하천 미지형 및 하상저질에 따른 갯버들과 달뿌리풀군락의 분포특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Distribution Patterns of Salix gracilistyla and Phragmites japonica Communities according to Micro-landforms and Substrates of the Stream Corridor)

  • This study was carried out to verify the distribution patterns of Salix gracilistyla and Phragmites japonica communities known as obligatory riparian species according to physical factors such as micro-landforms, substrates, etc., at Soo-ip stream corridor. Firstly four vegetation types - Salix gracilistyla dominant type, Phragmites japonica dominant type, mixed type of two species, and mixed type of two species to other species, were classified by cluster analysis based on UPGMA-Euclidean distance. Also these vegetation types showed many different distribution patterns in response to the longitudinal and lateral view along the stream corridor and substrate composition. Salix gracilistyla was major component of dominant vegetation types developed at attack point of bending reach and on substrates composed of rock fragments, but contrastly Phragmites japonica was most important component of dominant vegetation types at point bar of bending reach and floodplain, and on substrates composed of soil materials. Secondly the species and environment biplot form CCA strongly supported the vegetation types divided by classification. Namely Salix gracilistyla was closely correlated with rock fragments and steep slope, which is resistant to physical action even though located near running water. But Phragmites japonica showed a high correlation with soil particles sedimented at floodplain by divergent flow.

  • Before the current western medicine was spreaded out in the world as the main stream, each country had treated diseases with the medicine of their own and the traditional medical books, which are so characteristic, are handed down. Considering the earnest assignment to do in Korean medical of this age and one of the tendencies of medical circles in the world is putting together the current medicine with the traditional medicine, the production and spread of the classification system for the technical books which is contained the characteristic of traditional chinese medicine, the present condition of modern chinese medicine, and the future of it, must be settled without delay. The classification system for oriental medicine section developed in the range of the simple system before the time of flowering, since then the western medicine had grew as the main current in medicine in Korea. But until now the rational and realistic classification system based on the changeable time isn't be established, so setting up one of the classification systems for medicine section, it is classified according to the principle of classification system for medicine section. Hereupon, the result was made after researching the changes of modern classification system for korean and studying on the changes of classification system for oriental medicine section of the Korean decimal classification.

Online Selective-Sample Learning of Hidden Markov Models for Sequence Classification

  • We consider an online selective-sample learning problem for sequence classification, where the goal is to learn a predictive model using a stream of data samples whose class labels can be selectively queried by the algorithm. Given that there is a limit to the total number of queries permitted, the key issue is choosing the most informative and salient samples for their class labels to be queried. Recently, several aggressive selective-sample algorithms have been proposed under a linear model for static (non-sequential) binary classification. We extend the idea to hidden Markov models for multi-class sequence classification by introducing reasonable measures for the novelty and prediction confidence of the incoming sample with respect to the current model, on which the query decision is based. For several sequence classification datasets/tasks in online learning setups, we demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach.

  • 하천의 자연적 특성과 인간의 이용정도에 따라 하천들간의 서열이나 등급을 정하면, 하천의 여러 가지 특성들을 파악하기 쉽고 하천관리에 객관성을 부여할 수 있게 되어 매우 유용하다. 본 연구에서는 현재 확보 가능한 각종 통계 자료와 전문가 조사를 이용하여 하천의 자연적 특성, 하천의 이용정도, 그리고 하천이 관류하는 지역의 사회적 여건을 고려한 "하천별 중요로“ 라는 계량화된 평가지표를 제시하였다. 하천별 중요도는 계층분석법을 이용하여 하천에 영향을 미치는 여러 가지 인자들을 단계적 절차를 거쳐 선정하고, 전문가 조사를 통해 항목별 가중치를 결정한 후 표준화된 인자값에 각 인자별 가중치를 곱한 후 합산하여 산정하였다. 하천별 중요도는 하천들간의 상대적 중요도 파악, 하천의 향후 관리방향 판단, 현재의 하천등급 조정을 통한 하천관리의 효율성 제고, 중요도를 고려한 하천관리방식의 결정 등에 이용될 수 있다.수 있다.

Stream flow estimation in small to large size streams using Sentinel-1 Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) data in Han River Basin, Korea

  • This study demonstrates a novel approach of remotely sensed estimates of stream flow at fifteen hydrological station in the Han River Basin, Korea. Multi-temporal data of the European Space Agency's Sentinel-1 SAR satellite from 19 January, 2015 to 25 August, 2018 is used to develop and validate the flow estimation model for each station. The flow estimation model is based on a power law relationship established between the remotely sensed surface area of water at a selected reach of the stream and the observed discharge. The satellite images were pre-processed for thermal noise, radiometric, speckle and terrain correction. The difference in SAR image brightness caused by the differences in SAR satellite look angle and atmospheric condition are corrected using the histogram matching technique. Selective area filtering is applied to identify the extent of the selected stream reach where the change in water surface area is highly sensitive to the change in stream discharge. Following this, an iterative procedure called the Optimum Threshold Classification Algorithm (OTC) is applied to the multi-temporal selective areas to extract a series of water surface areas. It is observed that the extracted water surface area and the stream discharge are related by the power law equation. A strong correlation coefficient ranging from 0.68 to 0.98 (mean=0.89) was observed for thirteen hydrological stations, while at two stations the relationship was highly affected by the hydraulic structures such as dam. It is further identified that the availability of remotely sensed data for a range of discharge conditions and the geometric properties of the selected stream reach such as the stream width and side slope influence the accuracy of the flow estimation model.

전진적 단계 알고리즘을 이용한 대용량 데이터와 순차적 배치 데이터의 분류 (Classification of large-scale data and data batch stream with forward stagewise algorithm)

  • 본 논문에서는 대용량이거나 시간에 따라 순차적으로 들어오는 데이터의 분류를 위한 전진적 단계 알고리즘을 제안한다. Adaboost 알고리즘은 노이즈가 있는 데이터에 대하여 성능이 떨어지는 것으로 알려져 있다. 이를 해결하기 위한 한 가지 방법으로 전진적 단계 선형 회귀 방법을 사용한다. 대용량 데이터나 순차적 배치 데이터의 경우에도 이러한 상황을 극복하기 위해 전진적 단계 알고리즘 방법을 적용한 방법을 제안한다. 모의실험과 실제 자료 분석을 통해 제안된 알고리즘이 좋은 성능을 보임을 알 수 있었다.

Aural-visual two-stream 기반의 아기 울음소리 식별 (Aural-visual two-stream based infant cry recognition)

  • Infants communicate their feelings and needs to the outside world through non-verbal methods such as crying and displaying diverse facial expressions. However, inexperienced parents tend to decode these non-verbal messages incorrectly and take inappropriate actions, which might affect the bonding they build with their babies and the cognitive development of the newborns. In this paper, we propose an aural-visual two-stream based infant cry recognition system to help parents comprehend the feelings and needs of crying babies. The proposed system first extracts the features from the pre-processed audio and video data by using the VGGish model and 3D-CNN model respectively, fuses the extracted features using a fully connected layer, and finally applies a SoftMax function to classify the fused features and recognize the corresponding type of cry. The experimental results show that the proposed system classification exceeds 0.92 in F1-score, which is 0.08 and 0.10 higher than the single-stream aural model and single-stream visual model.

빅데이터 스트림 환경에서의 센서 데이터 분류와 상황추론 (Context Inference and Sensor Data Classification of Big Data Stream Environment)

  • 변화하는 연속적인 데이터가 대량으로 유입되는 스트림 형태의 센서 데이터에 대한 분석은 궁극적으로 상황인식에 도달할 수 있어야 한다. 본 연구에서 가변적이며 연속적으로 입수되는 센서 데이터 스트림을 분석하여 상황을 추론하는 방안을 제안한다. 연속적인 스트림 형태를 가지는 센서 데이터를 분류하기 위하여 센서로 부터 보내온 각 센서 데이터에 내포된 값들을 평가하고, 시간에 따른 변화를 토대로 신뢰도를 계산하였다. 각 데이터들이 구성하는 상황요인을 설정하였고 각 요인들의 변화를 추정할 수 있도록 함으로써 상황 추론이 가능함을 보였다.

  • The automorphism group of domains is main stream of classification problem coming from E. Cartan's work.   • 본 논문에서는 무선을 포함한 패킷 전송에서의 효율성을 위해 차세대 전송 계층 프로토콜인 SCTP에 ROHC(RObust Header Compression)을 적용한 ROHC 프로파인 7(ROHC-SCTP)을 제안한다. 제안된 ROHC-SCTP는 SNR(Sequence Number ROHC)-SCTP의 1 또는 2 바이트 길이의 새로운 필드를 SCTP 패킷 헤더에 추가하여, SCTP 멀티 스트림을 acknowledgement 스트림과 data 스트림으로 나누어 헤더 압축을 하며, 동기화 손실이 발생한 경우 context를 복구하는데 사용될 수 있도록 설계되었다. ROHC-SCTP의 제안을 통해 SCTP 헤더의 오버헤드 율을 최대 25%까지 감소할 수 있으며 대역폭 또한 최대 5% 정도 절약할 수 있다.
