We have frequently felt it inconvenient to collect fare drawing the card in transportation system. Especially, for subway the fares of mass transportation at rush hours of the days, it's important to find a way to collect fares without unnecessarily delaying passengers. In this paper, we proposed a system for the gateless fare collection passing through the booth in only carrying the card. In this system that RF-ID system and Bluetooth are applied. We designed two wireless communication channels. One is the 125kHz communication channel by FSK and PSK for power supplying on the card and identification and the other is 2.4GHz channel for the collection.

Automatic Identification System (AIS) is recently introduced to the maritime navigation systems. It is aimed to increase safety of vessels at sea by exchanging information to coastal monitoring stations. This article presents a ship traffic monitoring system by using the AIS information communication system using MS Visual C++. Then, the mobile Internet AIS introduced here is considerably improving and extending AIS functionalities compared to VHF AIS. When each ship is connected to the Internet network through the developed AIS system with her own client ID, all of her AIS information is surely sent to a server at her own base station by processing the information via the Internet network.
The purpose of this research is to understand the change of runoff characteristics by estimated spatial rainfall. Therefore, this paper largely composed of two parts. First, we compared the simulated result according to estimation method, ID(Inverse Distance Method, ID2(Inverse Square Distance Method), and Kr(General Covariance Kriging Method), after letting miss rainfall data to the observed data. Second, we reviewed the runoff characteristics of the distributed runoff model according to the estimated spatial rainfall. On the basis of Yuseong water level station, we select the target basin as Gabchun watershed. We assumed 1 point or 2 point of the 6 rainfall gauge stations in watershed were missed. We applied the spatial rainfall distributed by Kr to Hy-GIS GRM, distributed runoff model. When 1 point rainfall data is missed, Kr is superior to others in point rainfall estimation and runoff estimation of Hy-GIS GRM. However, in case rainfall data of 2 points is missed, all of three methods did not give suitable result for them. In conclusion, Kr showed better applicability than other estimated methods if rainfall's data less than 2 points is missed.

The marine accident is being highlighted as a serious worldwide problem for the guard station of human safety and the protection of marine environment pollution. Especially, the GMDSS is operated as a international rule for the safety of a large scale ship, but the small size ship's management is required a adaptive national rule because of the complex condition of national circumstance. This study is motivated to develop a ship's position tracking system combined with GPS information for VTS and control the ship navigation, velocity and longitude etc.. In Part of Navigation Data Transmission is GPS data transmission whih ship's ID using microprocessor and TX speed translation for flexibility with 4800∼2400 [bps]. Results show that the our system for data transmission using microprocessor is useful tool in maritime transmission as SSB used the main TX method of small ship and has a cost competitive power. Therefore, we will expected cost and technical competitive power compared to AIS. But those systems are still remained the unsolved problem for protection from marine accident.. Finally, we examined the semi-actual receiving state on simulated sailing in the around sea of Mok-Po harbor.

Handover of WiBro is based on 802.16e hard handover scheme. When PSS is handover, it is handover that confirm neighbor's cell condition and RAS ID in neighbor advertisement message. Serving RAS transmits HO-notification message to neighbor RAS. Transmiting HO-notification message to neighbor RAS, it occurs many signaling traffics. Also, When WiBro is handover, It occurs many packet loss. Therefore, user suffer service degradation. LPM handover is supporting seamless handover because it buffers data packets during handover. So It is proposed scheme that predicts is LPM handover and reserves target RAS with pre-authentication. These schemes occur many signaling traffics. In this paper, we propose PSS Movement Prediction to solve signaling traffic. Target RAS is decided by old data in history cache. When serving RAS receives HO-notification-RSP message to target RAS, target RAS inform to crossover node. And crossover node bicast data packet. If handover is over, target RAS forward data packet. Therefore, It reduces signaling traffics but increase handover success rate. When history cache success, It decrease about 48% total traffic. But When history cache fails, It increase about 6% total traffic
The introduction of comprehensive programming channels has led to a diversity in the viewers' tastes and excessive competition between TV channels. Demand for channels on well-being is also increasing, due to the well-being and green consumption trends. This study conducted a case study on domestic and international channel branding strategies as well as an analysis on Korean channels focusing on well-being and lifestyle and found that there are no TV channels which provides comprehensive well-being information on food, clothing and housing at the moment in Korea. This study further discovered that information on such topics are currently provided in a tidbit fashion via educational or entertainment programs. Therefore, this study presented strategies for a well-being lifestyle channel brand and designed the brand mark and a station ID for the channel. This study conducted a survey targeting 50 men and women over 20 who have participated in environment-related projects for an objective verification of the channel brand strategies and design. The survey showed that the respondents were generally positive towards the necessity of the channel and of the content presented by this researcher. Some of the respondents, however, pointed out that the readability of the brand mark needs to be improved. This was reflected in the improved design and a survey comparing the two designs showed positive results. The results of this study will contribute to the launch of a well-being lifestyle channel targeting green consumers in the future.
This study was conducted to select the most suitable dye bath soil of mat rush for good quality. Dry stem weight ranged from 102.5 to 107.0 g, dry stem ratio ranged from 34 to 36%, color of stem ranged from soft gray to heavy gray, degree of softness ranged from high to low and degree of floating ranged from extremely high to low. All the good quality components, such as dry stem weight, dry stem ratio, color of stem, degree of softness and degree of floating showed large variations. Hadong white ceramic soil, the superior dye bath soil of mat rush, showed relatively superior values for all the good quality components with 102.5 g in light dry stem weight, 34% in high dry stem ratio, good color of soft gray in color stem, high in degree of softness and extremely high id degree of floating. The results indicate that dye bath soils shows different adaptabilities to a particular dye bath and Hadong white ceramic soil seems to be the most suitable dye bath soil of mat rush for good quality.

Tracking technologies which provide real-time and customized information through various information collecting and processing for pedestrians who use traffic connective and transferring center have been being examined. However some problems are caused due to the wide-range positioning error for some services as device installation and service place. It is also difficult to be applied to traffic linkage and transfer services because many situations can be barren. In the testbed, Gwangmyoung Station, we got some results in bad conditions such as a lot of steel construction and another communication device. Practically, conditions of the place which will be built can be worse than Gwangmyoung station. Therefore, we researched suitable Location correction algorithm as a method for accuracy to traffic connective and transferring system. And its algorithm is designed through grid coordinates, map-matching, modeling coordinates and Kalman filtering and is being implemented continuously. Also preparing for optimization of various transferring center model, we designed for simulator type algorithm what is available for deciding algorithm factor.
Currently, subway crowding is estimated by observing a specific point at specific hours once or twice every 1 or 2 years. Given the extensive subway network in Seoul Metropolitan Area covering 588 stations, 11 lines and 80 transfer stations as of 2017, implementing crowding mitigation policy may have its limitations due to data uncertainty. A proposal has recently been made to effectively use smart card data, which generates big data on the overall subway traffic related to an estimated 8 million passengers per day. To mitigate subway crowding, this study proposes two viable options based on data related to smart card used in Seoul Metropolitan Area. One is to create a subway passenger pattern model to accurately estimate subway crowding, while the other is to prove effectiveness of early bird policy to distribute subway demand that is concentrated at certain stations and certain time. A subway passenger pattern model was created to estimate the passenger routes based on subway terminal ID at the entrance and exit and data by hours. To that end, we propose assigning passengers at the routes similar to the shortest routes based on an assumption that passengers choose the fastest routes. In the model, passenger flow is simulated every minute, and subway crowding level by station and line at every hour is analyzed while station usage pattern is identified by depending on passenger paths. For early bird policy, highly crowded stations will be categorized based on congestion level extracted from subway passenger pattern model and viability of a policy which transfers certain traveling demands to early commuting hours in those stations will be reviewed. In particular, review will be conducted on the impact of policy implemented at certain stations on other stations and lines from subway network as a whole. Lastly, we proposed that smart card based subway passenger pattern model established through this study used in decision making process to ensure effective implementation of public transport policy.

GSM(Global System for Mobile communications) provides mobile users with portability and convenience as the most popular standard for mobile phones in the world. However, GSM system has the problem that can't normally authenticate a user by the exposure of IMSI(International Mobile Subscriber Identity) of Ms(Mobile station) during the user authentication procedure. In this paper, we propose secure user authentication by preventing the exposure if IMSI via transfer the encrypted IMSI from the HLR(Home Location Register) and making the only network entities verified from the HLR use the IMSI value, as the modified mechanism based on the original user authentication protocol to solve this authentication problem. Also the proposed mechanism provides fast user authentication without changing the architecture between new VLR and old VLR in the original GSM user authentication protocol as well as user's anonymity by using a temporary ID.
