The purpose of this paper is to plan and implement e-storytelling for improving children's creativity, which consists of e-storytelling, thinking questions, and character sticker canvas. Especially It makes children draw paintings feel easier by character sticker. This webapp shows the flash animation e-storytelling and gives the question to answer by painting with a fertile imagination on the canvas as transforming the character sticker. A user can input the title of painting and store it when finish the drawing. This is an educational tool which makes educatees think more and express their ideas through questions. Therefore, we can check how much children's imagination is changed and diversed by the stored paintings.

우리는 일상 생활을 통해 갖가지 경우에 있어 수없이 많은 선택을 수행하고 있다. 이들 중 몇몇은 누구나 알 수 있도록 알리기도 하고 또 몇몇은 선택되어진 특성 인원들이 알 수 있게 할 수 있다. 이러한 선택의 형태는 암호 프로토콜 상에서, 이 프로세서와 관련된 모델링 기법들을 통해 많은 진척이 보여지고 있다. 그러나 보안 서비스 상에서 익명성을 가지는 구체적인 선택 프로토콜에 대해서는 아직 많은 논의가 필요한 상태이다. 난 논문에서는 네트워크 상에서 익명성을 제공하는 안전한 선택 기법인 "Magic Sticker" 기법을 제안한바 이와 관련된 응용 분야는 전자 투표, 전자 화폐, 입찰 계약 등과 같이 다앙한 분야에서 적용 가능하며, 특히 내용의 공개에 따른 자신의 선택 부분을 안전하게 보호할 수 있다는 특징을 가지고 있다.

Commercially available paper stickers, electrostatic stickers, and metal sticker generally involve process of printing on the substrate and die-cutting to peel the sticker off the release paper. Using plastisol ink and multi-layer screen printing technique, a process of non die-cutting sticker with same image on both sides was developed. It was also possible to prevent color mixing phenomena at image edge part by printing narrow lines of black ink along the borderline.

정보 사회의 급속한 발전을 통해 유.무선 환경에서 다양한 응용 분야들이 창출되고 있다. 그 중에서 전자 투표는 그 효용성 측면에서 새로이 관심을 가지는 분야이다. 그러나, 아직까지는 공개 네트워크를 이용하여 투표를 수행할 경우 보안 측면에서 여러 고려 사항들이 존재하며, 이들이 만족되지 않을 경우 투표의 신뢰성을 떨어뜨리게 된다. 본 논문은 전자 투표를 위해 필수적으로 요구되는 보안 사항들을 일반 요구 사항과 특수 요구 사항으로 분류하고, 이들 요구사항을 만족하는데 필요한 Screw method와 Magic Sticker 방식을 제안한다. 동시에 이들을 기초로 새로운 전자 투표 기법을 제안하고, 요구 사항을 만족하는지 평가할 것이다.

정보사회를 거치면서 네트워크의 발전과 관련한 많은 응용 분야들이 연구되고 있는데, 그 중에서도 암호학을 이용한 전자 투표의 비중이 증대되고 있다. 이러한 전자 투표는 그 중요성에도 불구하고 아직까지 취약한 점이 많이 산재해 있다. 특히, 전자 투표를 총괄하는 선거 관리위원회가 부정을 저지를 경우 투표 자체의 신뢰성은 무너지게 되며, 투표권의 매매가 성립할 경우에는 전자 투표에 있어 치명적인 악영향을 미치게 될 것이다. 딸서 몬 논문은 기존의 투표를 전자 투표로 적용시키는 과정에서 어떠한 요소들이 필요한지 확인해 보고 선거관리 위원회의 부정 방지 및 매매 방지를 위한 요구 조건을 살펴볼 것이다. 또한 매매방지를 위해 네트워크 상에서 익명성을 제공하는 안전한 선택 기법인 “Magic Sticker” 기법을 사용하여, 투표자의 투표 내용이 공개되더라도 투표 결과를 안전하게 보호할 수 있는 전자 투표 시스템을 제안한다.

Recently, a variety of contents services over the internet are becoming popular, among which MCN(Multi Channel Network) platform services have become popular with the generalization of smart phones. The MCN platform is based on streaming, and various factors are added to improve the service. Among them, augmented reality sticker service using face recognition is widely used. In this paper, we implemented the MCN platform that masks the augmented reality sticker on the face through facial emotion recognition in order to further increase the interest factor. We analyzed seven facial emotions using deep learning technology for facial emotion recognition, and applied the emotional sticker to the face based on it. To implement the proposed MCN platform, emotional stickers were applied to the clients and various servers that can stream the servers were designed.

This paper proposes a method for detecting automatically a smartphone camera in order to put a security stickers and detecting security sickers to recognize whether the removable security sticker or not. The method reduce the time that a person put a security stickers and check the stickers whether the removable stickers at rush hour. It is significantly low to detect rate if the image quality is poor low by LED light flickering phenomenon at the time of the camera detection of the smartphone. Therefor, in this paper, it implement the method that detecting camera to inspect frequently degree after applying the adaptive threshold. Further, in order to recognize whether the removable security sticker or not implement the sticker region detection method using a color filter. The proposed method could increase detecting ratio than earlier methods with LED light flickering phenomenon. In addition, it was also high security sticker detection ratio.

Purpose: This study aimed to compare the oxygen saturation measured at fingertips with unpolished and self-artificial nails (sticker, tip) using a portable pulse oximeter. Methods: The sample comprised 27 women who had used nail care services. Using a pulse oximeter, oxygen saturation was measured at fingertips with unpolished nails in a stable state. Self-fabricated sticker and tip nails were attached to the right and left hands, respectively, using five nail colors (black, blue, green, purple, and brown). Oxygen saturation was measured at fingertips with self-fabricated nails first in the usual manner and then measured again by rotating the oximeter by 90°. Values of oxygen saturation were compared and analyzed using the Friedman test and Wilcoxon signed-rank test with Bonferroni correction using IBM SPSS 26.0. Results: Oxygen saturation values were significantly different among colors for both sticker nails (p=.036) and tip nails (p=.000), with black self-artificial nails tending to demonstrate lower oxygen saturation. Moreover, oxygen saturation values obtained by measuring the usual way on unpolished nails was significantly different than those obtained by rotating the oximeter by 90° on thumb with sticker (p=.001) and tip nails (p=.001). Conclusion: The findings of this study suggest that oxygen saturation should be measured on other fingers except for thumb instead of removing the self-artificial nails in emergency situations. For patients with black self-artificial nails, is the findings recommend measuring oxygen saturation at other body parts such as toes, earlobes, forehead, etc.

Measurement of skin temperature is most frequently used to evaluate effect of sympathetic block. Sticker type skin temperature indicator, $ProChecker^{(R)}$, uses metamocolor, which changes the darkness of the color by giving and taking of electrons in response to temperature. We examined the accuracy of this skin temperature indicator in pain clinic patients who were treated with stellate ganglion block. Ten minutes before, and 10~20 minutes after stellate ganglion block, skin temperature on both dorsum of hand were measured using both $ProChecker^{(R)}$ and thermography concurrently. The results showed that skin temperature measured by $ProChecker^{(R)}$ was feasible, in correlation to thermography. Sticker type temperature indicator ($ProChecker^{(R)}$) is concluded as a useful monitor of skin temperature during nerve block in outpatient clinics.
