The purpose of this study is to empirical case study for the instructional design of flipped classroom by job-capability advancement of IT business majors. A student of IT business school has learned a lot of management educations for four years. But, they don't recognize a connection between school education and business practice. A subject based on the humanities, and social sciences consisted of mostly the memorization. The undergraduate class lack a practice's curriculum by a creative-oriented lesson rather than memorization-oriented. In particular, An IT business is now recognized as a significance emerging IT investment, the Internet of Things, information security, big data and strategy's ERP. For these reasons, it is important for an instructional design for understanding business practices of the students. Accordingly, Flipped classroom with participatory class be needed increasingly for students' practical sense. We will propose a design method of flipped classroom for inspiring business education. In this, new instructional design overturned traditional teaching method. After the student conducts a prior learn at home, school will accomplish a problem solving through question and answer. This design effected a boredom suppress and creative enforcement of student and an intimacy increase of instructor. In addition, A participatory class and reciprocal peer tutoring will be possible by a spontaneous self-directed learning of student. We were designed course of project type based on big data theory and application to target the fourth-year course. In conclusion, the new instruction provided a help to learning synergy between student and lecturer. During the lessons, the student showed improvement of business sense and enhanced problem solving capability. The lecturer has the intimacy through communication interaction with students.
The purpose of this study is to analyze the tasks developed through task development activities with emphasis on mathematical connectivity, and to provide implications for teacher education to enhance teacher's competence. For this purpose, I analyzed the task developed by 52 pre-teachers through the activities. As a result, they combined mathematics with 'other subjects', 'mathematics', 'phenomenon', 'technology' and 'real life'. And they also made various internal connections of 'Different representation', 'Part-whole relationship', 'Implication', 'Procedure', and 'Instruction-oriented connection'. From the point of view of teacher knowledge, the study revealed that CCK and SCK were positive in terms of 'logical' and 'expression', and KCT as 'strategic' was meaningful but disappointing in diversity; however in terms of 'level', the KCS was limited due to tasks that did not meet the level of students. As such, this analysis reveals that teachers continue to struggle with understanding students' level, but exhibit little difficulty with 'logic', 'expression' and 'strategy. This being the case, teacher education needs to place additional emphasis in understanding students' levels and planning corresponding activities.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of computational thinking class using ARCS model to increase students' learning motivation. Then, this study designed the detailed instruction strategy according to each motivation factor(Attention, Relevance, Confidence, Satisfaction) of ARCS through the previous study on computational thinking education and ARCS model. The results of the ARCS test were compared between the experimental group to which the ARCS model was applied and the control group to which the general class was conducted. As a result, students in the experimental group showed significantly higher motivation for learning about computational thinking. In particular, the learning motivation of computer-related majors was significantly higher than that of the control group. In addition, majors were found to have high relevance(R) and non-majors had high satisfaction(S). Therefore, based on these findings, this study suggests an improvement for effective computational thinking class in liberal arts education.

Objectives: The purposes of this study was to describe workers' perceived values and the affecting factors (pros and cons) of the experience education for occupational safety and health and to suggest the strategies and future directions to improve the experience educational quality. Methods: A total of 8 male workers taking the safety and health education of the 7 safety experience education centers involved in this study (5 centers managed by Korea Occupational Safety and Health Agency (KOSHA), 2 centers of large commercial companies). This study used Photovoice, a qualitative method, as the study method. We conducted the photovoice-based in-depth interview with the SHOWeD questions and strategy and used the taxonomical analysis. Results: The study participants' perceived values of experience education were strengthening self-efficacy of the safety and health practices, providing practically useful information, and enjoying refreshing experiences different from daily jobs. Positive affecting factors of the experience education (pros) were providing the educational environments and opportunities of direct experiences, teaching practical safety and health contents for the participants, and the trainer's instruction competencies. Negative affecting factors of the experience education (cons) were learner's negative or standing postures during trainer's lecturing, insufficient exercise conditions and facilities for education, and difficult and theory-oriented lecture far from the practical jobs in reality. Conclusions: Major values of exercise education were direct experiences, useful contents and interesting opportunities from the education participants' perspectives. To improve the exercise education quality, overall educational environments such as convenience facilities as well as exercise facilities should be modified altogether. This study partially and conveniently used the photovoice method as the study limitation.

The purpose of the study was to investigate the continuing education model desired by the academic librarians in the present digital environment. For this purpose the study undertook a questionnaire survey of academic librarians in Korea. As a result it was shown that 61.4% of the librarians participated more than once(average 2.6 times) in the continuing education program during the last one year. The most preferred program type was one week or 2-3 days workshop. The theme of the program was regarded the most important factor for the activation of the continuing education. and the preferred theme of the program was user instruction. information retrieval. electronic licensing. planning and strategy, library marketing, virtual reference service etc.
The purpose of this study is to propose a record service based on the characteristics and production context of presidential records. To this end, we first looked at the design direction and characteristics of the e-jiwon system and then analyzed the structure and characteristics of records produced by the e-jiwon system. There are six types of records to be analyzed: e-jiwon document card, memo, schedule, diary, instruction card, and individual business system_speech DB. Next, through analysis of the Presidential Records Portal's records service, it was pointed out that the current records service does not fully reveal the production context and characteristics of records. Accordingly, as a service strategy based on the characteristics and context of presidential records, a service centered on each record card (e-jiwon document card, etc.) and a service that focuses on structural understanding of records and linkage between records were proposed.
This paper is to analyse the development of the U.S.-China relationship and pending issues and implications. To this end the paper is composed of 6 chapters titled instruction; the relationship between the US and China in the early and hostile confrontation period; the relationship of US-Chinese approach/normalization period and the relationship in the 1980s and 1990s; the relationship by mid-2010 since the opening of the G2 era; the US-China relations and major pending issues and implications in the era of Trump-Xi Jinping; and conclusion. The rapid growth of China over the past three decades has changed the existing US-centered international order and has triggered competition between the two countries. The United States and China have become the only countries that regularly hold strategic and economic dialogue, and the topic has also developed into a country that discusses not only bilateral relations but also global issues. The issues of US-China cooperation and conflicts encompass global issues as well as bilateral relations issues. For example, the South China Sea, the North Korean nuclear issue and the THAAD, the economic and financial order, and the Taiwan issue. It is not a matter of another country, but a problem that directly or indirectly leads to Korea's diplomacy, security and economy. In order to prevent 'Korea passing' in the US-China relationship, we need a hedging strategy that maintains and strengthens the strong ROK-US security cooperation and harmonious promotion of ROK-China economic cooperation.
In this study, theory of school consulting for founding the development strategy of industrial high school was explored, consulting model and performing technique model was suggested, case of consulting of industrial high school performed by the model and performing technique suggested. Up to now, research field of school consulting was instruction and supervision consulting mostly, there was not much school management consulting. In this paper, a school consulting model for industrial high school was developed, which was five step such as entry, diagnosis, action planning, action, and termination. A case of consulting for C technical high school applied by the consulting model suggested was analyzed, it will be used any other consulting project of industrial high school. According to the 5 step school consulting model, analysis of the present state of C technical high school, survey research, SWOT analysis, Issue Tree, school assesment were performed. In order to set up a development strategy for C technical high school, a table of problem and improvement based on issue tree was made, and then a Pay-Off Matrix was made out. Finally, a development plan of short and mid- and long-term for C technical high school was constructed.
In this study, the effects of STAD cooperative learning strategy on students' achievement, learning motivation, perceptions of learning environment, and perceived classroom goal structure were investigated in terms of students' collectivism level. Two classes (64 students) from an elementary school were respectively assigned to a control group and a treatment group. A individualism-collectivism test, a learning motivation test, a perceptions of learning environment test, and a perceived classroom goal structure test were administered as pretests. The intervention of cooperative learning lasted for 24 class periods. After instruction, an achievement test, the learning motivation test, the perceptions of learning environment test, and the perceived classroom goal structure test were administered. The results indicated that the students of the treatment group significantly outperformed those of the control group in the achievement test. There was a significant treatment-aptitude interaction effect in the scores of the attention subcategory of the learning motivation. In the perceptions of learning environment, the score of the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group in the cohesiveness subcategory, whereas the score of the treatment group was significantly lower than their counterpart in the competitiveness subcategory. It was also found that the score of the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group in the performance subcategory of the perceived classroom goal structure.
The number line model, which intuitively marks numerical magnitudes in space, is widely utilized to help in understanding the magnitudes that fractions and decimals represent. The study analyzed 6th graders' understanding of fractions and decimals, their problem solving strategies, and whether individual differences in the flexibility of various strategy uses are associated with the accuracy of numerical representation, calculation fluency, and overall mathematical achievement. As a result of the study, students showed relatively lower accuracy in representing fractions and decimals on a number line compared to natural numbers, especially for fractions with odd denominators compared to even denominators, and for two-digit decimals compared to three-digit decimals. Regarding strategy use, students primarily used benchmark, segmentation, and approximation strategies for fractions, and benchmark, rounding, and transformation strategies for decimals sequentially. Lastly, as students used various representation strategies for fractions, their accuracy in representing fractions and their overall mathematical achievement scores showed significantly better outcomes. Taken together, we suggest the need for careful instruction on different interpretations of fractions, the place value of decimals, and the meaning of zero in decimal places. Moreover, we discuss instructional methods that integrate the number line model and its diverse representation strategies to enhance students' understanding of fractions and decimals.
