도시철도 역무실 통합 안전관리시스템 디스플레이의 Ecological Interface Design Prototype 개발 (Development of Ecological Interface Design Prototype on Integrated Safety Management System Display in Subway Station Office)

  • Current subway station's office employee must perform safety management tasks by monitoring the various safety management systems. But these monitoring systems are limited in effective situational awareness and response to a state of emergency immediately. It is necessary to develop an integrated safety management system display. In this study, we developed subway station safety management system's (CCTV, fire detection & alarm system, screen door control equipment) integrated prototype display with ecological interface design framework and evaluated prototype display interface's usability with GOMS model. The result was that the ecological interface's performance was better than existing safety management system's interface.

  • 본 논문은 저비용으로 승강장 사고를 예방할 수 있는 승강장 안전 관리 장치 및 방법에 관한 연구이다. 승강장에 승객을 감지할 수 있는 감지부를 설치하고, 승객이 승강장과 선로 또는 차도가 인접한 부분으로 접근함에 따라서, 1차로 경광 램프를 작동시키고 경고음을 출력하여 승객의 주의를 환기시키고, 승객이 승강장의 끝 부분까지 접근한 경우에는 사고 발생 위험이 높은 것으로 인지하여 연속적으로 경광 램프를 작동시키고 경고음을 출력함과 동시에, 사고 발생의 위험성을 상황실 및 승강장에 진입하는 차량에 무선 랜을 통하여 통지함으로써, 저비용으로 승강장 사고를 효율적으로 예방할 수 있다.

  • Hydrogen energy is expanding in range for civil use together with development of pollution-free power sources recently, and it is judged that the use of hydrogen will increase more as a part of carbon dioxide reduction measures according to the Climatic Change Convention. Especially, it is thought that the securement of safety of the used dispenser will be the biggest obstacle in the use of high-pressure hydrogen because the hydrogen station is operated in a high pressure. This study found risks in the process and problems on operation by making use of HAZOP(6 kinds), a qualitative safety evaluation technique, and FMEA(5 kinds), a fault mode effect analysis, for the hydrogen charging system at a hydrogen gas station, derived 6 risk factors from HAZOP and 5 risk factors from FMEA, and prepared measures for it.

  • The purpose of this study is to make sure what the stress causes of women's EMTs within the firehouse are, and is to suggest ideas (plans) that are possible to resolve this problem. The reasons are because of difficulties such as not only the overwork at one's tasks, the uncomfortable working environment and circumstances, women's pregnancy, but also shift work or the shift system. It's own ideas about the way to resolve these difficulties are as follows: a separate operation of first-aid department, environmental improvement within a fire house (fire station) via remodeling, activation of substitute man power, alterating women's EMT services into daywork system, mutual encouragement and solicitude among co-workers, reinforcement of the number of the working force to be mobilized, and adoption about the rest year system in employment.

  • 2021년 2월 '고압가스 안전관리법 시행규칙' 개정에 따라 2021년 8월27일부터 수소자동차 충전소에 설치한 가스누출검지경보장치, 긴급차단장치 및 화염검지기 등 안전장치 작동상태를 실시간으로 한국가스안전공사에서 관리하는 전산시스템으로 전송하여 운영하고 있다. 모니터링 시스템 구축결과와 함께 그동안 발생한 이상신호 통계분석 결과를 공유하여 수소충전소 안전관리에 활용토록 하고, 향후 안전관리 방향을 모색하고자 한다.

  • Korea Rail Network Authority ordered Urban Transit Magrev System on the alternative tender lines. The project was contained order with GS Construction and Yooshin Corporation as a result of competition as 5 consortium. Urban Transit Magrev System route was constructed in the whole Yeongjong-dong and Yongyu-dong, Jung-gu, Inchen. The main project is via transportation center in Inchen Int'l airport ~ Work complex ~ Water park ~ Yongyu-station and has Total continuation of 6.1kilometers, Station of 6 spot, Car base of a spot, go out line(a single line) of 380meters. Scale of construction is Major of Roadbed, Railroad, Building, Inspection and Repair facilities. The first Urban Transit Magrev System in Korea is a new symbol of Korea and has polished beauty and creative artistry based on functional perfection. It was designed in harmony with Inchen Int'l Airport improving the dignity of SOC design.

  • New governance in the area of disaster management(New Governance) of the Safety Building in the form of public-private network as required in this era, SWOT can provide a strategic way to build public-private partnership recognized the necessity for a more efficient way. Between government agencies, private organizations and government and private organizations for the network between the systematic approach based on mutual trust, and participation by the activation of the meaning of seeing places studied. Partnership for Disaster Management as a result of the settlement than if the existing disaster management system for disaster response system more effective and efficient functioning in reducing human and material damage is expected to contribute are getting out.

A Study on the Implementation Effect of Accident Management Strategies on Safety

  • This paper presents a new approach for assessing accident management strategies using containment event trees (CETs) developed during an individual plant examination (IPE) for a reference plant (CE type, 950 MWe PWR). Various accident management strategies to reduce risk have been proposed through IPE. Three strategies for the station blackout sequence are used as an example : 1) reactor cavity flooding only, 2) primary system depressurization only, and 3) doing both. These strategies are assumed to be initiated at about the time of core uncovery. The station blackout (SBO) sequence is selected in this paper since it is identified as one of the most threatening sequences to safety of the reference plant. The effectiveness and adverse effects of each accident management strategy are considered synthetically in the CETs. A best estimate assessment for the developed CETs using data obtained from NUREG-1150, other PRA results, and the MAAP code calculations is performed. The strategies are ranked with respect to minimizing the frequencies of Various containment failure modes. The proposed approach is demonstrated to be very flexible in that it can be applied to any kind of accident management strategy for any sequence.

Application of AIS in AtoN Wireless Surveillance System

  • In China, the traditional method of artificial and periodical cruise is still adopted for the AtoN management, which has brought many disadvantages to the work of the AtoN management, such as non real-time, fallibility, and low efficiency However, with the rapid development of AIS technique, now AIS equipments have been widely installed on ships, and on the other hand China Maritime Safety Administration (abr. China MSA) is carrying out the scheme of AIS base station network in china, based on which the digital AtoN will develop in the future. According to what have been analyzed above, this paper puts forward a design of AtoN wireless surveillance system based on AIS. The system consists of AIS on AtoN, AIS base station and AtoN management center. It can provide such functions as the information gathering, managing of AtoN and the service of navigation assistance. This paper gives the whole design including the work theory, the hardware structure and the software scheme of the system, and finally gives the simulation software of the AtoN management center. The AtoN wireless surveillance system brought forward by this paper will be more efficient with less repair cost and less work of the supervisors. It will bring revolutionary progress in the navigation aids system in China.

  • Subway station is installed with equipment of deficient ventilation and air purification in need of routine activity for users because projectors didn't have recognition of the importance of prevention equipment on disasters in subway stations. So if the accident in Deagu is occurred again, we can't prevent it. And it is urgently necessary to improve antique subway station for the safety and service to citizens because users were increased far more. Improvement of subway station has to be modernized the backward and antique subway station and maintained and developed by the center of traffic to give the social contribution with management of social facilities. And subway station has to be made conveniently so that everyone may use the station with one-stop system including sales, business, service equipment. This study will show the improvement plan of problem in underground space and situation of metropolitan-train history to improve metropolitan-train station .we will study a traffic line and equipment relocation of underground space considering safety by choosing the improved station and problems of the underground station in seoul. And then we will study the improvement plan of air purification and sound isolation to upgrade service in citizens.
