본 연구는 연구개발 조직에서 '전략기술정보 레포지터리'로서 기술트리(Technology Tree)의 도입을 추진한 후 기술트리의 전략적 활용(utilization)을 위해서 기술로드맵과 통합추진 과정을 고찰하는 것에 목적을 두어 수행되었다. 이를 위하여 기술트리의 개념과 특성을 밝히고, 연구개발 과정에 기술트리를 전략적으로 기술로드맵과 연계 활용하게 되는 주요 과정을 분석하였다. 이러한 이론연구 및 사례 분석을 통하여 기술트리의 전략적 활용을 위해서는 기술로드맵과 유기적으로 연계해야 한다는 것을 고찰하였다. 기술트리 활용을 위한 제반요인을 기술정보역량 측면에서 고찰한 본 연구는 기술트리 추진 후에 이를 실제로 전략적으로 활용하려는 연구개발 조직에게 큰 함의를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

The influence factors on the development of information technology(IT) infrastructure for knowledge management(KM) were not empirically investigated and identified. This study empirically examines the relationships among strategic performance measurement systems(SPMS), organizational learning, the strategic alignment of business strategy with information systems(IS) strategy, which is the necessary condition to provide the kinds of knowledge required for the successful realization of business strategy, and the active construction of IT infrastructure for KM. This study demonstrates that SPMS directly affects the organizational learning, with which the members of an organization acquire the types of knowledge about strategic goals or objectives and the ways attaining these goals, and indirectly influences the IS strategic alignment through organizational learning. Thus, the alignment between business strategy and IS strategy can be facilitated and activated by the adoption and implementation of SPMS. According to the results of this study, it is observed that the IS strategic alignment and organizational learning positively affect the activation of the development of KM IT infrastructure in a firm. The results of this study also shows that the construction of KM IT infrastructure, which supports the realization of KM activities, such as knowledge creation, transfer and sharing, can enhance the strategic position of a firm, and the intensified competitiveness of a firm can lead to the improvement of performance.

The purpose of this research was to examine the factors that affect colleges that play an important role in technology commercialization as technology provider, and enterprises as technology user engaging in technology transfer commercialization by dividing it into strategic resource factor. And this study was also intended to present a strategic meaning and perspective relative to colleges and enterprises as well. To do this, those factors that have influences on technology transfer commercialization were elicited through investigation of literatures, and classified into strategic resource factors to suit research purpose, and based on these information, research hypothesis and research model were established and designed. Research results improved that some enterprises among benefited from technology transfer.

본 연구의 목적은 개방형 정보 혁신을 기술 흡수형 혁신과 기술 활용형 혁신으로 나누어 전략적 제휴 요인과 통합하여 수출성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하는데 있다. 본 연구는 구조방정식모형의 PLS(Partial Least Square)를 사용하여 개방형정보 혁신과 전략적 제휴, 수출성과의 관계에서 조직문화의 조절효과를 설정한 6개의 가설을 201개 표본으로 실증분석 했다. 분석 결과 개방형 정보 혁신 중 기술 흡수형 혁신은 전략적 제휴에 영향을 미치지 못했다. 반면 기술활용형 혁신은 전략적 제휴에 긍정적 영향을 주었다. 전략적 제휴는 또한 수출성과에 긍정적 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 조절효과 분석 결과 조직문화와 기술 흡수형 혁신의 상호작용은 전략적 제휴에 긍정적 영향을 주었다. 또한, 조직문화와 기술 활용형 혁신의 조절효과도 전략적 제휴에 유의한 영향을 보였다. 그러나 조직문화와 전략적 제휴의 조절효과는 수출성과에 영향을 미치지 못하였다. 본 연구는 조직문화의 조절효과를 분석한 점에서 기여도가 있다. 향후에는 개방형 정보 혁신과 외부요인의 통합분석이 필요하다.

This Study focused on the process of technology transfer for the aircraft development program by the strategic alliance. Especially, this study showed how the learning firms absorb new technology from the foreign leading company. This case study concludes that teachability, asset specificity, relation capital with partner, information sharing system in organization and knowledge base are key factors for absorbing the new technology from the technology leading partner.

Using structural equation modeling, this study empirically examined the causal relationships among the level of advanced manufacturing technology (AMT), facilitation of alignment, the degree of strategic alignment of management eccounting Information systems (MAIS), and the improvement of production performance. The causal relationships between MAIS strategic alignment and information characteristics of MAIS were also investigated. The results showed that the level of AMT has a significant and positive impact on alignment facilitation. A significant causal relationship between alignment facilitation and MAIS strategic alignment was also found. It was shown that under high degrees of MAIS strategic alignment, MAIS must provide broad-scope and integrated types of Information. The causal relation-ships between MAIS strategic alignment and organizational performance were significant and positive. Thus, it is concluded that under high levels of AMT, a high degree of MAIS strategic alignment positively contributes to the improvement of production performance.

This letter offers a general framework representing the most effective strategies for implementing ubiquitous computing, given different levels of organizational information system capacity and business needs. The strategic grid offered here identifies promising movements which may potentially have a significant effect on the future development of ubiquitous computing.

The study examines the effects of digital accounting on financial reporting quality, accounting information usefulness, and strategic decision effectiveness of listed firms in Thailand through digital transformation as the moderating variable. A total of 313 listed firms in Thailand were selected as the sample for the study. Structural equation model and multiple regression analysis are applied to test the research relationships. The results of the study show that digital accounting has a significant effect on financial reporting quality, accounting information usefulness, and strategic decision effectiveness. Financial reporting quality significantly affects both accounting information usefulness and strategic decision effectiveness while accounting information usefulness has a significant effect on strategic decision effectiveness. Both financial reporting quality and accounting information usefulness mediate the digital accounting-strategic decision effectiveness relationship. In addition, digital transformation moderates the digital accounting-financial reporting quality relationship and the digital accounting-accounting information usefulness relationship, but it does not moderate other relationships. Accordingly, digital accounting plays a significant role in determining and explaining firms' goal achievement. Executives are suggested to learn, invest and utilize the digital accounting system in the organization to ensure goal achievement and enhance organizational sustainability.

The information revolution is sweeping through the global economy. The strategic significance of the information and information technology have been some what underestimated. Now they are transforming the structure of competition. Information technology must be applied to improve and sustain an organization's competitive advantage. The successful implementation of information technology is dependent on the effectiveness of information systems planning. However, the selection of the right methodology still remains a open question. This paper describes the existing methodologies for information system planning. A complementary approach to strategic information systems planning, which was developed for a steel company, is suggested. The approach attempts to combine Business Systems Planning of IBM and Critical Success Factors Analysis for effective information systems planning. Although this approach is in the experimental stage it looks to be of benefit to large organizations which require information planning for managerial level.

Government-sponsored Research Institutes(GRIs) have made a great contribution to the development of Korea's Science and Technology(S&T). However, recently GRIs are facing the challenge of many problems. For instance, absence of reasonable strategies, insufficient resources and so on. Therefore, many GRIs are being asked for solving their problems with successful strategic management. This paper suggests a strategic management model to solve their problems and to cope with the changing S&T environment. In this paper, The strategic management model for GRIs which was thoroughly considered strategic management process suggested to response the need of their change and to perform their strategic management successfully. As a case of GRIs to apply this model, in this paper, Korea Basic Science Institute(KBSI) that is part of the Korea Research Council of Fundamental Science and Technology(KRCF) was analyzed. As a result of analysis with this model which applied to KBSI, various strategies and alternatives were suggested.
