This paper proposes a modular type manager which is implemented to guarantee performance for LBS automatically in the mobile environment. The proposed system consists of modules for the management of scenario, mobility, and statistics. Each module controls the mobility in order to optimize the performance according to the scenario list. The statistics management module records mobility information and quick solution of errors and problems. The implemented system reduced the management cost and improved the management performance by the automatic test which was tested manually before the development of the system.

The systematic information management of chemical accidents has been required as a tool for the policy making, system improvement and release of information concerning accident prevention. However, there is not yet a systematic chemical accidents tracking system in Korea, which make confusion among the related government agencies and the parties to accidents that the related statistics are different from each others. In this study, We developed the Chemical Accident Tracking System (CATS) using chemical accident classification which was made up of 12 upper classes, 70 middle classes, 272 lower classes. The CATS is mainly consist list up module, reporting module, searching and statistic module, etc. The CATS is expected to be applied to the information tracking and database system for chemical accidents and improve its manageability.

LBS is service technique to provide several service which are required to user by user's location information for mobile. This paper presents Auto_Test system of testing the mobility performance of mobile clients in wireless mobile networks. In spite of importance of mobility management, currently the study of mobility management is not enough, therefore we have developed modulated Auto_Test management system for resolve the mobility management. The proposed system is composed of distance-based monitoring, location-based monitoring, scenario management, mobility management and statistic management, it makes the control by individual module. Simulation results show that the proposed system outperforms the existing systems.
