냉연 압연 강판의 레이저 용접 공정 시 발생하는 응력 평가 (Evaluation of the Stress Occurring Phenomenon for Cold-Rolled Carbon Steel During a Laser Welding Process)

  • Residual stress caused in the weldments with high restraint force are often observed during welding in the weldments of Inner and outdoor materials or radial tanks. The reason is that quantitative analysis about thermal stresses during laser welding is lacking for this weldments. To verify Finite Elements Method (FEM) theory, the temperature was measured with thermocouple in a real time in this paper. Also analysis of the thermal stress for welding condition is performed by Comsol program package on various welding condition in SCP1-S butt welding. The principal stress in laser welding process is seen through the width direction. Also, it was confirmed that a change in base metal by thermal expansion made the stress in width direction stronger. Base metal close to the weld bead as the process progresses to the tensile stress in the compressive stress was varied. It was shown that the change of stress was quantitative from the bead at a certain distance.

  • This study was performed to investigate the changes in turnover intention according to the level of occupational stress and to find the mediating factor that reducing the turnover intention among fire officer. To compare change of turnover intention according to the degree of occupational stress, statistical analyses were done by using the logistic regression model. In logistic regression analysis, the possibility of high turnover intention in a group with high occupational stress was hjgher by 4.11 times than a group with low occupational stress. The results of analyzing the degree of change in turnover intention after applying the mediating parameters(physical condition, emotional labor, burn out), turnover intention decreased by about 50.6%(from 4.11 times to 2.03 times) at the high level of occupational stress. As a result, it was found that the occupational stress experienced by the fire-officers had a positive effect on the turnover intention. In order to reduce the turnover intention due to the occupational stress of the fire-officers, it is necessary to manage factors such as work environmental factors(emotional labor, burn out) and individual factor(physical condition).

반복 인장 하중을 받는 YP47 극후판 Butt 용접부의 잔류응력 재분포에 관한 연구 (A Study on Evaluation of Residual Stress Redistribution for FCA Butt Weldment of Ultra-Thick YP47 Steel Plate under Tensile Cyclic Load)

  • The purpose of this study is to evaluate the redistribution of transverse residual stress in the multi-pass FCA butt weld of YP47 in the hatch coaming top plate of ultra large size containership under the tensile cyclic load. In order to do it, the configuration of modified H type specimen including restraint length was first designed to simulate the restraint condition of the butt weld in hatch coaming top plate. FE analysis procedure for evaluating the transverse residual stress was verified by comparing the calculated mean and surface residual stresses with the measured results in the test specimen. After that, the effect of the cyclic load on the redistribution of transverse residual stress was evaluated by comprehensive FEA. From the results, it was found that although the maximum transverse residual stress decreased with an increase in the applied maximum load, the effect of the cyclic load on the mean residual stress is small enough to be negligible. It is because the maximum stress of the ship corresponding to the probability of 10E-8 is less than 70% of yield stress of the weld.

배수조건에 따른 쉴드터널 라이닝의 거동연구를 위한 모형실험 (A Physical Model Test on Behavior of Shield-tunnel Lining according to Drain Conditions)

  • 대부분의 쉴드터널은 비배수조건으로 설계되지만 현장에서 터널 내부로 지하수가 유입되고 배수시설을 통하여 배출되는 배수터널처럼 작동하기 때문에 쉴드터널 설계에서 배수조건이 고려될 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 배수조건과 응력조건 조절을 통하여 지하수면 아래에 위치한 터널을 모사할 수 있는 실험장비를 개발하였다. 모형실험을 통하여 지중내에 작용하는 전응력 및 간극수압을 조사하였고 배수내관의 유입유량을 측정하였다. 실험결과 간극수압과 유효응력의 합으로 나타나는 전응력의 증가율이 비배수조건에서 더 크게 나타났고, 유입유량은 수압에 비례하고 재하응력에 반비례하였다. 결과적으로 쉴드터널에서 배수를 고려한다면 응력이 감소되기 때문에 보다 경제적인 설계가 가능할 것으로 예상된다.

  • 두개안면부에서 하악은 태생 4주에 발생하는 첫번째 아가미궁에서 분화되며 맥켈연골이라 알려져 있는 긴 막대기 모양의 연골의 외측부에서 골화가 시작된다. 이후 하악골은 골의 첨가와 흡수에 의해 성장 발육하게 된다. 이런 하악골의 성장 발육이 과하거나 부족한 경우 상하악골의 부조화에 의한 부정교합이 발생되게 되고, 이를 3급 또는 2급 부정교합이라 부른다. 3급 부정교합의 치료를 위해 지금까지 많은 방법들이 사용되어 왔으며, 그중 가장 널리 사용되어지는것이 이모장치이다. Distraction osteogenesis는 강한 힘이나 수술에 의해 분리된 두 개의 골표면 사이에서 새로운 신생골이 형성되는 일련의 생물학적인 과정을 말한다. Distraction force가 callus tissue에 작용되어 골이 분리되면 골과 연조직에 가해지는 신장력이 새로운 골 생성을 자극하게 된다. 이번 연구의 목적은 3차원 유한요소 model을 이용하여 이모장치의 하중에 대한 하악골의 응력분포를 알아보고, 하악골 절개 (mandibular midline distraction) 후 강제변형에 대한 응력분포를 알아보는 것이다.

부산 임기광산 광미의 전단속도에 따른 링 전단특성 연구 (Shear-Rate Dependent Ring-Shear Characteristics of the Waste Materials of the Imgi Mine in Busan)

  • 휴 폐광산지는 산발생, 지하수 오염뿐만 아니라 침식 및 산사태 등 다양한 물리화학적 지질재해에 노출되어 있다. 임기광산 폐석적치장 광미를 대상으로 링 전단시험을 수행하여 전단속도에 따른 전단특성을 조사하고 한다. 본 연구에 있어 마찰저항을 최소화할 목적으로 링 전단상자 오링(O-ring)은 전단동안 회전이 가능하도록 설계되었다. 1차 시험은 일정한 수직응력(50kPa)과 전단속도(0.1mm/sec) 조건에서 전단시간에 따른 전단응력을 조사하였다. 2차 시험은 일정한 수직응력 조건에서 전단속도를 0.01, 0.1, 1, 10, 50, 100mm/sec로 순차적으로 증가시켜 전단속도에 따른 전단응력을 조사하였다. 3차 시험은 일정한 전단속도(0.1mm/sec)하에서 수직응력을 20, 40, 60, 80, 100, 150kPa로 증가시켜 각 경우에 대한 전단응력을 조사하였다. 시험결과에 따르면, 배수조건에 관계없이 임기광산 폐석적치장광미시료는 전단연화거동(strain softening behavior)을 보였다. 특히 전단속도가 10mm/sec보다 작은 경우 잔류전단응력은 100~300초 사이에 일정한 값에 도달하는 것으로 나타났다. 2차와 3차 시험결과에 따르면, 배수조건에 관계없이 전단응력은 전단속도와 수직응력의 함수로 나타났다. 하지만, 배수조건에 따라 링 전단상자 전단부에서 상이한 입자파쇄 특성이 관측되었다. 배수조건시 전단상자 전단면에서 하단까지 넓은 전단띠가 형성된 것에 반해, 비배수조건시 전단면에 국부 전단띠가 형성되었다. 이러한 점에 비추어 볼 때, 전단속도에 따른 입자파쇄 특성은 산사태 유동성을 높이는 중요한 인자로 판단된다.

  • carried out to present a rheology model which is able to treat time-dependent properties of clay. The results were summarized as follow ; 1. The slope (a(e1)) of deviator stress in strain rate test was independent on axial strain, and pore water pressure was decreased with increment of strain rate. 2. The pore water pressure in a stress relaxation condition was not changed when the strain rate before stress relaxation was 0.05%/min., but it was increased with increment of time when the strain rate before stress relaxation was 0.2%/min 3. The greater the stress condition (q/qmax) and the strain rate before creep test became, the greater the increment rate of axial strain in creep test became. 4. SEKIGUCHI's constitutive equation was slightly overpredicted while empirical equation proposed in the study was well coincided with measured values. 5. The constitutive equation induced by a strain function could be dealed with a behavior of the pore water pressure increased with increment of elapsed time after primary consolidation.

  • The B value on the saturated soil is commonly known as the amount of 1. Usually this concept is consistent with the condition that effective stress is equal to zero, but it was reported in some literatures that the B value was less than 1 in spite of saturated condition in the test of very stiff material such as rock and quasi-stiff material on which the stiffness can be mobilized because of effective stress not equal to zero. In this study the B value was measured on various effective stress conditions on normally consolidated clay. The test results in the B value less than 1 in spite of perfect saturation. The measured excessive pore water pressure was not only smaller than the change of the total stress, but also the function of time on clay.

  • The purpose of this study is to evaluate effects of stiffener configuration welded to the plate on the fatigue strength. Nominal stress and hot spot stress for the stiffened plate under pure bending condition were evaluated using FEA and experiment and fatigue test for each specimen was performed. For S and SD type, the fatigue strength increase with a decrease in the nominal stress and hot spot stress. D type with doubler plate was found to have the lowest value of nominal and hot spot stress for a given condition. However its fatigue strength was smaller than the others.
