  • While cave being active it will can occur and to be big the preparation against a small accident steadily and only objection the bay it knows to draw up the scenario of virtuality against the actual structure which leads a rescue work practice must practice. It systematizes a cave structure commission wheat cave structure association from the world-wide each nation and it does a cave relief activity. To found the cave structure center even in Korea and executing the improvement of structure setup and equipment and simultaneously, it is prevention of accident and accident occurrence right time and appropriate and to dispose and it is important to go out. The cave structure center must establish and inside Korean cave academic society it must maintain it must be strengthened feed with the fact that it becomes the relationship with academic society and the other cave structure specific authorization and a public relation.

  • The purpose of this study is to find the spatial factors, strucure of living and activity in traditional Korean house through the Phiysiological view, Spatial factors of the house are concerned to the interior environment and sanitary condition, The elements of respiratory, nerve, temperature sence. vision, hearing, smelling have good condition and touch, pressure sence, pain, metabolism are poor in the house, Ventilation, Lighting, pleasant condition of interior environment are concerned to the elements that mentioned above and have most important meaning in the relation rate of space as 1st factor. And 2nd factor is for metabolism, housework and rest, 3rd factor ie for temperature sence, privacy and reproduction. The relation rate of factors concering interior environment are high in the upper class house. Anbang has important meaning in the relation of living structure and relation sequence of space is anbang, Konnonbang, kitchen, toilet, water place, auxiliary buildings. The relation rate of activity is high in interior space in winter and exterior space in summer.

  • In this study, I consider the meaning of activity as the source of mathematical knowledge. Mind-body dualism of Descartes which understands that knowledge precedes activity is somewhat overcomed by Ryle who understands that knowledge and activity are two sides of the same coin. But his discussion cannot offer the explanation about the foundation of rightness or the development of rules which can be expressed propriety of activity or rationality. Contrary to these views, Piaget solve this problem by the reasonability of 'the whole system of activity'. The theory of Dewey can be evaluated as an origin of activism of Piaget. Piaget considers knowledge as the system of activity itself, whereas Dewey considers knowledge as 'the result of activity'. This view of Dewey is related to the view of pragmatism which considers 'practice' is more important than 'theory'. The nature of 'activity' in this study has to be understanded as the interaction or the relation between the subject and the object. If we understand activity like this, we can explain that the whole structure of activity has the 'wholeness' that cannot be simply restored to the sum total of 'parts' and the new structure is a self-regulative transformation system which includes former structure continuously.

  • Analogues of $2(S)-5, 2^{l}, 5^{l}$-trihydroxy-7, 8-dimethoxyflavanone, a naturally-occurring compound, which had been reported to have potent antitumor activity, were synthesized and examined for the cytotoxicity against three cancer cell lines. Among the intermediate chalcones and synthetic 5-hydroxy-7, 8-dimethoxyflavanone analogues, $({\pm})2^{l}, 5^{l}-dibenzyloxy-5, 7, 8-trimethoxyflavanone$ exhibited about 2-8 times stronger activity than $2(S)-5, 2^{l}, 5^{l}$-trihydroxy-7, 8-dimethoxyflavanone against L1210, K562 and A549 cancer cell lines. In the structure-activity relationship, it is suggested that among analogues of 5-hydroxy-7, 8-dimethoxyflavanone, the existence of two oxygenated groups of para-relation at $C-2^{I} and C-5^{I}$ positions on flavanone B-ring, may be necessary to exhibit effective cytotoxic activity.

  • Quercetin and its derivatives are important metabolites that belong to the flavonol class of flavonoids. Quercetin and some of the conjugates have been approved by the FDA for human use. They are widely distributed among plants and have various biological activities, such as being anticancer, antiviral, and antioxidant. Hence, the biosynthesis of novel derivatives is an important field of research. Glycosylation and methylation are two important modification strategies that have long been used and have resulted in many novel metabolites that are not present in natural sources. A strategy for modifying quercetin in E. coli by means of glycosylation, for example, involves overexpressing respective glycosyltransferases (GTs) in the host and metabolic engineering for increasing nucleoside diphosphate sugar (NDP-sugar). Still others have used microorganisms other than E. coli, such as Streptomyces sp., for the biotransformation process. The overall study of the structural activity relationship has revealed that modification of some residues in quercetin decreased one activity but increased others. This review summarizes all of the information mentioned above.

  • In this study we use three-dimensional magnetohydrodynamic simulations to investigate how the dynamic state of emerging magnetic field is related to the twist of field lines. Emerging magnetic field forms a magnetic structure on the Sun where various kinds of activity such as solar flares, jets, and coronal mass ejections are observed. To understand the physical mechanism for producing such activity, we have to know the dynamic nature of this structure. Since flares are the manifestation of rapidly dissipating electric current in the corona, we also investigate the distribution of current density inside the structure and examine how it depends on the field-line twist. To demonstrate the dynamic structure of emerging magnetic field, we focus on the factors characterizing the geometric property and stratification of emerging magnetic field, such as the curvature of field line and the scale height of field strength. These two factors show that emerging field forms a two-part structure in which the central part is close to a force-free state while the outer marginal part is in a fairly dynamic state where magnetic pressure force is dominant. We discuss how the field-line twist affects the two-part structure and also explain a possible relation between electric current structure and sigmoid observed in a preflare phase.

  • To estimate free magnetic energy stored in an active region is a key to the quantitative prediction of activity observed on the Sun. This energy is defined as an excess over the potential energy that is the lowest energy taken by a magnetic structure formed in the solar atmosphere including the solar corona. It is, however still difficult to derive the configuration of a coronal magnetic field only by observations, so we have to use some observable quantity to estimate free magnetic energy. Recently, by performing a coordinated series of three-dimensional magnetohydrodynamic simulations of an emerging flux tube that transfers intense magnetic flux to the solar atmosphere we have found an universal power-law relation between free magnetic energy and emerged magnetic flux, the latter of which is a possibly observed quantity. We further investigate what causes this relation through a comparison with a model of linear force-free field.

  • A series of MgO-SiO2 catalysts were prepared by coprecipitation from the mixed solution of magnesium chloride and sodium silicate. Some of the sample were modified with 1 N H2SO4 and used as modified catalysts. The addition of MgO to SiO2 caused the increase of acidity and the shift of O-H and Si-O stretching bands of the silanol group to a lower frequency in proportion to the MgO content. The acid structure of MgO-SiO2 agreed with that proposed by Tanabe et al.. Catalytic activity for 2-propanol dehydration increased in relation to the increase of acidity and band shift to a lower frequency.
