In order to prevent industrial accidents, this study presented a methodology to ensure that risk aggravating factors are reflected in risk assessments at manufacturing sites and demonstrated it by applying it to actual manufacturing sites. As a result of a statistical analysis of all 242,906 accidents that occurred in the manufacturing industry over the past 10 years, new workers less than 6 months old, foreign workers, older workers over 55 years old, and jobs where hands and arms are exposed to risk areas, Non-routine work performed from 9 o'clock to 12 o'clock showed a significantly high accident rate. In addition, a weighted value was applied to estimate the possibility of an accident at the risk determination stage through focus group interviews. Through the results of this study, risk weighting factors can be quantitatively reflected in risk assessment, which is meaningful in preventing accidents by evaluating the size of the identified risk closer.

Detecting greenhouses from the remote sensing datasets is useful in identifying the illegal agricultural facilities and predicting the agricultural output of the greenhouses. This research proposed a methodology for automatically detecting greenhouses from a given Planetscope satellite imagery acquired in the areas of Gimje City using the deep learning technique through a series of steps. First, multiple training images with a fixed size that contain the greenhouse features were generated from the five training Planetscope satellite imagery. Next, the YOLO(You Only Look Once) model was trained using the generated training images. Finally, the greenhouse features were detected from the input Planetscope satellite image. Statistical results showed that the 76.4% of the greenhouse features were detected from the input Planetscope satellite imagery by using the trained YOLO model. In future research, the high-resolution satellite imagery with a spatial resolution less than 1m should be used to detect more greenhouse features.

The power delivery is crucial to designing agricultural machinery. Therefore, the tractor-mounted potato harvester was used in this study to conduct the field experiment and analyze the power delivery for each step. This study was focused on an analysis of power delivery from the engine to the hydraulic components for the tractor-mounted harvester during potato harvesting. Finally, the simulation model of a self-propelled potato harvester was developed and validated using the experimental dataset of the tractor-mounted potato harvester. The power delivery analysis showed that approximately 90.22% of the engine power was used as traction power to drive the tractor-mounted harvester, and only 5.10% of the engine power was used for the entire hydraulic system of the tractor and operated the harvester. The statistical analysis of the simulation and experimental results showed that the coefficient of determinations (R2) ranged from 0.80 to 0.96, which indicates that the simulation model was performed with an accuracy of over 80%. The regression models were correlated linearly with the simulation and experimental results. Therefore, we believe that this study could contribute to the design methodology and performance test procedure of agricultural machinery. This basic study would be helpful in the design of a self-propelled potato harvester.

For the environmental noise assessments. A weighted equivalent noise level (LeqA) is used to measure the time varying environmental noise. However, it is not appropriately reflect various environmental noise features and human emotions. The human perception of the noise is affected largely by the psychoacoustic characteristics of noise as well as the sound pressure level In this study, the effective factors of noise qualify are analyzed using the subjective assessment and statistical analysis of environmental noise, such as road traffic noise. construction site noise, noise in daily living. and other. The analysis methodology is composed to three steps as follows : firstly, the values of the sound qualify metrics of various noise sources were analyzed. And to classify the noise sources, we conducted a cluster analysis using sound quality metrics. Secondly, subjective jury testing was carried out using the methods of paired comparisons and semantic differential. Finally, the correlation between the subjective parameters and the noise quality metrics were analyzed. As a result. the human perception characteristics of the various environmental noise are described in some physical parameters of the noise qualify metrics.
Lipase is a well-known and highly in-demand enzyme. During the last decade, several lipase optimization studies have been reported. However, production costs have always been a bottleneck for commercial-scale microbial enzyme production. This research aimed to optimize the conditions for lipase production by Limtongozyma siamensis DMKU-WBL1-3 via a One-Factor-At-a-Time (OFAT) approach combined with statistical methods while using a low-cost substrate. Results suggest that low-cost substrates can be substituted for all media components. An optimal medium was found, using response surface methodology (RSM) and central composite design (CCD), to consist of 0.50% (w/v) sweet whey, 0.40% (w/v) yeast extract (food grade), and 2.50% (v/v) palm oil with the medium pH adjusted to 4 under shaking flask cultivation. From an economic point of view, this work was successful in reducing production costs while increasing lipase productivity. The medium costs were reduced by 87.5% of the original cost while lipase activity was increased by nearly 6-fold. Moreover, lipase production was further studied in a 2-L stirred-tank fermentor. Its activity was 1,055.6 ± 0.0 U/ml when aeration and agitation rates were adjusted to 1 vvm and 170 rpm, respectively. Interestingly, under this optimal lipase production, the yeast showed accumulated lipids inside the cells. The primary fatty acid is a monounsaturated fatty acid (MUFA) that is typically linked to health benefits. This study hence reveals promising lipase production and lipid accumulation by L. siamensis DMKU-WBL1-3 that are worthy of further study.
To improve the UV absorbance and emulsion stability of sunscreen creams prepared using refined seabuckton oil, experimental conditions were designed utilizing the central composite design model-response surface methodology (CCD-RSM). The amount of surfactant, emulsification time, and thickener amount were chosen as independent variables, and the experiment was carried out after the reaction values of ESI, MDS, and UV absorbance at 290 nm were determined. The main effect and interaction effect, which have the most influence on the response value, were analyzed through the F-value and P-value of the regression equation coefficient calculated through RSM, and the statistical significance of the coefficient was evaluated through the P-value. The optimal emulsification conditions using RSM were calculated as follows: amount of surfactant (4.39 wt%), emulsification time (25.42 min), and amount of thickener (1.24 wt%). At these conditions, the reaction value was calculated as ESI (98.5%), MDS (32.9 nm), and UV absorbance (2.73). As a result of conducting an actual experiment under the calculated optimal conditions, the average error rate was measured as ± 2.7%
3D QSAR studies for the fungicidal activities against resistive phytophthora blight (RPC; 95CC7303) and sensitive phytophthora blight (Phytopthora capsici) (SPC; 95CC7105) by a series of new 2-alkoxyphenyl-3-phenylthioisoindoline-1-one derivatives (X: A=propynyl & B=2-chloropropenyl) were studied using comparative molecular field analyses (CoMFA) methodology. The CoMFA models were generated from the two different alignment, atom based fit (AF) alignment and field fit (FF) alignment. The atom based alignment exhibited a higher statistical results than that of field fit alignment. The best models, A3 and A7 using combination fields of H-bond field, standard field, LUMO and HOMO molecular orbital field as additional descriptors were selected to improve the statistic of the present CoMFA models. The statistical results of the two models showed the best predictability of the fungicidal activities based on the cross-validated value $q^2\;(r^2_{cv.}=RPC:\;0.625\;&\;SPC:\;0.834)$, non cross-validated value $(r^2_{ncv.}=RPC:\;0.894\;&\;SPC:\;0.915)$ and PRESS value (RPC: 0.105 & SPC: 0.103), respectively. Based on the findings, the predictive ability and fitness of the model for SPC was better than that of the model for RPC. The fugicidal activities exhibited a strong correlation with steric $(66.8{\sim}82.8%)$, electrostatic $(10.3{\sim}4.6%)$ and molecular orbital field (SPC: HOMO, 12.6% and RPC: LUMO, 22.9%) factors of the molecules. The novel selective character for fungicidal activity between two fungi depend on the positive charge of ortho, meta-positions on the N-phenyl ring and size of hydrophilicity of a substituents on the S-phenyl ring.
