  • To find causal factors and improvement plans of organizational commitment of public servants in urban health centers, a hypothetical causal model, which included 2 endogenous variables(organizational commitment & organizational satisfaction) and 15 exogenous variables, was constructed. Exogenous variables consisted of individual factors (sex, age, education, job-grade, and annual salary), psychological variables(pride for organization, extrinsic motivation, intrinsic motivation and support of supervisor) ad structural variables(formalization, centralization, communication, job-conflict, job-decision, and workload). In the hypothetical causal model, organizational commitment was supposed to be effect variable, and organizational satisfaction was presumed to be intervening variable to mediate between organizational commitment and exogenous variables. For data collection, cross-sectional self-administered questionnaire survey was conducted to 1,295 public servants from 32 urban health centers nationwide. The survey responses were from 934, 72.1% of subjects. But 756 responses(58.4%) were analyzed because of excluding ones with missing values. The hypothetical causal model was fitted by covariance structural analysis with maximum likelihood method. Main results were as follows: (1) The fitted causal model accounted for 33 and 55 percent of total variance of organizational commitment and organizational satisfaction of public servants, respectively. (2) In order of effect size, pride for organization, supervisor support, communication, extrinsic motivation and centralization had an indirect effect effect on organizational commitment through organizational satisfaction. However, the effect of centralization was negative. (3) Pride for organiztion, intrinsic motivation, organizational satisfaction, job-conflict, supervisor support, communication, age, centralization, annual salar and extrinsic motivation had indirect or direct effects on organizational commitment in order of effect size. Among them, effects of job-conflict and centraldization were negative. In conclusion, these results suggested that organizational commitment of public servants in urban health centers could be enhanced by pride for organization, intrinsic and extrinsic motivations, prevention of job-conflict and excess centralization, supervisor support and active communication. Especially, pride for organization and intrinsic motivation were expected to play the most important role.

  • This paper utilizes computational asymptotic analysis to compute the boundary layer solution for composite beams and validates the findings through a comparison with ANSYS results. The boundary layer solution, presented as a sum of the interior solution and pure boundary layer effects, necessitates a mathematically rigorous formalization for both interior and boundary layer aspects. Computational asymptotic analysis emerges as a robust technique for addressing such problems. However, the challenge lies in connecting the boundary layer and interior solutions. In this study, we systematically separate the principles of virtual work and the principles of Saint-Venant to tackle internal and boundary layer issues. The boundary layer solution is articulated by calculating the Papkovich-Fadle eigenfunctions, representing them as linear combinations of real and imaginary vectors. To address warping functions in the interior solutions, we employed a least squares method. The computed solutions exhibit excellent agreement with 2D finite element analysis results, both quantitatively and qualitatively. This validates the effectiveness and accuracy of the proposed approach in capturing the behavior of composite beams.

  • Along with the rapid supply of apartments, bathtubs are becoming a must-have item for our lives, but research is very insufficient. This study is an empirical case study for formalization of taciturn as a long-time worker in the bathtub field. Bathtubs are developing different types of materials due to various factors, and we would like to draw characteristics based on their contents. The bathtub is characterized by its materials according to its manufacturing, housing structure and distribution process. First, it is a locally produced product because import and export is difficult. The second depends on the building soccer team, such as wet and dry. Third, it is different in relation to industries such as manufacturing and distribution. I would like to suggest the differences between the fourth countries. We hope this research will serve as a cornerstone for the study of bathtubs, and we hope it will be useful for those involved.

  • The major purpose of this study is to investigate the relationships between change management characteristics and implementation performance of ERP. In addition, this research examines the moderating effects of organization characteristics as contextual variables on the relationship between change management characteristics and implementation performance. For these purposes, a research model is developed based on the relevant literature reviews of ERP systems and change management theory. The data have been collected from the 148 enterprises which have implemented ERP systems at least one year ago. The respondents were person in charge of ERP system of each corporation. The results of this study are summarized as follows. Firstly, top management concern and support, consultant support goodness, education, and communication have positive influence upon internal performance. Secondly, consultant support goodness and education are positive influence upon external performance. Lastly, organization characteristics including formalization and centralization have partial moderating effect on the relationship between change management characteristics and implementation performance of ERP. From the analyses, this research have identified change management activities according to the organization structural contexts for the successful implementation of ERP.
