Urban rail transit offers target performance and function because various lower part system such as rolling-stock, signal, power and trackis consisted as complex. In order to function properly an urban rail transit which is complicated system to work as safety and reliability, System must secure safety with structure, design, manufacture, install and verification and it is important to establish a safety standard follows it procedures, establish what step all it is important to operate. Safety standard of urban transit infrastructure is minimum standard necessary to secure safety of signal, power and track. Urban rail transit standard business leads to make many requirements. Recently, many types of equipment have applied to manage requirements and standards for system efficiently in part of universal, airline and car accordingly applied equipments use to manage a pursuit(Trace) between standard of system. Especially importance of management is emphasized more become more. Importance of standard management which usesa computing support tool recently in transit filed is embossed and is predicted to be more such forward. Therefore we propose the effective method of management with infrastructure system by constructed data-base system.

Electronic records produced by central administrative agencies are transferred to the National Archives of Korea. In the absence of defects or errors in electronic records, it is a proof that the government's electronic records management system is operating normally. Various problems have been found in this process, and there still remain problems to be solved. At the heart of it is a standard records management system, which has been continuously improved. In this paper, I introduce the functional improvement of the record management functions of the standard records management system. Among them, the important matters describe the background and reason for the improvement. In addition, the direction of development of the standard records management system was examined in terms of recognition conversion of recordkeepers, strengthen collaboration between recordkeepers and developers, improving records management metadata quality, linking related systems, automating records management, and IT environment change.

The physical access or control of records with material entities is relatively easy. However, in the case of electronic records, due to its heightened applicative aspect that allows anyone with the authority to have access over the data, it requires an appropriate standard and stability to ensure the authenticity and integrity of electronic records. This study performed functional evaluation by extracting the minimum critical items from the national functional requirements documents and standards to explore the access control function that play an important role for the standard records management system to maintain quality requirements of electronic records. Based on this checklist, it evaluates whether the standard records management system properly carries out the access control function and investigates the current condition of application to practical records management work. Records managers generally do not use access control function, which may be because they do not feel the necessity, since the application of records management system is not yet actively promoted. In order for the standard records management system to be developed to become a more active system, it requires system improvement as well as considerations for below factors: First, although the necessity of establishing access control conditions is already recognized, it requires a clear stipulation of the regulation. Second, measures must be taken to implement access control in the records management system through document security solution. Third, it requires self-reflection of records manager, who utilizes the records management system. Instead of placing all responsibility on the National Archives, which established the system, professionals must further develop the system through continuous evaluation and improvement. Finally, a general discussion is required to publicize the issue of functional improvement of records management system. Although there is a bulletin board already created for this purpose, its users are extremely limited and it only deals with current problems. A space in online as well as in offline is required to solve the fundamental problems and exchange opinions.

The multiple entity data model which contains metadata that associate two or more entities is applied recordkeeping metadata standard in recent years. This paper described and analyzed the recordkeeping metadata standard applying multiple entities such as ISO 23081, Australia recordkeeping metadata Standard, New Zealand recordkeeping metadata Standard, New South Wales recordkeeping metadata Standard, Queensland recordkeeping metadata Standard recordkeeping metadata Standard, South Australia recordkeeping metadata Standard, focusing on scope, the number of entities, category in entity, metadata elements. And shows some examples of relationship entity which is the key of multiple entity. As a result of the analysis, this paper suggests some consideration when recordkeeping metadata standard applying multiple entities is revised.

The provisions regarding the standard cost for recycling stated under the Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) since 2002, include different and complicated obligatory steps to be taken on a variety of subject items regarding the collection, the transportation and the treatment, making the corporations face in their calculating and executing the standard cost. This study presents more objective calculation scope and standard for the purpose of efficient operation of the standard cost for recycling, in consideration of the general industry perception toward cost issue as well as domestic/overseas case studies regarding the standard cost for recycling. Besides, the study presents the checking items and the calculation contents per step to calculate the standard cost for recycling. Therefore, it is expected not only to be used as the objective standard to calculate the standard cost for recycling, but also to contribute to increasing the work efficiency in the following ongoing re-calculation process and to maintaining the consistent operation of the institution.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze the score data released by the Korea Institute of Curriculum and Evaluation to find out the problems with the current scoring system provided by the College Scholastic Ability Test and to suggest improvement measures to solve these problems. Methods: We calculated the descriptive statistics of the standard scores using the frequency distribution table of the standard scores and identified the characteristics of the standard scores by expressing the distribution as a graph. Also, we developed an index to evaluate whether each stanine level was stably assigned and calculated the indexes for each area/subject by using the data on the number of examinees for each level. Results: We found that the relationship of conversion from raw scores to integerized standard scores is different depending on the size of the standard deviation of the raw scores, and identified the problem that the raw score information is not fairly reflected in the calculation of the percentile and level as the two raw scores are converted to one standard score. This problem can be solved by calculating the standard score to a decimal point. Conclusion: In this study, as a way to improve the quality of the scores of the current CSAT, the standard score and percentile decimal notation, the specific regulations of the standard score and stanine level calculation method, and the expansion of the open range of the scores were suggested.

International construction contracts to Korean construction companies have been dramatically increased over the 48 years (Contract received worth 65.2 billion dollars in 2013). Especially, the plant construction sector has achieved about 61% among the 65.2 billion dollars. Under this trend, in order to ensure plant construction's competitiveness, 'standard classification' is an important area for systematic management. However, these standards in the plant construction are not widely utilized yet, in comparison with civil and building sectors. Therefore, in this research, a higher level of standard classifications is proposed for various types of power plants from a PMO's (Project Management Office) perspective. This study also provides a comparative analysis outlining different features and common components based on various types of power plants.

Korean Standard Certificate , suitable for the korean industrial standards is one which was designed not only to spread and utilize the industrial standard established for the industrial standardization but to protect the consumer In this study, the practical effects of the Korean Standard Certificate will be examined in various fields, based on the small medium enterprises which achieved the K.S. Certificate In order to look into how the system has effects on the performance of the management in a company, the method of the actual approach will be used. In the end, the purpose of this study is to find the plan in which KS Certificate can be helpful to the development of the company.

This article aims to help improve day care qualitatively to offer base data for applying the standard childcare curriculum and improve the management, by analyzing the teacher's recognition, organization and management on the 3rd standard childcare curriculum. For this, we examined teacher's recognition, organization and management on the 3rd standard childcare curriculum and determined how much a teacher of an infant class and a teacher of a young children class conduct for every sector. A questionnaire was prepared to study the recognition, organization and management on the $3^{rd}$ standard childcare curriculum and the selected study subjects were educare teachers in G-do. T-test and one-way analysis of variance were conducted with the collected research data. The study results are as follows. First, the educare teachers mostly recognized the $3^{rd}$ standard childcare curriculum. Second, they were properly organizing and managing the 3rd standard childcare curriculum. Third, all the teachers of an infant class and a young children class were conducting the $3^{rd}$ standard childcare curriculum for every sector.

This paper is intended to investigate the Build-up Method of SCM(Supply Chain Management) Connection applying EC Standard. SCM helps companies plan and supply to meet customer demand. SCM is the only solution available today that enables an organization to strategize, plan and execute a company's buy, make, move, store, fulfill and service business processes across multiple enterprises for total profitability. The research of modern scientists has thrown new light on the subject. However, the study of SCM for EC Standard has been strangely neglected by critics. Consequently, existing SCM systems, which require to introduce the functions of EC, need to be changed. Summarizations of the main points that have been analyzed in this paper are as follows:. the sharing information for connection and the Rosetta-net standard of the existing SCM system(Order management module(PIP 3A4) of the Rosetta-net specifications for connection by the Rosetta-net). Finally, it shows the process of the gateway for connecting among the existing SCM systems.
