This study is a basic study for establishing a comprehensive operation plan for the Incheon Global Campus Library in preparation for the 4th Industrial Revolution and the post-corona era. Based on this, it was intended to propose a direction for establishing a comprehensive operation plan in the future. As a result of the study, in the case of the first collection, a mid- to long-term plan for continuous expansion of the collection is required, and in particular, it seems that the expansion of major-related collections is necessary. In the case of the second service, it is necessary to support users' research by providing information services customized for each stage of research by users, information services customized for researchers, and research support services for departments, and it is necessary to provide information utilization education programs. Third, in the case of space, IGC users have very high demands for learning and research space, so it is necessary to improve education and related spaces that users want through space reorganization in the future. It is also necessary to expand the creative collaboration space as a place closely related to the lives of students, such as rest, etc. Lastly, in order to activate the homepage in relation to the homepage and information system, it is necessary to first expand the various contents and up-to-date data that users want on the homepage. In addition, it seems that the domestic electronic journal and DB provision plan should be implemented.

The intelligent transportation systems allow us to have valuable opportunities for collecting wide-area coverage traffic data. The significant efforts have been made in many countries to provide the reliable traffic conditions information such as travel time. This study analyzes the impacts of the fog weather conditions on the traffic stream. Also, a strategy for predicting the long-term traffic speeds is developed under foggy weather conditions. The results show that the average of speed reductions are 2.92kph and 5.36kph under the slight and heavy fog respectively. The best prediction performance is achieved when the previous 45 pattern cases data is used, and the 14.11% of mean absolute percentage error(MAPE) is obtained. The outcomes of this study support the development of more reliable traffic information for providing advanced traffic information service.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to derive a plan to establish a more sophisticated master plan so that the direction of master plan study can be sustained in the mid to long term. Methods:: Compare and analyze the differences between the master plan and the design to identify causes and problems. First, after establishing the master plan, compare the expansion area, net area per bed, and service area with the design drawing of the first project to determine the degree of recovery to the level required by the recent medical environment. Second, the possibility of responding to future internal changes is reviewed by comparing and analyzing the arrangement and connection method of extension buildings. Third, comparing the difference between the project following the first project and the phased of masterplan. Results: The first one is that continuous participation of person or group with high understanding of the master plan. Second, establishing a master plan and proceeding with the project through the determination of the correct business budget. Third, a specific area of the mechanical and electrical room suitable for the size and purpose of the hospital should be presented, and research on the arrangement method should be conducted. Finally, the feasibility of the hospital's own plan for securing parking facilities should be accurately investigated. Implications: It is important for the hospital to recover from the past to the present and respond to the future that the direction of the master plan continues after the establishment.

Forest biomass energy is based on scientific evidence in response to carbon neutrality and the climate crisis, international consensus, and environmental-geographic characteristics of each nation. In this study, the authors aimed to analyze macroscopic forest biomass energy policies for ten major countries. They categorized them into six detailed categories (Sustainable utilization, Cascading Uutilization, Replacement of fossil fuel/Carbon intensive products, Utilization of forest by-products/residues as the source of energy, Contribution to carbon-neutral/climate change, and Biomass combined with CCS/CCUS ). In addition, the surveyed nations have developed a policy consensus on the active use of forest biomass with sustainable forest management except for the cascading utilization category. Furthermore, the authors evaluated the mid to long-term plans of the Korean government for improvements in the policy and legal aspects. As a result, the authors derived four major directions that South Korea should approach strategically in the future (1) secure financial resources for sustainable forest management and stimulating investment in the timber industry, (2) promote unified policies to establish a bio-economy, (3) enhancement of the forest biomass energy system, and (4) reorganization and promotion of strategy centered on the opinions of field experts in internal and external instability.

International trade has been changed from traditional trade to e-trade due to the fast expanding of information technology like e-marketplace, EDI (Electronic data interchange) using Internet since mid of 1990's. e-Trade, as a new trade method, could handle every trade procedure such as market research, contract, customs clearance, logistics and payment using IT like internet without restriction of time and space. The evolution of transaction-based business model is upon us. The business models of many e-Marketplace in their early stages have typically been based on transaction fees. Many e-Marketplaces have even called out transaction revenues as a core element of their business plans. The transaction business represents the most simple of business models, but it does not provide a long-term sustain able advantage. For buyer's convenience, wide selection and test price hold appeal. For suppliers, the extended global market reach and direct access to customers and consortiums of customers is powerful. To maximize leverage of these new e-marketplace, you must from both a buyer perspective as well as a supplier perspective. Also required is a strategy that takes in account all of the various e-Marketplace transaction standards and one that allows the easy accomodation to new e-marketplace as the market change. These new e-marketplace will need to be factored into the sales channel strategies. To be successful, integration with these e-marketplaces should occur at a complete business process level. This study would suggest on the role of buyers and sellers for e-trade which could maximize effect of e-trade in order to cope with rapid changing IT environment and global trade environment. Therefore, this study suggests top priority tasks for implementing on the specialization strategy of e-trade process.

The purpose of this study was to promote the growth and development of South Korea's cruise tourism industry by pointing out current issue and presenting solutions in South Korea's cruise tourism industry. The study analyzed issues such as status, the advantages and disadvantages of cruise tourism industry to Korea, the capacity of cruise ships and port facilities, the immigration procedures for cruise passengers, and presented effective solutions. This study propose 8 futuristic strategies for cruise tourism industry in Korea that include the establishment of mid-and long-term master plan, the expansion of cruise expert wharf, the composition of the foundation for development of domestic cruise companies, simplification of immigration. Moreover, Korea has to strengthen its promotional activities for cruise companies, the expansion of cruise routes and development of linking tourism belt, activation of cruise specialists training program, and development of associated cruise product with China and Japan.

The purpose of this study is to establish an S.I. (Space Identity) considering the spatial location and cultural specificity of Jecheon Jungang Market, the oldest and largest market in Jecheon with historical characteristics. To this end, we identify the flow of the cultural tourism market, investigate and analyze the current state of Jecheon Central Market, and present a direction based on storytelling for each space. The concept of space design was divided into space, time, people, and culture as coexistence, and merchants, products, and shopping malls share temporality and coexist in one space. Therefore, the facilities for each floor consisted of a gate, information board, lighting, rest area, design bench facility, information center, business compliance line, floor sign, and gate floor sign for each floor. Through this, it is necessary to establish a mid- to long-term development strategy by establishing a step-by-step promotion strategy to predict the economic effect of creating new demand and increasing sales in Jecheon Central Market.

Despite the importance of customer satisfaction corresponding to the phenomenal development of the gas industries, supplier-centered management still prevails in the city gas industry due to the monopolistic market environment. However, customer's demands for diverse and higher services are ever growing in the midst of the development and the accelerated competition of the service industries. In this context, customer satisfaction management may be the best style of management for establishing a short, mid and long-term foundation of growth. This paper derives directions for improving customer satisfaction management in such 3 areas as systematic, technological and service improvement from the environmental changes as well as from the customer needs. Based on the survey and comparative analysis of customer satisfaction, we also suggest 5 growth strategies to maintain sustainable development of the gas industry in the midst of competitive environment between city gas companies and among diversified energy businesses and to protect rights of the city gas consumers.

The continuous aging of the domestic construction industry and the shortage of human resource are no longer a problem for the future, but must be solved for the survival of the domestic construction industry, given the characteristics of the labor-intensive construction industry and the continuing negative image of young people toward the construction industry. It is undoubtedly a prerequisite. This study is aimed to tackle the fundamental problem of the construction labor shortage faced by the domestic construction industry by comparing and analyzing the case of MMC technology development in the UK, which has been preparing fast-track response measures for the past 5 years to solve the labor shortage problem, and the case of Buildability technology development in Singapore, which is seeking mid- to long-term countermeasures for about 20 years. Also, This research provides the initial research & development roadmap for Korean Countermeasures Strategy.

The Korea government has recently announced "A Master Plan for Smart Education", including application of digital textbooks and composition of education system using cloud computing. Our education system in future circumstance, over the conventional e-learning methods, needs the smart education solutions which enable students to study and communicate on various types of devices. The ongoing government project related with the digital textbook has been performed as mid- and long-term goals, whereas PDF-based e-textbook project, similar to e-book model and, has been already completed for the short-term goal. For the purpose of improved future smart education circumstance, however, a specific strategy is required in the following areas: flexibility of format conversion and independency of original text sources among the multiple device platforms. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a standardization scheme for e-textbook format based on e-book structure. To do this, we survey trends in e-book technologies, and research on standardization of e-book format for digitalization of textbooks, based on the analysis of existing textbooks. Moreover, we produce an example e-book content using our proposed standard method. As a result, our approach can be applied to the future smart education circumstance, and we may say that it will be efficiently applicable to the long-term digital textbook project.
