HPLC에 의한 Xanthinol Nicotinate의 정량(定量) (High Performance Liquid Chromatographic Determination of Xanthinol Nicotinate)

  • A HPLC determination method of xanthinol nicotinate(I) was developed for study of its stability and characteristics in solutions. I was determined using an ${\mu}-Bondapak\;C_{18}$ column with a mobile phase of methanol: $H_2O$ (1 : 1) and UV absorbance detection at 254nm. The results revealed that the method was enough to use as stability indicating determination with the mean of 99.9% and standard deviation of ${\pm}1.42%$ when analyzed 10 times for standard solution.

Comparing Solution Methods for a Basic RBC Model

  • This short article compares different solution methods for a basic RBC model (Hansen, 1985). We solve and simulate the model using two main algorithms: the methods of perturbation and projection, respectively. One novelty is that we offer a type of the hybrid method: we compute easily a second-order approximation to decision rules and use that approximation as an initial guess for finding Chebyshev polynomials. We also find that the second-order perturbation method is most competitive in terms of accuracy for standard RBC model.

  • UCP 600 Article 14(b), providing rules for the period of the examination of documents, is a radical reorganization of UCP Article 13(b). The provision changes the period of time to a maximum of five banking days instead of reasonable time. One of the critical problems giving rise to the difficulty in interpretation and application is the question of fact that there may be two possible conflicting options in determining the time of checking documents presented. The one doctrine is fixed time(safe harbor) standard, and the other is hidden reasonableness standard. This study analyzes which option should be adopted for the optimal application standard by welfare effect methodology using consumer surplus approach and suggests that safe harbor standard should be optimal solution to the determination of period of examination of documents presented in letter of credit regime.

버어리종 담배 중 질산성 질소에 대한 측정불확도 (Uncertainty of Measurement in Nitrate Analysis from Burley Leaf Tobacco)

  • The uncertainty of measurement in nitrate from burley leaf tobacco by continuous-flow analysis method was evaluated following internationally accepted guidelines. The sources of uncertainty associated with the analysis of nitrate were weight of standard and sample, purity of standard, dilution of standard solution, calibration curve, water content, etc. The calculation of uncertainty based on the GUM(Guide to the Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement) and EURACHEM/CITAC Guide. An expanded uncertainty was obtained by multiplying the combined standard uncertainty with a coverage factor (k) calculated from the effective degree of freedom. The concentration of nitrate from burley leaf tobacco was $2.09\%$ and the expanded uncertainty by multiplying by the coverage factor(k, 2.20) was $0.13\%\;at\;a\;95\%$ confidence level.

  • 본 연구에서는 초고층 건축물에서의 화재 발생시 피난상의 문제점을 분석하여 재실자의 안전을 도모할 수 있는 수단으로서 피난공간을 제시하고 필요성을 고찰하였다. 또한 피난공간의 기준 마련을 위해서 고려해야 할 인자들을 도출하고 도출된 인자들을 각각의 해결방안에 의한 논증을 통해 피난공간의 기준을 제안하였다.

  • This paper is a study on standard testing method for type approval of DSC which is the main structure of the terrestrial communication. As authority inspecting offices and producers have no experience for type approval of relative equipments as adapting GMDSS. In this paper, it is to be improved the understanding for type approval ; a system, standard of technic and testing methods, etc and make better quality of relative equipments. Additionally it could help quality and quantity improvement in all radiocommunication parts. Of course, the regulation for type approval had made but most makers didn't know it correctly, so the method of solution have been studied. By result of this study, with comparision and analysis of structure and a condition of efficiency with adapting GMDSS is could help some problems slove in the field and gave testing method of machinery and tools, electrical conditions, came out measurement and did ways standard efficiency.

Implementation of PXIe platform based portable Automatic Test Equipment to improve reliability

  • In this paper, we propose a development method of portable Automatic Test Equipment based on PXIe platform. Legacy VME form factor structured test equipment has limited reuse and expansion of modules due to unapplied bus specification. In particular, these limitations can cause development periods and costs to increase, and the reliability of environmental conditions is lacking due to non-standard modules. The test equipment of the proposed PXIe platform can use diverse COTS modules to shorten the development period and minimize the instability between developments. The PXIe development module works with standard Xilinx FPGAs, PXIe Windows device drivers, and applications on standard PXIe buses. The use of standard bus and COTS modules increases scalability and reusability, enabling rapid development and excellent maintenance. Through the test, we show the proposed test equipments can be implemented efficiently between the development processes and proved their reliability through function tests and environmental tests.

근적외분광분석법을 이용한 인도메타신의 정량분석 (Quantitative Analysis of Indomethacin by the Portable Near-Infrared (NIR) System)

  • Near-infrared (NIR) system was used to determine rapidly and simply indomethacin in buffer solution for a dissolution test of tablets and capsules. Indomethacin standards were prepared ranging from 10 to 50 ppm using the mixture of phosphate buffer (pH 7.2) and water (1 : 4). The near-infrared (NIR) transmittance spectra of indomethacin standard solutions were collected by using a quartz cell in 1 mm and 2 mm pathlength. Partial least square regression (PLSR) was explored to develop calibration models over the spectral range 1100∼1700 nm. The model using 1 mm quartz cell was better than that using 2 mm quartz cell. The PLSR models developed gave standard error of prediction (SEP) of 0.858 ppm. In order to validate the developed calibration model, routine analysis was performed using another standard solutions. The NIR routine analysis showed good correlation with actual values. Standard error of prediction (SEP) is 1.414 ppm for 7 indomethacin samples in routine analysis and its error was permeable in the regulation of Korean Pharmacopoeia (VII). These results show the potential use of the real time monitoring for indomethacin during a dissolution test.

  • This study is aimed at comparing the effect of cement mortar made of sulfuric acid treated ISO standard sand with that of cement mortar made of normal ISO standard sand. In the water absorption test, water absorption of standard sand increases with the increase of immersion time in sulfuric acid solution. The results show that at the water cement ratio of 0.5, the longer the standard sand is immersed in sulfuric acid, the greater the compressive strength of the cement mortar sample.

KURT 지하수의 천연 유기물질과 6가 우라늄 화학종의 상호작용에 관한 연구 (Study on the Interaction of U(VI) Species With Natural Organic Matters in KURT Groundwater)

  • KURT(KAERI Underground Research Tunnel) 지하수에 존재하는 천연 유기물질과 6가 우라늄(U(VI))화학종의 상호작용을 레이저 분광학 기술을 이용하여 조사하였다. 지하수 시료에 266 nm 파장의 레이저 빛을 입사시켜 자외선 및 파란색 파장 영역에서 방출되는 천연 유기물질의 발광 스펙트럼을 관측하였다. $0.034-0.788mg{\cdot}L^{-1}$ 농도 범위의 우라늄이 함유된 지하수에서는 녹색 파장 영역에서 방출되는 U(VI) 화학종의 발광 스펙트럼을 측정하였다. 지하수에 함유된 U(VI) 화학종의 발광 특성(피크 파장 및 발광 수명)이 실험실에서 제조한 표준용액에 함유된 $Ca_2UO_2(CO_3)_3(aq)$의 발광 특성과 매우 유사하다는 것을 확인하였다. 지하수에 존재하는 U(VI) 화학종의 발광 세기는 표준용액에 함유된 같은 농도의 $Ca_2UO_2(CO_3)_3(aq)$의 발광세기에 비해 약하다. 표준용액의 $Ca_2UO_2(CO_3)_3(aq)$를 천연 유기물질이 함유된 지하수에 섞었을 때에도 $Ca_2UO_2(CO_3)_3(aq)$의 발광 세기가 감소한다. 이러한 현상의 원인을 지하수의 천연 유기물질과 Ca-U(VI)-탄산염 화학종의 상호작용으로 인해 비발광성 U(VI) 착물이 형성되기 때문인 것으로 설명하였다.
