안전기준 분류에 따른 효과적 안전관리 (Effective Safety Management by the Classification of Safety Standard)

  • 본 연구는 다양한 안전사고와 관련된 법령들 간의 적용되고 있는 많은 안전기준을 분석하고 검토하여 사용자들이 활용할 수 있게 안전관리를 체계화하는 것이다. 안전관리를 체계화하기 위하여 안전기준체계를 일본, 미국, 독일 3개 국가의 기준체계를 살펴보고 안전관리(KOSAM) 개체관계도를 도출하였다. 개체관계도는 안전기준범위, 안전관리법령, 안전관리기준, 안전관리대상, 안전사고원인, 안전사고요인, 안전관리조직 개체들로 형성된다. 다음으로 각 개체들의 코드를 부여하였고 끝으로 개체관계도들 토대로 KOSAM 안전관리 조건검색화면을 설계하였다. 본 연구는 향후 안전기준 DB구축 및 안전관리 시스템개발 수행을 통해 안전기준 관리 및 운영에 대한 전반적인 향상을 가져올 것으로 판단된다.

건설공사 비탈면 유지관리에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Standard Management spectrum for the Cut Slope)

  • Recently, disaster that is earthquake, sever rainstorm and the tidal wave were increased by abnormal weather. These influence which is the slope stability of the completed slope as well as under construction slope is affected by disaster. But the management standard for the construction slope is incomplete. Also, the standard connected with construction slope is not integrated with the important public paper organic enemy and it is duplicated and the standards which conflict are being scattered. In this research which it sees consequently the inside and outside of the country construction slope the maintenance civil official relation law and standard investigation it leads and the problem point and a improvement program of management criterion and to sleep the construction slope which is suitable in domestic actuality it prepares and propose.

하천 유량.수질변화 특성을 고려한 수질오염총량관리 기준유량 조건에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Suggestions for Standard Flow Conditions considering the Variation of Stream Flow and Water Quality for the Management of Total Maximum Daily Loads)

  • The variation of stream flow is the one of the most important factors which influence on that of water quality in the unit watershed. The target water quality goal is established and permissible load is allotted in the base of the standard flow condition along with its water quality for the management of Total Maximum Daily Loads (TMDLs). A standard flow selected could cause problems in the load allotment if it was not properly arranged. This study reviewed the acquisition of water quality data, the self-variation and the retainability in water quality on the specific flow conditions. This study also proposed the median and the adjusted average flow condition out of general flow conditions as alternative standard flow conditions. It is considered that the alternatives can make the water quality data easily acquired and the water quality representativeness more enhanced on the standard flow conditions.

  • 본 연구에서는 국제표준화기구에서 제정 관리하고 있는 국제표준 중 재난관리 관련 국제표준, 특히 ISO/TC 292(Security-안전) 분과의 국제표준을 조사하여 재난관리 관련 국제표준 동향을 살펴보고, 각 국제표준과 관련된 국내 법 제도를 살펴보았다. 재난관리기관으로서 국민안전처(구 소방방재청)은 재난관리 관련 국제표준 제정 시 국내 적용하기 위한 방안을 지속적으로 마련하고 있다. 재난관리 관련 국제표준이 지속적으로 제정됨에 따라 재난관리기관은 국제표준을 도입하기 위한 방안을 모색하여 국제사회에 발맞춰 나갈 필요가 있다.

The development of a duck farm management and marketing standard diagnostic checklist

  • This research was done to develop a standard management checklist for duck farmers. To this end, experts in commercial duck farming participated in making a blueprint for a standard management checklist. This expert group consisted of ten members which included the researcher, a professor, an extension advisor and leading farmers in commercial duck farming. By collecting knowledge on commercial duck farming from these experts, a management performance index was made, and checking factors were designated. As a result of this expert survey, management outcome indicators and subdivision evaluation indicators were established. To confirm these results, a first stage Delphi expert survey was carried out. As a result, the experts were not in agreement with the farming scale of 1 - 4 levels and 2 levels in the management outcome indicators. Additionally, the experts were not in agreement on the choice of feed in the feeding management and the cooperative management system as well as the utilization of agricultural information in managing the business. The factors that did not have the same opinion among experts were surveyed by a second Delphi survey asking whether experts approve the requested value. As a result of the second Delphi survey, all factors have an approval rate that have a value of more than 90%. Finally, a standard management checklist was established based on the research result.

건축공사 안전관리비 비율 산정 모형에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Estimating Rate of Safety Management Cost in Building Work)

  • Standard safety management costs can not be applied to each site with same rate, it is very difficult, because it depends on the experience, work method, work kind, work progress schedule, and hazard level of each construction company. Therefore, this study is to find out hazard level of each work kinds through questionnaire and interview and investigate analyze the status which standard safety management costs have been used. Also, this study is to show reasonable rates of standard safety management costs in construction industry and to set up countermeasures against those problem after reviewing its status in korea with in Japan and Europe. This study is to investigate eleven project kinds of domestic system, first, and to investigate eleven items of apartment bldg, office. Also this study is to investigate and analyze performed costs of presently processing worker finished work so that it shows a new reasonable rate against standard safety management costs in construction industry, in order to make basical data and material to be systemized.

Additionally, three items of gymnasium, railway, particular steel tower are investigated in this study.   • Recently, in Korea, recognizing the importance of satellite imagery and a national project, the development of satellite providing satellite imagery information of 1m high resolution has been carried out. As the application of satellite. imagery information is expanded to the national land, the environment and geographical information, etc, the necessity of integrated management of satellite imagery information increases. Unfortunately, in case of Korea, currently, the results that institutes for satellite imagery processing produce with satellite imagery have been individually managed. Integrated Management of Satellite Imagery Information project which is being promoted by ETRI (Electronics and Telecommunication Research Institute) in Korea will provide the solutions for the above mentioned problems. In this research work, we designed standard metadata for integrated management of satellite imagery information in consideration of international and national standard.

기업재난관리표준의 법적성격과 문제점 개선에 관한 연구 (A study on the legal status and problem improvement of enterprise disaster management standard)

  • 연구목적 : 본 연구는 자본주의 경제의 한 축을 이루고 있는 기업 재난을 관리하여 사업연속성(Business Continuity)을 확보하고 더 나아가 리질리언스(Resilence, 복원력)를 보장하기 위한 일환으로 제정된 기업재난관리표준의 법적성격을 규명하고, 기업재난관리표준의 관련 산업분야 적용 시 문제점 개선방향을 제안 목적으로 한다. 연구방법 : 연구를 위해 관련 자료를 수집하여 헌법 및 기업재해경감법 등 법령 및 학술적 체계의 논리적 규명, HLS구조 등에 대한 문헌 연구를 수행하였다. 연구결과 : 기업재해경감법상의 기업재난관리표준이 ISO 22301:2012 국제표준보다 법적인 측면에서 위계가 상위에 있다는 것을 확인하였다. 결론 : 본 연구를 통해 기업재해경감법에 따른 기업재난관리표준의 명확한 해석을 함으로써 현업적용 및 관련규정의 발전적 방향을 수립해야 한다.

  • The purpose of this study is to propose improved apartment management rules so that the inhabitants of apartment houses can manage their apartment in efficient and transparent manners. This study points out several problems of current management system and propose improved apartment management rules by analyzing misconducts of management office, related laws and regulations, standard apartment management rules, these and judicial decisions. Therefore, the inhabitants may refer to this study in establishment or amendment of their apartment management rules.
