  • Korea Railway aims to be the most important public transportation for nationwide basic industries in 21st century. It is urgently necessary for us to construct economical railway network and to strengthen(strengthen) its competitive power in advance. In this paper the economical construction of railway network in Germany will be introduced. They lay emphasis on train speed and higher efficiency of railroad track.

Dental hygienist's job recognition and vocational competency reinforcement (치과위생사 직업인식과 직무역량 강화방안)

  • Objectives: The aim of this study was to analyze the qualities and problems to be solved to strengthen the vocational competency of dental hygienists and to identify the work to be institutionally established. Methods: From April 1 to May 30, 2019, a total of 325 people participated (152 registered dental hygienists: RDH, 173 students of dental hygiene: SDH) in this study. The survey items were as follows: "job awareness" (6 items), "problem to be solved to strengthen vocational competency" (5 items), "qualities to be equipped to strengthen"competency" (9 items), and "practical work to be institutionally established" (4 items). Results: RDH and SDH had the highest perception of professionalism (3.68, 3.99 points), and low remuneration against work (4.21, 4.18 points) was perceived as the most important problem to be solved. The qualities for competency reinforcement showed the highest results in expertise knowledge (4.68, 4.64 points) and vocation for job (3.76, 4.09 points). Practical work to be established institutionally appeared as follows: X-ray film reading, dental hygiene diagnosis, periodontal pocket measurement, and periodontal pockets (<6 mm) treatment. Conclusions: This study is expected to be actively used to strengthen the vocational competency among dental hygienists, construct work autonomy, and rationalize and legalize practical work.

  • The port is a space where maritime transport and land transport intersect and is an essential industrial infrastructure for international trade. Therefore, it has a very important function in the national economy. Although the space and the physical facilities of a port are important, it is also very important to efficiently manage and operate these port infrastructures. The government introduced the Port Authority System to strengthen the efficiency and professionalism of port management operations. Since the port authority systemis based on port autonomy, the independence and autonomy of the port authority are very important in port management and operation. Nevertheless, the Port Authority is not functioning properly because the government interferes excessively with the operations of the Port Authority. Therefore, it is suggested that the legal system should be improved to strengthen the autonomy of the Port Authority (PA). This study examines the perception of the legal system that needs to be improved to strengthen the autonomy of the Port Authority, and suggests policy measures for Port Authority workers, civil servants, port companies, and civic groups.

A Study on Measures to Strengthen National Authorized Qualification (국가공인 민간자격 활용성 강화 방안 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to prepare diverse measures to enhance the utilization of national authorized qualification. The detail objectives of this study are first, to re-establish the utilization scope and range of national authorized qualification through analysis of advance research and theory in various fields of learning on the function of qualification; and second, to set the direction to strengthen the utilization of national authorized qualification. Based on discussions on the various fields of learning on the function of qualification, this study divided the utilization scope of qualification into personal utilization for the benefit of the qualification acquirer him or herself and public utilization for the social and economic benefits. And according to this distinction, we prepared measures to strengthen the utilization of national authorized qualification. First of all, as a way to strengthen personal utilization of the national authorized qualification, we prepared measures to enhance accessibility and facilitate further improvement. As a means to enhance accessibility, we proposed restriction on setting the application condition, diversification of qualification authorization method, facilitation of partial qualification system and minimization of expense required to acquire qualification. Also for the further improvement, we proposed creation of job-level centered grade system and development of job-level centered qualification item by stage. For strengthening the public utilization of national authorized qualification, we come up with ways of strengthening flexibility, transparency, public trust and compatibility. As a way to strengthen flexibility, we proposed establishment of qualification demand monitoring system, expansion of direct participation of users on qualification management, establishment of qualification expiration period and its renewal. For the strengthening of transparency, we proposed to build general qualification information system and to utilize qualification recommendation system. To strengthen public trust, we proposed to strengthen the management of qualification management regulation, secure independency, establish internal audit system and strengthen post management of national authorized qualification. And lastly, we suggested that compatibility comparison standard between qualification and qualification level standard be developed for the strengthening of compatibility.

  • In this paper, we have developed the intellectual kegel trainer with the biofeedback. The pelvic muscles of female are composed of a slow twitch fiber and a fast twitch fiber. If two twitch fiber be not well done, then the urine be frequently called by nature. In order to recover the function of pelvic muscles, we use the kegel trainer with biofeedback training. Such a trainer make strengthen the weakness pelvic muscles by biofeedback training and get exercise the pelvic muscles in physical suppress of 10 kg. The biofeedback training against the physical suppress can have strengthen the pelvic muscles and can display the operation graph of strengthen movement in monitor.

The Effect of Self-Help Management Program by Strengthen Self-Efficacy on Self-Efficacy and the Activities of Daily Living in Stroke Patients (자기효능증진 자조관리 프로그램이 뇌졸중 환자의 자기효능과 일상생활동작 수행능력에 미치는 효과)

  • Purpose: This study examined the effect of a self-help management program which strengthens self-efficacy on the self-efficacy and the activities of daily living(ADL) in stroke patients. Methods: A quasi-experimental nonequivalent control group, pre and post design was used. The subjects consisted of 47 stroke patients. Twenty-six patients were assigned to the experimental group and 21 patients were assigned to the control group. The self-help management program by strengthen self-efficacy and general hospital care were carried out on the experimental group. General hospital care was performed on the control group. The data was collected before and 5 weeks after the program. All subjects were questioned about the self-efficacy and ADL before and after the program. Results: The scores of the self-efficacy and ADL in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group. Conclusion: The self-help management program by strengthen self-efficacy is effective in increasing the self-efficacy and ADL. Therefore this program may be a useful intervention to increase the ADL in stroke patients.

  • Health Insurance System in Korea was introduced in 1977 and expanded health insurance benefits for all people in 1989. The development of medical service and technology takes a growing concerning for public health and medicine. And also, it helps to extend the average life span of Koreans. Therefore, the old people are steadily increased over seven percent of total population and will take more than 14% in 2023. Generally, the old people have the chronic disease such as diabetes and hypertension. Also, smoking, stress, environmental pollution and lack of exercise, leading cause of cancer, cardiovascular disease and respiratory infections have affected to state economy negatively. Therefore, health promotion law was established for a variety of health promotion process, including education, program implementation and community development. The goals and strategies for health promotion are as following: . Practice of healthy life: - Strengthen publicity activities on smoking and exercise. - Program development for nonsmoking and exercise. - Program extent for community health. Strengthen of mental health: - Planning of national survey for mental patient. - Prevention of alcoholism - Setting up special hospital for alcoholism . A Study on the Improvement of Interfacial Bonding Shear Strength of Ti50-Ni50 Shape Memory Alloy Composite (Ti_{50}-Ni_{50} 형상기억합금 복합체의 계면 접학 전단강도 향상에 관한 연구)

  • In this paper, single fiber pull-out test is used to measure the interfacial bonding shear strength of $Ti_{50}-Ni_{50}$ shape memory alloy composite with temperature. Fiber and matrix of $Ti_{50}-Ni_{50}$ shape memory alloy composite are respectively $Ti_{50}-Ni_{50}$ shape memory alloy and epoxy resin. To strengthen the interfacial bonding shear stress, various surface treatments are used. They are the hand-sanded surface treatment, the acid etched surface treatment and the silane coupled surface treatment etc.. The interfacial bonding shear strength of surface treated shape memory alloy fiber is greater than that of surface untreated shape memory alloy fiber by from 10% to 16%. It is assured that the hand-sanded surface treatment and the acid etched surface treatment are the best way to strengthen the interfacial bonding shear strength of $Ti_{50}-Ni_{50}$ shape memory composite. The best treatment condition of surface is 10% HNO$_3$ solution in the etching method to strengthen the interfacial bonding shear strength of $Ti_{50}-Ni_{50}$ shape memory alloy composite.

Development of a training program to strengthen the competency of training designers in the era of artificial intelligence (인공지능시대 연수디자이너 역량 강화 연수프로그램 개발)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop a competency strengthen program with the aim of training designers who respond to changing national policies in the era of artificial intelligence. To this end, this study was conducted through a total of five steps. First, through literature research and analysis of prior research and literature related to the role of training designers and HRD managers was investigated and analyzed, and based on related prior research, theoretical and academic grounds for training designer competency modeling were prepared. In the second stage, a draft training program was developed to strengthen the competency of training designers based on the needs analysis of stakeholders and advice from education experts. In the third stage, a pilot program was conducted based on the draft training program. In step 4, the effectiveness verification was confuted and the deficiencies of the training program were derived from the pilot program. Finally, the final draft of the training program for strengthening the competency of training designers in the era of artificial intelligence was developed. The final training program consisted of 10 modules and was designed to run for three days. The details of specific training program are presented in the article.
