업종별 창업 및 폐업의 지리적 특성 분석 (Geographical Characteristics of Business Start-up and Closing Business according to the Type of Industry)

  • 본 연구에서는 창업과 폐업을 지리적 맥락에서 검토한다. 특히 업종에 따라 창업과 폐업의 지리적 특성을 밝히고 이들에 작용하는 지리적 요소 및 그 영향을 파악한다. 이를 위하여 창업에 대한 자료 수합이 이루어지는 지역단위인 전국의 시 군 구를 대상으로 지금과 같은 경제상황의 단초가 마련된 금융위기 이후 10년의 자료를 활용한다. 먼저 창업과 폐업의 지리적 특성을 파악하기 위해 개인 및 법인의 공간적 분포 양상을 검토하고, 이들의 지리적 분포를 설명하는 일반선형회귀모형과 공간회귀모형을 구축한다. 분석결과, 창업 입지분포를 결정하는 요인과 폐업에 영향을 미치는 요인이 개인과 법인 간, 개인의 창업과 폐업 간에 다소 상이함을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구결과는 창업을 독려하여 일자리을 창출하고 지역경제를 활성화시키고자하는 국가 및 지방정부의 지역계획에 기초적 자료가 될 것이다.

The study on Analysis of factors of restaurant start-ups using big data

  • The restaurant industry is an industry with low entry barriers, and furthermore, it is an indispensable industry in life. However, for the restaurant industry, it is necessary to start a business considering many factors. In particular, the comparative group for each restaurant industry is different, and the commercial area analysis should be analyzed differently. Moreover, counseling for restaurant start-ups is still sticking to how to start a restaurant by meeting with each franchise supervisor or counselor. Therefore, a restaurant start-up chatbot is needed for prospective restaurant founders, and a food tech chatbot is needed to collect basic data. Therefore, in this study, factors for restaurant start-ups were divided into youth, preliminary start-ups, menus, taste, and food. In the case of restaurant start-ups with low entry barriers, it was confirmed as the most preferred start-up by young people. However, indiscriminate restaurant start-ups not only increase the closing rate but also have a significant impact on household debt, so accurate consulting should be used to lower the closing rate and increase the success rate. Furthermore, theories and measures for food technologies such as chatbots should be further developed to obtain accurate information on franchise start-ups.

과도수리현상 해석과 실증을 통한 펌프장 안정성 확보방안 (A Safety Plan for the Pumping Station by Hydraulic Transient Analysis and Demonstration)

  • As the water supply facilities are recently getting larger, the domestic waterworks become multi-regional water supply system. Large water supply facilities generally consist of the intake pumping station, water treatment plant and water supply/distribution facilities. Although the pumping stations and the pipeline systems are used to pump up water, it often happens pipeline damage and flooding accident by the water hammer. In this paper, the intake pumping station is guaranteed by both the computer simulation and the field test analysis. This study is contributed to the safe operation program for the pumping station in which results of the adjustment on the safety plan of the pumping station, the air valve and the valve closing time.

A Study on the Effect of Core Competence of Supervisor on the Business Performance of Franchisees and Franchisor

  • This study analyzed the effect of core competence of supervisor on the satisfaction, loyalty, business performance of franchisees and business performance of franchisor. And the purpose of this study is to solve the most problematic issues in franchise business such as poor sales of franchisee, inadequate measures for activating sluggish stores, closing rate increase of franchisee, dispute between a franchisee and franchisor. The results of this study will be used as data for the success of Franchisor's business operation and for the change and development of the franchise industry. In this study, 168 CEOs and employees in the franchise industry were surveyed. Through previous research and expert interviews, we designed the core competency factors of franchise supervisors into seven areas: check, consulting, coordination, promotion, counseling, communication, and control. In order to verify the hypothesis of the research, the relationship between variables was verified by simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis. Key result of the study are as follows. First, the core competency of the supervisor has a positive relationship with the franchisee's satisfaction. Second, the core competence of the supervisor has a positive relationship with the franchisee's loyalty. Third, franchisee's satisfaction has a positive effect on loyalty. Fourth, franchisee's satisfaction positively affects the business performance of franchisee and franchisor. Fifth, franchisee's loyalty positively affects the business performance of franchisee and franchisor.

30mm 자동포용 폐쇄기의 내구성 향상에 관한 연구 (A Study on Durability Improvement of Breech Block for 30mm Automatic Gun)

  • 본 연구는 30mm 자동포에 적용 중인 폐쇄기의 내구성을 향상시킴으로서 제품의 신뢰성을 증가시키는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 연구 대상인 폐쇄기는 왕복운동을 통해 탄의 장전, 약실 폐쇄, 탄피 추출 등의 기능을 하는 포의 주요 구성품으로 높은 신뢰성이 요구되지만 운용 중 폐쇄기 균열이 조기에 발생됨에 따라 개선이 필요하였다. 개선을 위해 원인 분석을 수행하여 균열은 반복적인 충격에 의해 발생함을 확인하였다. 그러하여 다음과 같은 개선방안을 연구하고 입증 사격을 통해 효과를 증명하였다. 개선방안으로 소재 변경으로 충격 흡수에너지를 증가시켰으며 균열 부위의 R 값을 증대하여 응력 집중을 완화하였다. 또한, 쇼트피닝 추가, 크롬도금 삭제, 단조 방법 변경으로 피로수명을 증가시켰다. 개선품의 입증 사격 결과 5,000발까지 사격 장애가 발생하지 않았고 균열의 시작이 늦춰졌으며 그 깊이가 작아졌다. 따라서 개선방안이 적용된 폐쇄기는 기존 제품 보다 내구성이 향상됨을 확인하였다. 본 연구는 유사제품의 내구성 향상, 폐쇄기 균열 성장 속도 예측(수명 연구) 및 균열 허용 기준 설정을 추진할 때 유용한 참고 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
