In the UV-NIL process using an elementwise patterned stamp (EPS), which includes channels formed to separate each element with patterns, low-viscosity resin droplets with a nano-liter volume are dispensed on all elements of the EPS. Following pressing of the EPS, the EPS is illuminated with UV-light to cure the resin; and then the EPS is separated from several thin patterned elements on a wafer. Experiments on UV-NIL were performed on an EVG620-NIL. 50 - 100nm features of the EPS with 3m channels were successfully transferred to 4 in. wafers. Especially, the wafer deformation during imprint was analyzed using the finite element method (FEM) in order to study the effect of the wafer deformation on the UV-NIL using EPS.

This research carried out a survey for 569 students in a junior college of jeollanamdo to provide a needful basic data in developing suitable health promotion program and creating a direction of the oral hygiene education process to intial adult population after holding the oral cavity health action and a affecting factors to it. A collected data obtained the following conclusion. According to school grade, a difference of action factor is Chi-square and Pearson's correlation coeficient in actionfactor and acknowledgement-perception factor and a step-by-step recurrence analysis processed a related factor of the oral health action. 1. A related action factor of the oral health appeared meaningful difference of the oral cavity medical examination, the oral cavity clean device use or not, dental surgery prevention cure or not among the third grade who had the most experience of the oral hygiene education within one year recently. 2. A significant of the oral cavity health acknowledged and perceived and a concern of the oral cavity health, acknowledged the oral cavity health state distribution are the highest in the third grade. 3. According to monthly income, a large income is higher than a small income about self-effects in a relation between the oral cavity health action and acknowledgement-perception factor. the average of a large income is 30.59(${\pm}5.79$). The obstacle of the oral cavity health action is 12.51(${\pm}3.19$). a large income is highest. according to school career, under middle school layer obtained the highest average 16.33(${\pm}3.53$). according to a school year, acknowledge-perception factor of the oral cavity health control of the third grade is the highest(38.81(${\pm}6.25$). 4. In mutual relation between acknowledge-perception factor and the oral cavity health action, a variable constants of meaningful mutual relation are the oral cavity health perception, self-effects, the oral cavity health action obstacle, the oral cavity health action benefit, the oral health action control, aggressive. and they are self-effects, the oral cavity health action in the oral cavity health perception. A significant of the oral cavity health and the oral cavity health action obstacle are the oral cavity health action benefit and the oral cavity health action control. 5. The affecting factors to the oral health action are self-effects, action factor, acknowledged the oral health control.

This case used MI techniques that give an imagery experience to depressed client's mental resource, and that makes in to verbalism. Also those images are supportive level therapy examples that apply to positive variation. MI is simple word of 'Music and Imagery' with one of psychology cure called GIM(Guided Imagery and Music). It makes client can through to the inner world and search, confront, discern and solve with suitable music. Supportive Level MI is only used from safety level music. Introduction of private session can associate specification feeling, subject, word or image. And those images are guide to positive experience. The First session step of MI program is a prelude that makes concrete goal like first interview. The Second step is a transition that can concretely express about client's story. The third step is induction and music listening. And it helps to associate imagery more easily by used tension relaxation. Also it can search and associate about various imagery from the music. The last step is process that process drawing imagery, talking about personal imagery experience in common with therapist that bring the power by expansion the positive experience. Client A case targets rapport forming(empathy, understanding and support), searching positive recourse(child hood, family), client's emotion and positive support. Music must be used simple tone, repetition melody, steady rhythm and organized by harmony music of what therapist and client's preference. The client used defense mechanism and couldn't control emotion by depression in 1 & 2 sessions. But the result was client A could experience about support and understanding after 3 sessions. After session 4 the client had stable, changed to positive emotion from the negative emotion and found her spontaneous. Therefore, at the session 6, the client recognized that she will have step of positive time at the future. About client B, she established rapport forming(empathy, understanding and support) and searching issues and positive recognition(child hood, family), expression and insight(present, future). The music was comfortable, organizational at the session 1 & 2, but after session 3, its development was getting bigger and the main melody changed variation with high and low of tune. Also it used the classic and romantic music. The client avoids bad personal relations to religious relationship. But at the session 1 & 2, client had supportive experience and empathy because of her favorite, supportive music. After session 3, client B recognized and face to face the present issue. But she had avoidance and face to face of ambivalence. The client B had a experience about emotion change according depression and face to face client's issues After session 4. At the session 5 & 6, client tried to have will power of healthy life and fairly attitude, train mental power and solution attitude in the future. On this wise, MI program had actuality and clients' issues solution more than GIM program. MI can solute the issue by client's based issue without approach to unconsciousness like GIM. Especially it can use variety music and listening time is shorter than GIM and structuralize. Also can express client's emotion very well. So it can use corrective and complement MI program to children, adolescent and adult.

Tissue ischemia resulting from the constriction or obstruction of blood vessels leads to an illness that may affect many organs including the heart, brain, and legs. In recent years, considerable progress has been made in the field of therapeutic angiogenesis and the new approaches are expected to cure those "no-option patients" who are unsuited to conventional therapies. Although single angiogenic growth factor may be successful in inducing angiogenesis, combination of multiple growth factors is increasingly sought these days to augment the therapeutic responses. This trend is proper in light of the fact that blood vessel formation is a complex and multi-step process that requires the actions of many different factors. To meet the growing need for functionally significant blood flow recovery in the ischemic tissues, a novel strategy that can provide concerted actions of multiple factors is required. One way to achieve such a goal is to use a transcription factor that can orchestrate the expression of multiple target genes in the ischemic region and thus induce significant level of angiogenesis. Here, a putative transcription factor, cardiac ankyrin repeat protein (CARP), was evaluated in adenoviral vector context for angiogenic activity in human umbilical vein endothelial cells. The results indicated significant increase in proliferation, capillary-like structure formation, and induction of vascular endothelial growth factor, a typical angiogenic gene. Taken together, these results suggest that CARP represents itself as a novel target for therapeutic angiogenesis and warrants further investigation.
