Recently, as demands of new railway and the relocation of existing line, a number of tunnel structures have been constructed. Tunnel structures contribute to minimize the cost and time of transport, but in case of railway fire accident bring serious damages of human life caused by narrowness of shelter, smoke and high temperature, difficulty in rescue. For that reason, at the beginning of plan of tunnel, the optimum design of safety facility in tunnel for minimizing the risks and satisfying the safety standard is needed. In this study, QRA(Quantitative Risk Analysis) technique is applied to design of railway tunnel for assuring the safety function and estimating the risk of safety. The case study is carried out to verify the QRA technique for railway tunnels in Iksan-Sili.

National Youth Space Center has recently founded the Deokheung Optical Astronomy Observatory (DOAO) 1m Telescope, which accepts community observing applications since 2016. Standardization and calibration of the new observing facility are essential for astronomical research. In this poster, we present standardization processes and preliminary results for photometry of the Johnson-Cousins BVRI filter system. We selected sample data from a night in stable weather condition. After bias, dark, and flat corrections and photometry using ccdred and daophot package of IRAF, we derived standardized band pass parameters including color terms. The corrected photometry results of the BVRI filter system show reduced deviations from the standard magnitudes in the literature. In addition, we calculated atmospheric extinction coefficients and limiting magnitudes of the telescope system. We plan to extend these standardizing processes to flux calibration of narrow band filters, e.g. $H{\alpha}$ filter.

Infrared remote controllers are widely used in controlling electronic devices due to its simplicity and convenience. This paper presents a smart phone application unifying any infrared remote controllers. We can select a device from device list menu of the application. Any new device can be added easily by downloading the protocol file of the device from protocol file server. Remote controller protocol files are stored in audio file format, and the file related to a specific menu button is transmitted through the audio jack of smart phones. The protocol file server is a standard file server, and protocol files for various devices are collected by infrared receiver module. For smart phones without infrared facility, a small infrared module translating audio signal to infrared signal is applied.

Internet services are utilizing a variety of server/client technologies. In particular internet technologies provide improved accessibility to information for facility management customers and users for the systems. This study is the architectural data exchange system development more effective management and accept using on Internet web environment. This paper is the explore the use of computers in architectural planning that how the information may be extracted drawing entered into database and exchanged architectural detail data interfaces. System support communication and interactive collaboration among designers through complex Building object during the Design. There are four part in collaborative design system. User Management system, Standard Database System, Project Database System and Interface system. All Data are recognizable format include drawing file and contents. Web/DB server supported communication and collaboration among partners in the building design and construction process. Collaborative Design system is provide new conceptual framework that exist in the Web.

Recently, railroad long tunnels are increasing and growing longer due to topological feathers like a lot of mountain in Korea. But fire disaster of a long tunnel cause many people to injury and death. For that reason, at the early design stage of a long tunnel, risk assessment and mitigation measure of risk for satisfying tunnel safety are required. According to the railroad facility safety standard (Korean MLTM Announcement No. 2006-395), risk assessment for railroad-tunnel fire should be performed when design stage. Therefore, various methods of risk assessment for tunnel fire have been studied and applied. In the paper, QRA(Quantitative Risk Analysis) for fire risk assessment by using CFD code is presented and the usefulness of CFD is discussed.

유인등대 무인화 구축에 있어 효율적인 관리와 운영을 위해 표준화된 시스템 구축이 필요하며, 등대의 역할 중 가장 중요한 등명기에 대해 회전식 등명기를 효율적으로 관리운영시스템으로 관리하기 위해 상태 감시 및 제어를 위한 RTU 표준 프로토콜을 제정하여 효율적인 관리를 통해 해상교통안전에 만전을 기하고자 한다.

This study aims to discuss the location characteristics and present distribution of facilities in the rural community. The purpose of this study is to suggest the basic data of the planning of facilities corresponding to the living sphere in community. The circumstances, location and distribution of the rural area facilities was analyzed through field investigation and interview. lt is necessary for ameliorating the income of inhabitants and the status of living environment to make a general local plan in developing rural area. That will be a solution to tackle the decreasement of population in the rural area. The survey's result is observed different by the feature of rural area, adjacence with near rural center, scale of rural center. So a standard of the various facility's arrangement plan must be established, and it must be enlarged in rural area.

The purpose of this article is to diagnosis all aspects of waste pneumatic transportation system, in order to provide everyone interested in the subject with a optimal design and management of the system. The results of the analyzed inlet boxes were especially designed for customers' convenience and automatically operation, side air intake, ensure good wear. And key of pipelines were showed design standard as degree of an angle. Also, the system is mostly equipped with automatic control and watch conducted inside the waste collection facilities, and it will cut down excessive manpower and be able to be managed by least trained personnel.

It is bringing out the importance of automated LCD testing equipment that satisfy a definite quality, confidence and testing speed, as LCD enterprises are recently expanding the production and facility investment in proportion to the sudden increase of LCD demand. So far, LCD inspection is however conducted by manual, or the confidence of existing testing equipment falls short of LCD enterprises's standard. It is therefore important to develop the testing equipment that determines the quality of product for production of an excellent LCD.

This purposes of this study is to develope policies on the facilities for the elderly care in Korea. Methodology of this study adopts comparative analysis on the facilities for the elderly care in 6 countries which have experienced various problems on the elderly. These 6 countries are Japan, Sweden, America, Australian, England and Germany. Major issues for comparative analysis are the standard of care facilities, residence condition, finance of facilities establishment and expense, operating system, management, and the law and administrative structure about the facilities for the elderly care. The elderly people need various kinds of welfare services such as medical care facilities, nursing home facilities, home care facilities etc.. Thus the public policies for the aging population nations are compose of income maintenance program, health and medical care services and social welfare services. The policies of facilities for elderly care are very important since these policies include the characteristics of income maintenance, me\ulcorner미 care program and welfare program. This study willsupply basic data for the development of facilities for the elderly care in Korea, especially conceming the system and institutional device of the facilities.
