심리적 의식과 물리적 요소의 상관성 분석을 통한 가로경관 개선사업 평가에 관한 연구 - 부산시 광복로를 대상으로 - (A Study on the Evaluation for the Improvement of Streetscape through Relationship Analysis between Psychological Consciousness and Physical Elements - Focused on the Gwangbok Street, Busan -)

  • This study conducted an evaluation of the streetscape improvement project of the Gwangbok Street through analysis of correlations between psychological consciousness and physical elements in the street by comparing selected pictures of streetscape before and after the project. This work has conducted an analysis of Psychological characteristics by semantic differential method and an analysis of physical elements which influence psychological characteristics by regression analysis. According to the results of psychological analysis, the senses of interest, orderliness, esthetic and preference were highly improved in A district and the senses of openess, stability, orderliness were highly improved in B district. The results of analyzing physical elements influencing the improvement of these psychological consciousness in A district elucidated ; 1) the works of improving signboard and elevation of the building affected the whole these psychological consciousness, 2) the work of planting trees, making plant rests in the street improved the senses of orderliness, esthetic, 3) the work of changing finishing materials in the street enhanced the senses of esthetic, preference, 4) the work of adjusting the width between the road and the pavement, the work of improving traffic enhanced the senses of interest, preference. In the meantime in B district, the works of improving signboard and elevation of the building and those of planting trees, making plant rests in the street improved the senses of openess and orderliness. Also the work of improving traffic enhanced the senses of openess, stability and the work of expanding the pavement, that of changing finishing materials in the street improved the senses of openess, stability, orderliness.

  • This study aims to examine residents' satisfaction and behavioral condition at the commercial street of Historic and Cultural Environmental Districts in Gyeongju. To achieve this, the study relied on empirical study method and additionally, present condition survey was performed with a user interview. residents' satisfaction and preferences analysis was conducted to figure out present conditions and improvements. This work has completed a total analysis of the architectural characteristics and street factors among various factors which influence residents' satisfaction level including physical street equipments and street view factors which are main contents of previous studies and street improvement project. Using statistical analysis, each factor's significance was verified quantitatively. Accordingly, this study presents prior consideration points before planning the commercial street improvement project and the region development project.

  • This study conducted an evaluation of the streetscape improvement project of the Gwangbok Street through analysis of visual and perceptual characteristics by comparing selected pictures of streetscape before and after the project. This work has conducted an analysis of the environmental factors which influence subjects' satisfaction degrees including physical street equipments and street view factors which are main contents of this project. Using a satisfaction analysis and factor analysis, each factor's significance was verified quantitatively. As a result of the analysis, physical components of the streetscape were classified into 4 types according to project's effectiveness and improvement priorities. These 4 types include (1) Components for maintenance because of higher satisfaction and higher importance, (2) Components for improvement because of lower satisfaction and higher importance, (3) Components for good business fruits because of higher satisfaction and lower importance, and (4) Components for unnecessity because of lower satisfaction and lower importance.

  • In order to give handiness to the management of the existing street lighting system which is based on the one way communication and to reduce the maintenance cost, the power line communication filter in the two way communication which is based on the CDMA communication and power line communication was improved and accordingly the stability of the communication performance was improved. Also, the efficiency of existing street lighting system and smart street lighting system was evaluated as Visual studio system. As a result, when the number of street lights is 10,000, the hours of daily work fell 50% and the number of necessary maintenance staff decreased 40%. Compared to the maintenance costs of the existing street lighting system, it could be expected to have the cut costs of almost 100 million won a year on the basis of 60 switch board and 1,200 street lights.

  • The purpose of paper is to examine about Street Furniture in swimming beach. The beach space is the very important place not only to spend in season but also to use 4-seasons in leisure culture. To offer better landscape in spacial beach; Gyeongpo, Naksan, Mangsang, Samcheok and Sokcho, such as regional atmosphere and identification are to analyze with design criteria. For the amenity of users through the improvement of landscape may be possible to work out future of beach surroundings. Accordingly material, form and color can be estimated systematically. This research suggests that design of street furniture is to be environmental and regional control. As a result, some proposal of Street Furniture by analysis, designer and officer have to focus on establishing a comprehensive plan for the attractive beach space.

일부 거리환경미화원의 근골격계 증상 유병률과 직업적 및 개인적 요인의 관련성 (Relationship between Prevalence of Musculoskeletal Symptoms and Occupational and Personal Factors among Street Cleaners)

  • The aim of this study was to investigate occupational and individual risk factors and working conditions in relation to musculoskeletal symptoms in street cleaners. Investigation was conducted through a survey of 395 male street cleaners employed by the government office in Seoul, Gyeonggi and Chung-Nam from July to August of 2009. The control group was comprised of 143 male drivers and security guards. Risk factors for musculoskeletal symptoms in street cleaners were investigated by multiple logistic regression analysis and also evaluated ergonomic risk factors by assessing working conditions of 4 street cleaners. As a result of symptom questionnaires, all of the prevalent rates of musculoskeletal symptoms in street cleaners had significantly higher results than those of the control group(p<0.05). On binary logistic regression analysis of musculoskeletal symptoms, street cleaners showed significant higher odds ratio as 18.84(95%CI: 6.56-54.12) in the arm/elbow, 10.49(95%CI: 4.29-25.65) in the hand/wrist compared to the control group. Both absence of rest breaks and exposure to ergonomic risk factors showed to be important internal risk factors of musculoskeletal symptoms among street cleaners. The exposure levels of QEC(Quick exposures checklist) in street cleaners were revealed to be higher on the shoulder/arm, wrist/hand, and neck than back, or from stress. The findings appear to show that street cleaners were high-risk group of work-related musculoskeletal disorders. Therefore street cleaners require a holistic interventional strategy, including adequate arrangement of rest breaks, improvement of working tools and control of individual risk factors such as obesity and smoking.

Study on the Development of Public Bench Design for Campus

  • Recent tendency in modern society for urban design and public space forming it recommended diversity of studies and design development, for the interest in urban design is increasing. In particular, street furniture being one of the important components to construct public space has been researched and developed in aspects of formative and emotional style, broken from the old way of the function-oriented purpose. It could be said that this results from the desire of human pursuing a well-off life, the new value standard regarding design and the life styles in mode. The new development of street furniture could be a creating the value-added source potentially being able to raise community, identity of nation and international competitiveness, beyond the primary purpose, namely the improvement of surrounding environment, and therefore the most of countries in the world are concentrating their life and death on development of design in reality. For this investigation the concept of city design, the basic content analysis of the street furniture and also the contents in the related sectors were reported. In order to develop the bench design, one of the representative items of the street furniture furthermore it was proceeded that basic process for the design like data searching for the object place and the existing case studies. On the basis of this the series of the design development processes such as idea sketch, computer rendering and drawing work were described step by step. The aim of this study is therefore to contribute in compiling the development processes of bench design as a new shape into a data and in utilizing it as a design case study and research material in the related sectors.

국가어항 강릉 안목항과 해안가로의 경관색채 현황분석 연구 (A Study of Status Analysis on the Color-Scape about National Harbor Gangneung-Anmock and Coastal Street)

  • This paper analyzed the color of harbor and fishing village for the better landscape. Accordingly the aim of this study is to find out the color-scape in harbor, such as regional color and present status are to analyze with elements of design. In beginning point of development, it is to take practicable data about color planning for marine tourism. Regarding the utility of these characteristics, hue, value, chroma can be checked and design of color-scape may be possible to work out future harbor environments. This study suggests that harbor of contemporary is to be environmental harmony and regional color control. The result of this research, it is carried out that the color-scape is checked by partnership of experts, official and regional person with "agreement of landscape" to provide reasonable criteria in color surroundings. An analysis of regional color-scape is expected to use for landscape improvement of fishing village and harbor.

실외환경에서 밀리미터파 소형 셀의 커버리지 측정 (Coverage Evaluation of mmWave Small Cell in Outdoor Environment)

  • 최근 데이터 처리용량 증대에 대한 수요를 만족시키기 위해서, 전파 자원을 효율적으로 사용하고 네트워크 용량을 증대시키는 연구가 진행되고 있다. 현재 차세대 5G 이동통신망의 핵심적인 기술로서 소형 셀 네트워크, 밀리미터파대역 그리고 빔포밍이 존재한다. 그러나 밀리미터파대역의 전파특성이 기존에 사용되고 있는 대역의 것과 상이하기 때문에, 기존 대역을 사용하는 무선통신시스템이 재설계되어야 할 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 실외환경에서 60GHz의 셀 네트워크에 대한 3D 시뮬레이션 모델을 논의한다. 거리 협곡 시뮬레이션 환경 등을 포함한 일반적인 도심 환경에서 소형 셀 시스템에 대한 커버리지와 시스템 성능을 분석한다. 또한, 데이터 처리용량의 개선을 분석하기 위해 빔포밍의 적용을 고려하였다. 시뮬레이션 결과, 밀리미터파 소형 셀 기반의 시스템이 데이터 전송속도 측면에서 5G의 요구사항을 충족시킬 수 있는 주요 후보 기술 중의 하나가 될 것으로 기대된다.

고해상도 위성영상을 이용한 도시유역의 소강우 유출해석 (Runoff Analysis for Weak Rainfall Event in Urban Area Using High-ResolutionSatellite Imagery)

  • 본 연구에서는 도시 비점오염물질의 퇴적과 배출특성의 파악, 우수저류/침투 시설의 계획과 효율평가, 건전한 도시의 물환경관리 등의 관점에서, 고해상도 인공위성과 GIS를 병용한 도시내 상세 토지이용분류 방법을 제안하였다. 제안된 방법을 적용하여 도시유역을 네 종류의 지표면으로 분류하였으며, 기존의 실내조사방법이나 GIS만을 이용한 방법으로는 불투수면으로 파악되었던 전체 유역면적의 3%에 달하는 건물옥상이나 도로의 중앙분리대에 조성된 화단 등을 투수면으로 분류하였다. 강우유출모의의 정확도 향상에 있어서 토양피복별 분포 및 면적의 차이가 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위해, 추출된 각 토양피복에 강우손실 파라미터를 설정하여, 총강우량 7.1~15.0 mm의 강우사상에 대한 강우유출해석을 실시하였다. 기존의 10m 격자의 세밀토지이용 정보에 의한 토양피복 분류결과를 이용한 강우유출 해석에서는 관측유량과의 오차가 31~71%이었던 것이, 제안된 토양피복 분류기법을 이용한 강우유출 해석에서는 그 오차가 4~29%로 향상되었으며, 특히 강우규모가 적을 때의 유출수문곡선의 첨두유량과 유량증감부 등의 유출특성에 대한 재현성에 있어서 향상된 결과를 나타내었다.
