A hierarchical planning strategy for dextrous manipulation of multifingered hands with soft finger contact model is proposed. Dextrous manipulation planning can be divided into a high-level stage which specifies the position/orientation trajectories of the fingertips on the object and a low-level stage which determines the contact forces and joint trajectories for the fingers. In the low-level stage, various nonlinear optimization problems are formulated according to the contact modes and integrated into a manipulation planning algorithm to find contact forces and joint velocities at each time step. Montana's contact equations are used for the high-level planning. Quasi-static simulation results are presented and illustrated by employing a three-fingered hand manipulating a sphere to demonstrate the validity of the proposed low-level planning strategy.

In the aspects of the globalization and localization, it is crucial to determine 'Urban selling point', which explains how to make an image: in order to acquire city identity based on the cultural and historical understanding for the Positive city image. The Purpose of this study is to investigate the possible role of the public space as a tool of the city marketing strategy, as well as to realize the cultural city identity through the design of the public space by studying cases which promote the value of life for both of the city and the citizens. Two methodologies are utilized for this study; First, he value in realizing cultural identity is examined through the city identity related to the city marketing and theoretical review of city amenity; second, the several domestic and international cases of cultural planning in culture-accumulated public space are selected and analyzed to map out new strategies from the perspective of place strategy, cultural strategy, and marketing strategy. The results from this study are as follows; first, the culture-accumulated public space through the formation of culture has its own characterized meaning, which has the significant value for the city representative image; second, when planning the culture-accumulated public space, it is important to select not only the appropriate image strategy but the adequate type of the public space for the city planning.

본 연구의 목적은 건축사사무소의 효과적인 기획관리모델을 제시하는데 있다. 이를 위하여 국내 건축사사무소 기획관리과정에서의 문제점을 분석하고, 경제성 향상 요인을 도출하여 이를 바탕으로 효과적 기획관리모델을 제시하였다. 또한, 설문조사와 실증 분석을 통하여, 제시된 효과적 기획관리모델을 검증하였다. 이와 같은 과정을 통하여 도출된 결론을 요약하면 다음과 같다. 다양한 경영기법과 아웃소싱의 적절한 활용, 효율적인 인력관리, 기업에 적절한 기술전략의 설정, 기업의 브랜드 밸류를 향상시킬 수 있는 마케팅 전략 등을 포함한 건축사사무소의 효과적 기획관리모델을 제시하였고, 상관 분석과 다중회귀 분석을 통하여 제시된 기획관리 모델을 검증하였다.

Hotels drive the growth and development of tourism. Despite their important role, many hotels are small and medium-sized firms (SME) that are struggling to survive against fierce competition. Experts agree that strategic planning is vital for SME survival, but it is not wholly applicable for SME managers. Meanwhile, Mintzberg's concept of crafting strategy offers a more productive insight into SME strategic planning, but its abstract nature has historically discouraged empirical research on its practical benefits. This study will be the first to empirically explore the operationalization of Mintzberg's crafting strategy characteristics, and analyze its influence on organizational learning using structural equation model. Using a sample of 50 hotels in Bali, Indonesia, this study reveals that managing pattern and stability, detecting discontinuity, and knowing the business have a positive but weak effect, whereas reconciling change and continuity proves to have a positive and significantly strong effect on organizational learning. This study has bridged the gap between the abstract concepts of crafting strategy, which is a potentially better approach for SMEs, with daily operational practices. This study also proves that Mintzberg's approach can be used to predict organizational learning. This relationship is crucial since previous studies concluded that organizational learning improves company performance.

우리나라는 글로벌 기술경쟁력 제고를 위해 연구개발에 대한 투자를 지속적으로 증대시켜왔다. 우리나라의 GDP대비 연구개발투자비는 4.15%로 세계 1위 수준이며, 이 가운데 기업부문은 전체 투자의 78.5%를 차지하며 매우 중요한 역할을 수행하고 있다. 그러나 더 이상 양적인 투자 증대에는 한계가 존재하기에 R&D투자에 대한 질적 수준을 높여 효율성을 제고하기 위한 노력이 절실히 필요한 실정이다. 이러한 연유로 본 연구에서는 기업의 경영성과를 제고하기 위한 방안을 강구하기 위한 연구를 수행하였다. 이를 위해 그동안 학문적으로 그 중요성이 강조된 연구개발 초기 단계인 기술전략과 기술기획 역량이 기업의 성과제고에 미치는 영향요인을 실증적으로 검증하고자 하였다. 실증분석 결과, 기술전략과 기술기획 활동이 경영성과 제고에 매우 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 조직유연성의 경우 개별적인 요인 또한 중요하지만 기술기획 활동을 긍정적으로 조절하여 경영성과 제고에 기여함을 확인하였다. 본 연구에서는 기업의 기술혁신 활동을 실제적으로 파악하기 위해 기업연구소를 운영하고 있는 전체 기업을 대상으로 표본조사를 수행하였으며, 분석방법으로는 다중회귀분석과 분위회귀분석을 활용하였다.

This paper presents an strategy algorithm of a soccer robot. We simply classified strategy of soccer robot as attack and defense. We use DC-motor in our Soccer Robot. We use the vision system made by MIRO team of Kaist and Soty team for image processing. Host computer is made by Pentium III. The RF module is used for the communication between each robot and the host computer. Fuzzy logic is applied to the path planning of our robot. We improve strategy algorithm of soccer robot. Here we explain improvement of strategy algorithm and fault of the our soccer robot system.

Recently, the small shipyard companies have difficulties that causes by depression of shipbuilding industry. The small shipyard companies need some strategies to overcome the slump in shipbuilding industry field. In this paper, we conduct the survey for present condition diagnosis of small shipyard companies, and analyze the production process based on Information Strategy Planning(ISP) method. When analyze based on ISP, we apply IDEF0 and LOVC technique to analyze the production process of small shipyard companies. Also we conduct the gap analysis between the analyzed present condition and the requirements of improvement. Therefore, the most important result of the analysis is to establish a system for enterprise planning and management, which customized for small shipyard companies, with satisfying economic feasibility and usability.

연구목적: 본 연구는 급속히 진행되는 온난화로 인해 발생되는 예측 불가한 기상이변에 대한 사전 대응방안뿐 아니라 재난재해 위기 시 및 복구 중에도 도시의 기능을 유지하도록 하는 사후 회복과 안정성 방안을 제안하고자 한다. 연구방법: 기술적 관점과 사회적 관점에서 리질리언스 이론을 살펴보고 네덜란드의 리질리언트 정책과 전략을 통해 워터프론트 공간의 리질리언트 계획방안을 모색한다. 연구결과: 기후변화로 인한 해수면 상승과 홍수에 유연하게 대응하기 위한 지역 특성에 따른 예방계획 및 재해 후 도시기능 유지방안과 재해재난 위험을 고려한 공간계획 수립 및 홍수위험수준을 고려한 계획방안은 워터프론트 이용을 위한 토지이용과 사회적 성장 동반, 지역특성을 고려한 재난재해 취약성을 고려한 계획, 재난재해위험을 고려한 물관리 계획 등이다. 결론: 도시공간을 창출함에 있어 기존의 공간계획방식을 넘어 이상기후에 대응한 새로운 도시개발방식이 필요하며, 특히 기후변화에 가장 취약한 워터프론트의 공간적 특성에 따른 리질리언스 전략이 요구된다.

Many organizations have developed their own information systems not only for internal efficiency but also for effectiveness of external customer services. One of the most effective service tools for their customers is the use of information technology. The web technology is rapidly becoming one of the most effective tools for online customer services. In order to gain competitive edge, organizations must have effective web site planning methods for their customer service. A study on traditional information systems planning methodologies has been conducted and they are compared with web site planning techniques. Cases of web sites in order to Improve customer relationship are analyzed. finally, a new conceptual framework for web site planning strategy for e-CRM is proposed in this paper. In order to support effective web site planning, online customer contact points and online service activities are defined and classified as several stages. And, web site strategies corresponding to each customer service activities are developed and proposed, With this framework, organizations can build competitive web strategies for improving their online customer relationships, thereby increasing customer satisfaction.

New renewable energy information becomes one of the greatest issues all over the world because of serious environment problems and limited fossil resources. The new renewable energy source information system is treated seriously for efficient management and distribution as dealing with these energy problems. However, it is difficult to manage and utilize new renewable energy information because gathering and surveying information is progressed individually in each research field. Therefore this paper will establish ISP(Information strategy Planning) and propose the basic management system based-on GIS to analyze new renewable energy such as solar energy, wind power, small hydro, biomass, geothermal etc. and build the integration management system. The proposed integration management system can provide spatial analysis using thematic map, data search, data import/export and interpolation about users quenes.
