전동차용 IGBT형 추진제어장치의 6호선 본선 만차 시험에 관한 연구 (A Study On Full Load Test of IGBT Type Propulsion System for Electric Railway in SMG 6 Line)

  • This paper describes the full load test results of IGBT VVVF inverter for the railway propulsion system. The 1,650kVA IGBT VVVF inverter has been developed. Therefore, the field test is performed in SMG 6 Line to confirm its the reliability and performance. The train consists of 4M4T(4 Motor car 4 Trailer Car) and the electrical equipment for field test are as follows VVVF inverter 4 sets, 16 traction motors and 2 SIVs. The propulsion system is composed with IC4M(1-Controller 4-Motors). The results of propulsion system which have the excellent acceleration/deceleration and the jerk characteristics as well as starting ability on slope are taken through the field test.

  • In this study a control system with variable gain schedule using real speed and moving direction is proposed to control a Permanent Magnet Linear Synchronous Motor (PMLSM) with Z-axis operation structure. The implementation of the controller is designed on the DSP TMS320C32 board. PMLSM is operated by using 4-point absolute positions profile with each velocity, acceleration and deceleration. The direction of the initial angle action for starting is set from the lower limit point to the upper limit point on PMLSM operation stroke. The effectiveness of a control system with variable gain schedule is demonstrated by some experimental results.

  • Battery supplies Each Electric device in Railway vehicles with Control Power. When Battery is overchargedjustly, the battery voltage is not satisfied with the minimum operating voltage, CVCF Inverter(SIV) is supplied with external Power supply or the other railway vehicles and start up CVCF Inverter. In this paper to improve this problem, Dead battery Starter system is proposed. When the battery voltage is not satisfied with the minimum value.turn on the Dead Battery Starter switch, and the Dead Battery Starter supplies the control power to the SIV controller from the line voltage. With this Dead Battery Starter system, the train can be operated when the battery is not proper status. Dead Battery Starter is designed by ROTEM and will be delivered to Attiko Metro Series 2.

극저온 환경에서의 정 출력 제어를 적용한 마이크로터빈의 새로운 시동 로직 개발 (New Start-Up Logic for Microturbine by Constant Power Control under an Extremely Low Temperature)

  • This paper presents a constant power control logic for perfect starting a microtubine in vehicle. Under extremely low temperature, performance of the start-up system is severely dropped than that of room temperature because of increasing of load of mechanical parts including engine core and drop of the lead-acid battery capacity. Unfortunately, performance drop of lead-acid battery makes severe problems that cause a malfunction of fuel and lubrication system and power fail of digital devices. So we propose the new start-up logic by constant output power control of lead-acid battery using PWM inverter controller for preventing above problems and keeping good performance of start-up system for microturbine. Also, we prove usefulness of new start-up logic through experimental results under $-32^{\circ}C$ ambient temperature.

  • In this paper the programming language for Hero-1 robot is developed using Apple II micro computer. The language is composed of main monitor mode, editing mode, execution mode, and debugging mode. The main monitor mode is a main flow of the whole language system and controls starting and terminating procedures of operating the controller, and monitors the others. The editing mode has capability to make a user's maniqulation program. Trajectory planning algorithms(point-to-point motion and linear approximate motion)have been realized in the robot language, and in the case of point-to-point motion, inverse kinematics have been solved for the desired point.

  • A linear motor based transfer vehicle is significantly focused as transportation systems in marine terminals for the future. We propose a control method for the systems to hence mass reduction and propulsion effects at a starting point by using a lift-force mechanism. This method is newly based on a combined levitation-and-propulsion power by a lift and thrust force of a permanent magnet linear synchronous motor (PMLSM), which is carried out by a decoupled control. We exam that our proposed control largely compensates the vehicle weight, reduces friction effect of the system, and increases its velocity. Consequently, this result contributes numerous productivity and economical efficiency for the port systems.

  • High efficiency operation is required for motors of vehicle to increase fuel efficiency due to the regulation of exhaust gas. This paper presents a control method of fuel pressure to increase fuel efficiency and a sensorless control method of BLDC motor to get higher efficiency than conventional brushed DC motor. Initial rotor position of BLDC motor is detected from current value that is occurred by test voltage pulse and rotor is accelerated by defined sequence to enter sensorless operation mode. The algorithm to control flow rate of fuel pump uses PI controller that is control motor speed to maintain the target fuel pressure commanded by ECU.

Monitoring and Scheduling Methods for MIMO-FIFO Systems Utilizing Max-Plus Linear Representation

  • This paper proposes an approach to monitoring and scheduling methods for repetitive MIMO-FIFO DESs. We use max-plus algebra for modeling and formulation, known as an effective approach for controller design for this type of system. Because a certain type of linear equations in max-plus algebra can represent the system's behavior, the principal concerns in past researches were how to solve the equations. However, the researches focused mainly on analyses of the relation between inputs and outputs of the system, which implies that the changes or the slacks of internal states were not clarified well. We first examine several properties of the corresponding state variables, which contribute to finding and tracing the float times in each process. Moreover, we provide a rescheduling method that can take into account delays or changes of the internal states. These methods would be useful in schedule control or progress management.

  • 이 논문의 목적은 LPG 자동차의 전자제어에 대한 요소의 하나인 액추에이터에 대한 고장사례를 찾아 분석하고 연구하는 것이다. 차량의 연료를 저장하는 봄 내부의 LPG 긴급 차단 솔레노이드 밸브의 필터가 막혀 연료의 공급이 간헐적으로 차단되는 현상이 발생되어 엔진이 작동하는 동안 엔진의 초기시동불량이나 가속이 되지 않는 것을 확인하였다. 엔진 컨트럴 릴레이 부위의 접점부가 가공불량이나 조립불량에 의해 완전한 면접촉이 되지않아 접촉저항이 발생되어 초기 시동을 걸었을 때 시동이 걸렸으나 재시동을 걸 때 시동이 걸리지 않는 현상을 확인하였다. 공회전 조절장치의 내부에 카본이 퇴적되어 액추에이터가 고착되어 흡입공기의 공급이 감소되어 자동차의 시동이 걸려 공회전 상태일 때 엔진의 회전수가 규정 범위를 벗어나 상승과 하락을 반복하는 불안정 상태를 확인하였다.

압전 하이브리드 마운트의 진동제어 성능에 대한 실험적 고찰 (Experimental Investigation on Vibration Control Performances of the Piezoelectric Hybrid Mount)

  • 본 연구에서는 자동차 엔진에 적용되는 고무마운트의 성능을 극대화하여 시동초기 진동특성를 개선하기 위해 능동형 하이브리드 마운트를 제안하고 진동절연 성능을 실험적으로 고찰하고자 한다. 제안된 하이브리드 마운트는 수동형 고무요소와 능동형 압전작동기로 구성되었으며, 동적 특성과 제어력의 실험적 고찰을 통해 하이브리드 마운트가 제작되었다. 수직방향의 진동을 고려하여 관성질량을 갖는 압전-고무 하이브리드 마운트의 동적 지배방정식을 수학적으로 모델링하였으며 상태 공간 방정식으로 표현하였다. 본 연구에서는 진동을 절연하기 위해 강건한 슬라이딩 모드 제어기가 구성되어 진동제어 실험에 적용되었다. 마지막으로 넓은 주파수 영역에서 진동제어 성능을 실험적으로 고찰하였으며 주파수 영역에서의 전달율과 시간영역에서 진동절연 성능을 평가하였다.
