Allergic rhinitis comes within snuffle in Chinese medicine. For generations, physicians have believed that the internal factors that cause this disease are pulmonary tuberculosis, splenic hypofunction and loss of virility, and its external factors are a cold, an uncommon atmosphere and an uncommon flavor. From the viewpoint of Chinese medicine, this symptom was fundamentally cured by "abidance by individuality, locality and seasons", on the basis of demonstration. In result, visceral function was recovered. In Chinese medicine, a disease is etiologically cured by the principles of Wholism and by discriminating among symptoms. In particular, "method for replenishing Qi and securing Exterior" has been widely used among the foregoing therapeutics. According to modern pharmacology, Astragli Radix, Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma and Ledebouriellae Radix all have antihistaminic effects and strengthen of the masticating and swallowing function of the recticuloendothelial system. This disease can be cured by controlling immunity and allergic reactions. Besides, it is necessary to take moderate exercise, to strengthen constitution, to avoid causative substances, to control ingesting flesh, meat and shrimps, to eat little, and to avoid what is cold and raw.

This study considers some changes in the program production by the local broadcasting stations through the analysis of their programs. Currently, one of the biggest changes in the local broadcasting systems is that they focus on the self-produced contents about the community and expand the joint-production. In the case of KBS Daejeon, they try to activate various joint-produced programs together with the local broadcasting stations in Yeongnam province. MBC Daejeon has also strengthened the joint-production systems since 2002 by classifying MBC's 19 subsidiary stations around the country into 5 groups in order to strengthen the competitiveness. As for TJB, they work in the cooperation with other commercial broadcasting stations in other cities, including Busan, Kwangju, Jeonju, Ulsan, Daegu by sharing the programs which they produced. In conclusion, the local broadcasting systems should depart from the function as a mediating center of the central broadcasting network and strengthen the ability of producing programs in order to be able to function as a source of producing programs. Thus, local broadcasting stations should expand the joint production of the programs about the communities and the ratio of the organization of the self-produced programs.

In this paper, we have developed the intellectual kegel trainer with the bio-feedback. The one is smart health care system that can treat an evacuation impediment and urination polyuria with the low frequency stimulation module. Then this detects the shrinkage power of the pelvis muscles and correlates an smart phone entertainment application program for the users. In order to recover the function of pelvic muscles, we use the intellectual smart health care trainer with several biofeedback function. Such a trainer makes to strength the weakness pelvic muscles by biofeedback training and get exercise the pelvic muscles in physical suppress. The biofeedback training against the physical suppress can have strengthen the pelvic muscles and can display the operation graph of strengthen movement in monitor. Finally, It can be ensured the safety through EMI and performance test.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effectiveness of case management in child welfare facilities to determine what the inhibiting factors as well as complementary factors are. For this purpose, data from 181 workers in community children's centers and 96 workers in child protection agencies and foster care centers were analyzed, the analyzed by using SPSS 21.0 program. In the case of community children's center interpersonal skills, case management guidelines, super vision, and network utilization were the influential factors while in other child welfare facilities, personal inhibitory factors, social welfare work experience, case management experience, and network utilization were the affecting factors. The implications reveal that social welfare practice should enhance the interpersonal skills of the workers, strengthen the supervision system, and provide a clear case management guideline. It is also important to set up a network of all local child welfare facilities and strengthen cooperation and mutual support among the institutions within the network.

As the fashion industry increasingly fierce competition in the market we are elements of product quality can only be differentiated through a difficult period. Because academia and strengthen brand image and measures proposed business, a way to strengthen advertising and promotional marketing. However, this action reminds consumers that have a direct feel of the experience with the product is very easy to see, but counterproductive when advertising and contradictions. Korean fashion brand has sufficient capacity in this part of the judgment, because reason can not spread to the global luxury fashion brand. This study analyzed who help give identity to the domestic fashion luxury brand global strategy angry, it is part of the goal of the current development and product strategy features. Export capabilities, improve product identification components for their product development strategy has been carried out case studies and the recommendations based on this identity-based international luxury fashion brand analysis. The concept of product identification is not strong, the lack of previous studies of this study also adopted the international luxury fashion brand case studies, based on the country. The importance of product identification and product identification research methods derived from the characteristic side also granular component. Then there is the need to achieve national identity customized product development strategy for domestic enterprises to further expand the practice target. This will help enhance the competitiveness of the domestic apparel design.

The problems and needs of families in Hong Kong are becoming more complex. Traditional family structures and functions are rapidly eroding. Moreover, family problems are further exacerbated by a growing number of socio-economic issues including rising divorce rates and extra-marital affairs. continuous family reunion migration from Mainland China, emotional and financial cost of caring for the older people and the changing economy which has pushed more families into hardship. In effect, more and more families are becoming vulnerable to risk. Traditional family services in Hong Kong are varied in mode, operation and provision, often overlapping in service boundaries with other family-oriented programs. In many instances, family service centers are stretched far beyond their capacity. As a consequence, they become too reactive, remedial and casework dominated. The University of Hong Kong Consultant Team recommended that family service programs have to protect vulnerable families and strengthen family capacities to promote maximum independence. The direction of family services is summarized as: strengthening families; child-centered, family-focused and community-based. New integrative family service centers aim at attaining the principles of promoting accessibility to users with minimum physical, psychological and administrative barriers; early identification of needs and intervention before the further deterioration of problems; integration of services cutting across program boundaries, and partnership between service providers to achieve efficient and effective use of scarce resources. Under the new model, multi-skilled teams can respond more proactively to a wide range of social needs, rather than addressing needs in isolation. To demonstrate the effectiveness of the new model, the consultant team has been commissioned by the government to evaluate the performance of these two-year pilot projects. More importantly, a coherent and family-friendly social policy should be formulated to strengthen family capacity against family-related problems.

Through case studies of photovoltaic complex and wind farm construction and management, the causes of environmental and social conflicts were analyzed. Policies and measures to minimize conflicts and complement the institution were identified by analyzing successful construction and management case studies from both domestic and abroad. The causes of problems were haphazard damages to the regional environment, direct damages from power production facilities, lack of regional benefits from power production businesses, and loose environmental restrictions and management. The countermeasures to mitigate the problems at hand are to improve and strengthen the guidelines for power production businesses, secure residents' acceptability, strengthen regulations for business explanation, increase stakeholder's participation, find alternative sites, and ensure the speedy implementation of on-shore wind farms. Through these countermeasures, specific goals included in the New Renewable Energy Master Plan, such as target goals for photovoltaic and wind energy, preservation and protection of environment, and improvement of residents' acceptability, can be achieved.
