고로슬래그 기반 석고를 사용한 경량 경화체의 밀도 및 강도 특성 (Density and Strength Properties of according to the Gypsum replacement of Lightweight Matrix based on Blast Furnace Slag)

  • This study is the experiment for manufacturing the Lightweight non-cement matrix based on the blast furnace slag, paper ash. Materials like cement and blowing agent in foamed concrete is replaced by by-products fro blast furnace slag and paper ash. Further, the experiment was performed by replacing alkali with nature gypsum and α type gypsum by (0, 5, 10, 15, 20) of weight of alkali (wt.%) in order to reduce the amount of expensive alkali-activator. Consequently, in the case of the density, plain showed the lowest density and it seems that specimen adding nature gypsum 5% has the best compressive strength and flexural strength. It is detemined that the strength is lowered in accordance with the α type gypsum replacement ratio is higher. The research that it can supplement the further intensity seems to be needed.

  • 본 연구의 목적은, X선조영촬영을 이용한 콘크리트강도의 평가 및 콘크리트열화의 수치화를 수행하는 것이다. 콘크리트강도를 추정하기 위하여, 물-시멘트비가 서로 다른 콘크리트를 제작하여, X선투과선량과 콘크리트강도의 관계를 구하였다. 이 실험에는 콘크리트 외에 몰탈, Non-AE 콘크리트를 이용한 실험도 수행하였다. 또한, 동결융해작용을 가해 상대동탄성계수를 변화시킨 공시체에 대하여, 열화의 수치화를 수행하였다. 실험의 결과, X선조영촬영법을 사용하면, 투과선변화량이 구해지므로, 콘크리트강도의 추정과 열화의 수치화가 가능하다는 것을 알았다.

  • Zero-energy construction is being emphasized due to environmental pollution. However, in the case of external insulation using organic insulation with good insulation performance, there are many studies on inorganic insulation as it shows limitations on fire stability. In addition, as the demand for stone for exterior walls increases, Cellular Light -weight Concrete(CLC) with polymer is used to supplement fire stability and insulation performance, and the construction of stone is complemented by combining organic insulation, inorganic insulation, and stone. In this study, the compressive strength and adhesion in tension of CLC are studied. As a result of the experiment, the compressive strength of 28 days according to the polymer addition rate did not change. The adhesion in tension according to the polymer addition rate tends to increase as the addition rate increases. The target adhesion in tension is 0.8 MPa, but the maximum value of the experiment did not reach the target value, and further research was needed to combine to maintain the density and improve the adhesion in tension.

  • The most recent building trend is going large, high rise, high strength as overlarge project is developing in domestic construction business. Belite cement has properties like low heat, excellent long term strength, and durability without admixture(fly ash, silica fume). so, Beilte cement is suitable for mass structure which is needed high strength, high fluidity and low heat property. This study is to examine the possibility if site adoption microwave-use early strength estimation method. Based on the existed study related the portland cement, the interrelation between Belite cement and microwave-use early strength estimation method is required. In this study, interrelation between mortar and Evaluating strength estimation method is investigated before the concrete experiment.

  • Effects of retained compression strength on the collapsibility of $CO_2$ mold sand using sodium silicate were studied. The results obtained from the experiment are summurized as follows; 1) The sand mixtures increased their compression strength and retained compression strength when content of sodium silicate is high or mole ratio of sodium silicate is high. 2) Increase of retained strength has a maximum value at temperatures about $200^{\circ}C$. When the sample reached $800^{\circ}C$, the binder bridge are homogeneous. The retained strength is increased. 3) Decrease of retained strength at temperatures over $200^{\circ}C$ is caused by pore formation and additives of seacoal markedly accelerated pore formations.

  • In this experiment no solvent based polyurethane(PU) adhesives were prepared with the polyol, isocyanate, dioctyl phthalate(DOP), 2-hydroxyethylacrylate(2-HEA) and other acrylate monomers. The softenening point of the PU adhesives measured by Ring & Ball method were examined in the present study. And adhesion strength and mechanical properties such as tensile strength and 100% modulus of the PU adhesives were evaluated by Universal Test Machine. The experimental results showed that increase of both DPE-41, benzoylperoxide(BPO) and toluene diisocyanate(TDI) increased softenening point, adhesion strength, tensile strength and 100% modulus. However as DOP content increased sofenening point, adhesion strength decreased and tensile strength, 100% modulus also decreased.

  • This study is basic experiment for estimating influence of strength by curing temperature of concrete's heat of hydration and estimate relationship of compressive strength development by initial curing temperature factor, and then asume temperature factor which influence compressive strength development and for showing basic document of qualify control. According to the result of cement mortar by the curing temperature factor high-curing temperature shows high strength on 3 day compare with low curing-temperature, shows higher strength than the piece of high curing temperature.

파이프 서포트의 내력 산정 방안 (A Proposed method of the Strength Calculation of Pipe Support)

  • Even though there is a guideline for the required strength of pipe support in inspection, it does not mean the nominal strength which can be used for the form work design. And, Concrete Specification defines that the pipe support should be designed according to the steel design guidelines but the design details are not provided, such as buckling length and the sectional modulus, etc. For the better prediction of strength of pipe support, the slenderness ratio of support which reflects the boundary condition should be considered. In this paper, the elastic buckling formula based on the slenderness is derived. The formula contains the strength reduction factor that consider the strength deduction caused by initial lateral deformation and is 0.65 consistently regardless of boundary conditions. And the coefficient of effective buckling length is calculated from the experiment.

고주파 평면가열에 의한 중밀도섬유판(MDF)의 핑거접합 (Finger Jointing of MDF by High-frequency Plate Heating)

  • This experiment was carried out to investigate the high-frequency gluing characteristics of poly vinyl acetate emulsion adhesive(PVAc) on MDF edge-glued boards. The edge-glued boards were glued lengthwise with butt, scarf, or finger joint. The wastes of MDF boards were reused as board materials. The obtained results are summarized as follows; the bending strength of edge-glued MDF increased slightly with the HF heating time, but the economically desirable heating time was 6 minutes. The bending and tensile strength of edge-glued MDF were high with scarf, finger and butt joint, in order. The strength of finger jointed MDF showed 80% of scarf jointed MDF. The effects of location of finger joints on the bending strength of edge-glued MDF were larger than those of the numbers of finger joints. The bending strength of edge-glued MDF with one joint on the middle position showed 40% decrease in comparison with non-jointed MDF.
