This study is to develop a strategy to prepare an improvement strategy according to the environmental change of the hotel. Currently, domestic hotels are implementing marketing through food and beverage as a countermeasure against the sales decrease, and in order to develop effective marketing plan, 5 Force Model environmental analysis and STP analysis are analyzed. 5 Force Model Environmental Analysis showed that domestic hotels are facing various difficulties such as the expansion of accommodation sharing system, the decrease of Chinese tourists due to the THAAD problem, the increase of hotels, the introduction of PMS, the increase of minimum wage, the introduction of 52 hours work week, and the increase in product preference As an STP response strategy to correspond these difficulties, it is necessary to develop products for the main customers of the hotel food and beverage, such as those in the 20s-30s, the workers, smartphones and SNS users. And also hotels should seek ways to lower price of the product to the level desired by the user to compete against substitutes. In conclusion we suggest that hotels are committed to fulfilling their role by meeting guest safety and COVID-19 compliance requirements, but a focus on immediate cleanliness and quarantine against infectious diseases, like Airbnb, will enable greater growth.

The hub-and-spoke strategy is widely used in the field of transportation. At the field of rail transportation, however, it is difficult that we find an application case of this strategy because of modal characteristics. According to the fast growth of containerization and the development of transshipment technology, presently, the hub-and-spoke strategy is introduced by operators on actual European rail freight transportation. However, it is hardly to find empirical studies evaluating the applicability of transportation strategy. In this context, this study analyzed the applicabilities of hub-and-spoke strategy in the actual network of European rail freight. For the application and evaluation of the characteristics of hub-and-spoke strategy, it utilized a service network design model for rail freight. Utilizing this model, it analyzed the efficiency of furnished rail freight services, the potential locations of hubs, the characteristics of O-D flows by the types of trains and service links, and the types of paths of O-D flows. Finally, it proposed some implications and the further study topics.

This article reviews the art and practice of strategic management process in hospitals today, in order to help hospital administrators for managing strategic management system in their hospitals. The strategic management process model in this article is based on an integrated approach combining traditional environmental model with resource-based model of strategy. The components of the model are consisted of five steps: (1)formulating objectives, strategic assessment by external environmental analysis, internal capability analysis, TOWS analysis and marketing audit, (3)strategy choice considering context and criteria of choice, (4)program implementation through operational planning, resource allocation, and conversion, and (5)control by monitoring and evaluating hospital outputs. This article deals with many aspects of issues inherent in every step on this strategic management process.

This paper analyzes a robust optimal reinsurance and investment strategy for an Ambiguity-Averse Insurer (AAI), who worries about model misspecification and insists on seeking robust optimal strategies. The AAI's surplus process is assumed to follow a jump-diffusion model, and he is allowed to purchase proportional reinsurance or acquire new business, meanwhile invest his surplus in a risk-free asset and a risky-asset, whose price is described by an Ornstein-Uhlenbeck process. Under the criterion for maximizing the expected exponential utility of terminal wealth, robust optimal strategy and value function are derived by applying the stochastic dynamic programming approach. Serval numerical examples are given to illustrate the impact of model parameters on the robust optimal strategies and the loss utility function from ignoring the model uncertainty.

본 연구에서는 개방형 혁신을 추구하고 있는 기업 중 스마트폰 제조업체이면서 앱스토어를 직접 운영 중에 있는 애플과 삼성전자를 대상으로 IISIn model을 이용하여 플랫폼 전략을 분석 비교하였다. 앱스토어의 선도 기업인 애플은 플랫폼의 질적 강화 및 고객 충성도를 높이고 플랫폼 통제권 강화를 위해 폐쇄전략을, 반면에 후발 주자인 삼성전자는 플랫폼의 네트워크 효과 및 선순환 구조의 정착을 위해 개방형 전략을 실시 중이다. 연구 결과 지속적인 선순환 구조가 이루어지기 위해서는 우수한 플랫폼 환경과 더불어 참여자들의 자유로운 진입인 '개방'과 창출된 가치의 '공유'가 보장된 플랫폼 전략을 실시하여야 할 것으로 보인다. 본 연구는 학문적으로 IISIn model을 통하여 애플과 삼성전자의 개방형 혁신 플랫폼을 최초로 비교 분석한 연구하였다는 기여점이 있고, 실무적 측면에서는 후발기업의 개방형 혁신 플랫폼 전략수립에 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

21세기는 문화패러다임의 시대이며 시민들의 문화적 수요를 반영하는 공공환경 정책을 필요로 하고 있다. 이런 요구를 충족시키기 위해 지역자원을 바탕으로 한 문화중심형 공공디자인의 개발이 관심을 끌고 있다. 본 연구는 문화중심형 공공디자인 사업의 기획을 위한 전략 프로그래밍 지원모델을 개발하고자 하는 목적으로 시행되었다. 이 모델을 추상적인 개념들로 이루어진 프로세스 모델이 아니라 선택형 참조체계 방식의 모델로 개발하기 위하여 본고에서는 전략프로그래밍 프로토타입 단계별 관련지표들을 분석하였다. 프로토타입 단계들 중에서 특히 장소전략 수립단계(리소스, 미션, 타겟팅)에 초점을 맞추어 관련지표들을 분석하였다. 정성적 사례분석을 통해 연관요소들을 추출하였고 이에서 공통점을 분석하여 단계별 관련지표로 설정하였다. 모두 81개의 지표가 분석되었다.

전력전자 풀파워 컨버터 기반의 직접 구동 영구자석 동기 풍력발전 그리드 연계 시스템의 토폴로지를 기반으로 풍력터빈 모델과 그리드 측 인버터 모델을 연구하고, 기계측 정류기 제어 기반의 전류 및 속도 이중 폐쇄 루프 전략과 전류 및 전압 이중 폐쇄 루프를 기반으로 한 그리드 측 인버터 제어 전략을 설계하여 2레벨 연속 이중 폐쇄 루프 완전 제어 전략을 구현했다. MATLAB/Simulink를 이용하여 시스템 시뮬레이션 모델을 구축하였고, 풍속이 단계별로 변할 때의 장치의 동작을 시뮬레이션하였으며, 그리드 전압의 동일한 위상과 양호한 정현파 특성을 갖는 그리드 연결 전류를 출력하였다. 연결된 시스템이 안정적이고 효율적으로 실행되었다. 시뮬레이션 결과 모델의 타당성과 합리성, 제어 전략의 정확성과 타당성을 검증하였다.

This study employs a novel beam-type wavelet finite element model (WFEM) to fulfill an adaptive-scale damage detection strategy in which structural modeling scales are not only spatially varying but also dynamically changed according to actual needs. Dynamical equations of beam structures are derived in the context of WFEM by using the second-generation cubic Hermite multiwavelets as interpolation functions. Based on the concept of modal strain energy, damage in beam structures can be detected in a progressive manner: the suspected region is first identified using a low-scale structural model and the more accurate location and severity of the damage can be estimated using a multi-scale model with local refinement in the suspected region. Although this strategy can be implemented using traditional finite element methods, the multi-scale and localization properties of the WFEM considerably facilitate the adaptive change of modeling scales in a multi-stage process. The numerical examples in this study clearly demonstrate that the proposed damage detection strategy can progressively and efficiently locate and quantify damage with minimal computation effort and a limited number of sensors.

본 연구의 목적은 건축사사무소의 효과적인 기획관리모델을 제시하는데 있다. 이를 위하여 국내 건축사사무소 기획관리과정에서의 문제점을 분석하고, 경제성 향상 요인을 도출하여 이를 바탕으로 효과적 기획관리모델을 제시하였다. 또한, 설문조사와 실증 분석을 통하여, 제시된 효과적 기획관리모델을 검증하였다. 이와 같은 과정을 통하여 도출된 결론을 요약하면 다음과 같다. 다양한 경영기법과 아웃소싱의 적절한 활용, 효율적인 인력관리, 기업에 적절한 기술전략의 설정, 기업의 브랜드 밸류를 향상시킬 수 있는 마케팅 전략 등을 포함한 건축사사무소의 효과적 기획관리모델을 제시하였고, 상관 분석과 다중회귀 분석을 통하여 제시된 기획관리 모델을 검증하였다.
