system. The online test and evaluation system provides a good tool for testing and evaluation of student's knowledge at the class with easy and fast way.

모바일 기기의 보급 및 활용이 급증함에 따라 대학에서도 주요 학생 서비스들을 모바일 기기를 기반으로 제공하고 있다. 이러한 추세에 따라 본 논문에서는 비교적 엄격한 학생 관리가 요구되는 기숙형 고등학교 및 대학 기숙사 업무를 효율적으로 지원하고 관생들에게는 편리한 서비스를 제공하기 위해 모바일 웹 기반의 기숙사 업무 지원 서비스 시스템을 설계 및 구현 하였다. 제안 시스템은 첫째, 업무 관리 측면에서는 모바일 웹 및 전통적인 웹 기반의 관리 환경을 제공하여 점호, 외박 처리 등의 업무 처리 효율성을 높였다. 둘째, 관생 서비스 측면에서 모바일 웹 기반의 환경을 제공하여 웹에 접근 할 수 있는 환경에서는 항시 서비스를 이용할 수 있도록 하여 서비스 수혜자의 만족도를 높였다. 제안 시스템은 250명 규모의 남자 대학생 기숙사를 대상으로 한 학기 동안 운영되었으며 관생을 통한 설문 조사를 통해 그 유용성을 확인하였다.
