교통정보센터와 단말기간 데이터교환 기술기준 적합성 시험에 관한 연구 (Study on the Conformance Testing of Data Exchange between Transport Information Center and Terminal Equipment)

  • ITS 근거법인 교통체계효율화법의 제정으로 ITS시스템이 활발히 구축, 개발되고 있다. 하지만 교통정보시스템의 상호 연계성을 고려하지 않아 교통정보서비스의 통합을 위한 활성화를 유도하지 못하였고, 이에 따라 국토해양부에서는 ITS 기술기준을 제정 고시하였다. 이에 본 연구에서는 센터와 단말기간의 정보교환에 대한 기본교통정보교환 기술기준 II 에 대하여 적합성 시험에 관한 연구를 실시하였다. 기술기준에 고시된 통신절차 분석을 수행하여 시험 항목을 정보요청시험과 정보제공시험으로 구분하였으며, 각 항목별로 세부시험 시나리오를 구성하였다 이에 대한 시험평가는 정보교환절차의 적합성과 데이터패킷 메시지의 정확도 등으로 구성하였으며, 기 제정된 기술기준에 의거하여 시험 횟수는 각 세부항목별 30회, 성공률은 95%를 기준으로 하였다. 본 연구는 ITS기술기준에 대한 적합성시험방법을 연구하여 국내 ITS시스템의 교통정보통합관리에 기여함을 목적으로 한다.

  • 유무선 통신기술이 접목된 정보통신 및 제어기술을 이용하는 첨단해양교통시설은 안전한 해양교통 환경을 보장할 수 있는 혁신적인 교통시설이다. 표준화를 기반으로 개발되어진 기술을 통합한 해양교통시설은 항로표지 시스템의 관리와 모니터링 분야에 그 응용기반이 확대되어져 가고 있다. 이러한 해양교통 환경적 변화를 고려하여 해양교통시설에 대한 현황을 파악하고, 해양교통시설 관리시스템 통합의 타당성을 확인하였고, 통합을 구현하기 위한 최적의 방안 및 기존 시스템과의 연계를 통한통합 방안을 제시하였다.

  • Purpose : The current tactile walking surface indicators have not been easily accessible to blind and vision-impaired people due to unexpected variation of walking environment and walking behavior of transportation poor. Moreover, those indicators frequently cause the inconvenience to transportation users' walking. Thus, this study aims to investigate the improvement of tactile walking surface indicators, by comparing and analyzing findings from the relevant research. Results from this study contribute to suggest the better standard criteria of tactile walking surface indicators for transportation users, especially blind and vision-impaired people, the handicapped, the child and the elderly and weak, providing the secure and convenient circumstance for walking. Method : This study presents the problems about the standard criteria of tactile walking surface indicators via the examination of finding from the past studies. For example, we examine all standard criteria, focusing on shapes, colors and qualities of materials used for Tactile Walking Surface Indicators. Then, the present study suggests the improvement of standard, which apply to the current walking environment practically and reasonably. Results : To improve the current condition of tactile walking surface indicators, the analysis on international and domestic standard criteria need to be conducted. Findings from these analyses helps to suggest the better criteria for the interval between projecting points of tactile walking surface indicators, effective perceived range of walking road, and the brightness contrast between tactile walking surface indicators and finishing materials. Implication : The suggested standard criteria of tactile walking surface indicators need to be tested by transportation users, and the practical instructions of establishing tactile walking surface indicators should also be developed.

표준 연결망을 활용한 표준의 평가방법에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Standards Evaluation Method Using Standards Networks)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to propose useful standards evaluation method using standards networks by analyzing the relationship between normative references citation information list. Methods: The collected data through the survey were analyzed using social network analysis. The measurement tools used for this study were divided into three dimensions such as certificate standard, normative reference and degree centrality. Results: The results of this study are as follows; regarding the influence of standard information, It is meaningful that the research using normative reference item among the bibliography information that the standard itself possesses. The analysis of social network analysis data of population standard, normative reference and the correlation analysis with sales, a variable representing actual utilization performance, suggested the importance of the standard and how to evaluate it. Conclusion: In prioritizing standard maintenance, more efficient management will be possible if centrality figures of standard network information are analyzed and used for standard maintenance.

  • This paper describes IEC 61727 standard of Photovoltaic (PV) systems -Characteristics of the utility interface. IEC 61727 standard tests include utility compatibility and personnel safety and equipment protection of PV inverter performance functions. Especially utility compatibility part includes test items of 1) voltage, current and frequency, 2) normal voltage operating range, 3) flicker, 4) DC injection, 5) normal frequency operating range, 6) harmonics and 7) waveform distortion, 8) power factor of PV inverter. Also personnel safety and equipment protection part includes test items 1)loss of utility voltage, 2)over/under voltage and frequency, 3)Islanding protection, 4)response to utility recovery, 5)earthing, 6)short circuit protection, 7)Isolation and switching of PV inverter. In this paper, each item of IEC 61727 standard test is studied and analyzed and finally full tested by PV inverter performance function.

교통데이터 유통을 위한 RDF 메타 데이터 그래프 구축방안 (Developing RDF Meta data Graph for Transportation Open Data Platform)

  • W3C(World Wide Web Consortium)에서는 DCAT(Data Catalog Vocabulary)이라는 RDF(Resource Description Framework) 기반의 메타 데이터 표준을 제시한 바 있고 세계 각국에서 적용되고 있다. DCAT은 웹에서 발행된 데이터 카탈로그 간의 상호운용성 향상을 위해 설계된 RDF 어휘로 W3C에서 2014년 웹 표준으로 권고 승인되었다. 상호운용성 및 통합성을 고려할 때, 교통부문의 메타 데이터도 RDF 기반의 DCAT 형식을 채택하되, 교통데이터 특성에 맞게 수정 보완하는 것이 필요할 것이다. 교통데이터의 복잡한 관계를 이용자가 직관적으로 이해할 수 있도록 하는 데에 RDF 그래프 형태의 시각화가 효과적일 것으로 판단된다. 본 연구에서는 RDF 기반의 메타 데이터 표준이 제정되고 광범위하게 사용되는 추세에 맞춰, 교통데이터에서 나타내어야 하는 데이터 간의 관계를 RDF 그래프 형식으로 표현하기 위한 어휘를 개발하고, RDF 그래프 형식으로 나타낸 데이터 맵을 예로 제시하였다. 본 연구결과는 DCAT 기반의 교통 메타 데이터 구축의 방향을 제시하고, 복잡한 데이터 관계를 시각적으로 직관적으로 이해하고 이용자가 필요한 데이터를 효율적으로 검색하는 데이터 검색시스템의 기반이 될 것으로 기대된다.

서울시의 대중교통수단내 실내공기질에 대한 연구 (An Investigation of Indoor Air Quality of Public Transportation System in Seoul City)

  • The objective of this study were to measure concentrations of indoor pollutants in public transportation systems to provide importance of indoor air quality in transportation systems to policy makers. Indoor air quality of the pollutants (CO, CO$_2$, PM-10) and environmental sources (temperature, humidity) were measured at subway, seat-type bus, and city-type bus in the Seoul area from April to September 1992. The same pollutants and environmental sources were also measured at selected bus stops and subway stations during October 1991-September 1992. The mean concentrations of indoor pollutants in the public transportation systems were showed 115.5 $\mu$g/m$^3$ in PM-10, 6.8 ppm in CO, and 2167.9 ppm in CO$_2$, respectively. The mean values of PM-10 and CO showed below the U.S. 24 hour standard value of PM-10 and the Korea ambient CO standard, while the mean concentrations of CO$_2$ exceeded the Korea CO$_2$ standard. The highest levels of indoor concentration at public transportation systems were PM-10 of 134.6 $\mu$g/m$^3$ in the subway, CO of 8.9 ppm in the city-type bus, CO$_2$ of 2,511.1ppm in seat-type bus, respectively. The results showed that indoor air quality in bus and subway seemed likely to be affected by number of passengers and outdoor air infiltrated from exhausted gases of automobiles.

  • IAEA는 1996년 방사성물질 안전 운송규정을 개정하였다. 이 규정은 방사성물질의 우송이나 포장에 관하여 우리나라를 비롯한 각국의 운송관련 규정의 기준이 되는 것으로 전반부에서는 IAEA가 1991년에 출간된 국제방사선방호위원회 (ICRP)의 신권고(Publication 60)를 받아들여 개정한 Safety Series No.115(전리방사선에 대한 방호 또는 방사선원의 안전을 위한 기본 안전기준)의 내용 등을 개정의 배경으로 하여 요약하였다. 후반부에서는 이들 개정된 기본 안전 기준들에 기초하여 IAEA의 새로운 운송규정에서 방사선방호의 목적으로 고찰된 요건들에 관한 주요 검토 개정사항을 방사선방어체계, 운송물등의 방사선준위, 방사선방호계획의 규정화, Q 시스템의 개념, 규제면제 등의 측면에서 Safety Series No.6 1985년판과 비교 검토하였다.

편의점에서 판매되는 햄버거와 샌드위치의 유통과정중 품질관리에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Quality Control for the Circulation Steps including Productipn, Transportation, Selling about Hamburger & Sandwich in Convenience Store)

  • The purpose of this study was to evaluate microbiological hazards in the steps of production, transportation and selling of hamburger and sandwich that were marketed in CVS, then to identify methods of control. The reasults are as follows: As the reasult of operation surroundings of manufacturerand reserch of circulation, $4{\sim}6$ hours are needed from manufacturer to CVS. Also transportation car mean temperature was $10^{\circ}C$ which exceeds the standard of $7^{\circ}C$ or below. Hamburger: Critical control points identified were purchasing, cooking, post-preparation, transportation and holding at CVS. As the reasult of microbial analysis following the case of holding methods and reheating at CVS, microbes of cold holding and reheat after cold holding was within standard value. But in the case of room temperature microbes exceeded standard value. Sandwich: Critical control points identified were purchasing, cooking, post-preparation, transportation and holding at CVS. As the reasult of microbial analysis following the case of holding methods and reheating at CVS, total plate counts of cold holding and reheat after cold holding was within standard value. But in the case of room temperature holding after 24 hours total plate counts exceeded standard value. In the case of room temperature holding the number of microbes increased according to the passage of time. As a reasult of food poisoning bacteria, it was negative in every test in sample against V. parahaemolyticus, Salmonella, S. aureus.

  • Recently, the number of consumers using digital online distribution platforms is increasing. This caused the rapid growth of the e-commerce market and increased delivery volume in urban areas. The logistics system, designed ar006Fund the city center to handle the delivery volume, operates a delivery system from the outskirts of the city to the urban area using cargo trucks. This maintains an ecosystem of high-cost and inefficient structures that increase social costs such as road traffic congestion and environmental problems. To solve this problem, research is being conducted worldwide to establish a high-efficiency urban joint logistics system using urban railway facilities and underground space infrastructure existing in existing cities. The joint logistics system begins with linking unmanned delivery automation services that link terminal delivery such as cargo classification and stacking, infrastructure construction that performs cargo transfer function by separating from passengers such as using cargo platform. To this end, it is necessary to apply the device to the vertical and horizontal transportation machine supporting the vertical transfer in the flat space of the joint logistics terminal, which is the base technology for transporting cargo using the transfer robot to the destination designated as a freight-only urban railway vehicle. Therefore, this paper aims to derive holistic viewpoints needs for design requirements for vertical and vertical transportation machines and freight transportation standard containers, which are underground railway logistics transport devices to be constructed by urban logistics ecosystem changes.
