These service training is because it improves the service capabilities of contact for customer-facing employees to respond to customers as well as to improve customer satisfaction. This study is placed in the field after the service training aimed at Customer contact staff joined in 2013~2016 in the first half of these new recruits training education working in the Seoul Metro customers respond to customers in customer contact and practical services it will proceed to the empirical study of how this affects the satisfaction and loyalty to the organization for the job than to find a better improvement in the educational program.

Despite its importance to Thailand, museum tourism has not received sufficient attention from researchers and practitioners. Consequently, knowledge of museum tourist responses toward museum service quality is quite limited. Thus, the purpose of this study was to (1) examine the service quality of museums in Thailand and (2) revealed how tourists react positively namely through satisfaction and revisit intentions. This study further explored how the proposed relationships vary between Asian and European tourists. Based on Harrison and Shaw's (2004) museum experience model, facilities, staff services, and exhibition experience were proposed as three important service elements encountered during a service experience. Data were collected from foreign tourists who visited any of the 6 national museums in Bangkok. A total of 260 questionnaires were obtained over a 3-month period, all of which were retained and utilized for the analysis. Results found that exhibition experience and staff services were positively associated with tourist museum visit satisfaction, which in turn acted on revisit intention. In addition, exhibition experience was found to be the most important service element for Asian tourists, while staff services was most important for European tourists. Staff services and exhibition experience both played important roles in the tourist museum experience, while facilities did not have an effect on the evaluation of museum services. In response, museum managers need to implement a segmentation strategy that considers tourists' backgrounds such as region, culture, or nationality.

Purpose: The purposes of this study were to assess the oral health knowledge of nursing staff in long-term care institutions and to identify predictors of oral health knowledge. Method: For this descriptive correlation study, a self-administered and structured questionnaire was used. Respondents were 111 nursing staff in two long-term care facilities and two long-term care hospitals located in G metropolitan area and C province in the Southern part of Korea. Descriptive statistics, t-test or ANOVA, and stepwise multiple regression analysis were used to analyze the data. Results: Participants in this study did not have many opportunities to learn about oral health care for elders in long-term care institutions. The percentage of correct answer for oral health knowledge questionnaire was 64.5%. Predictors of oral health knowledge among nursing staffs were education on oral health in long-term care institutions, type of institution, and length of time working with elders. These three variables accounted for 24.2% of variance in oral health knowledge. Conclusions: Nursing staffs should make an effort to improve their knowledge of oral health. Moreover, oral health educational program for nursing staffs working with elders in long-term care institution is need to be developed and the effectiveness of this education needs to be evaluated.
This study aims to deal with hospital staff's recognition on the opening of the medical services market, their attitude to the opening - agreement and disagreement, and their intention to use a foreign hospital or to consult its doctors again. It was conducted for 450 employees of one university hospital located in Gyeonggi Province, Korea with systemized questionnaires. The main results of this study are as follows: First, Medical technicians showed the highest level recognition on the opening of the medical services market. Second, The percentage of agreement to the opening was the highest for medical technicians and lowest for doctors while that of agreement was the highest for doctors and lowest for nurses. For residents, among doctors, the percentage of disagreement was the lower than that of agreement. Third, the intention to use a foreign hospital and to consult its doctor again was the lowest for medical engineers and the highest for doctors. Fourth, The most urgent task for local hospitals to accomplish in response to the opening was the improvement of the diagnosis and treatment technologies for nurses, and the improvement of the service provided by the hospital staff for the others. For doctors, in particular, the improvement of the diagnosis and treatment technologies was just the fourth urgent task. In conclusion, the result varies to the type of occupation. Apparent difference was found for doctors, in particular, that seem to be directly affected by the opening of medical services market. Local hospitals and doctors, therefore, should make efforts together to improve the diagnosis and treatment technologies. All the hospital employees of every type of occupation, meanwhile, need to prepare for the opening with medical service of improved quality.
Day care center for the elderly is an alternative for community care for frail elderly who need social participation and physical cares and services outside the family. The purpose of this study was to identify the present situation of day care center for the elderly and to suggest desirable interior space plans for elderly day care center. Data were collected by two ways; a mail survey and case studies of existing day care centers. Five cases of day care centers were analyzed to find out Physical and space problems, available programs and services. Also, the staffs in 96 day care centers for the elderly in nationwide were selected for a mail survey and 68.8 percentage of all was collected and analyzed. From the result of case studies, narrow space and lack of accessibility features for wheelchair or other prosthetic devices were the major problems. From the result of a mail survey analysis, the elderly users were over 73 years old, and high proportion had suffered from dementia and apoplexy Also, staffing ration was 1:7 In other words, one staff was caring of 7 old people, and supporting staff was insufficient. Therefore, supportive, therapeutic environment Was more important issue to improve quality of care. Separate program room and outdoor space, lounging space, treatment room by gardening, separate counselling room, bedroom, a simple kitchen unit, staff office, separate physical treatment room, resting room for staff was indicated more necessarily. When priority of planning interior space was safety followed by accessability and convenience, it was also reported that sire of each room was generally narrow. The most serious problem in interior space was the lack and narrowness of space, and accessible features for mobility. Based on the literature review and the findings of this study, two types of floor plans for elderly day care center were suggested;‘a mixed type for the elderly with and without dementia’and‘a separate type for the elderly with dementia.’The main goals for designing interior space for two types of elderly day care center were to provide safe environment, encouraging environment for remaining abilities of users, sanitary environment, therapeutic environment, familiar environment, and socially-encouraging environment. The recommendations for further studies were suggested.
This study tries to survey general behaviors of the users and their's perceptions on the service quality, with the staff members' expectations, of the Information Commons in the National Digital Library of Korea. 'Computer Cluster,' 'User guide service' and 'Internet information' are most used and general facilities, services, and contents are most satisfied. The comparative analysis shows that the customers' perceptions of overall satisfaction, customer loyalty, and service quality and overall satisfaction of each three primary dimensions(library staff, resources and services, facility and physical environment) are higher than those of staff members' expectations.

Institutional repository has been regarded as core facilities of research libraries to realize open access by collecting, preserving, distributing of intellectual asset what institution has created. In our country, many universities and research institutions are trying to introduce institutional repository system. But almost universities not only take the negative attitude to manage properly, but also never give basic training to staff members who take over institutional repository job. This study brightens up the current status of Korean training system and compares the British and Japanese cases what shows diverse advanced managing cases. Furthermore, by putting together demands of hands-on workers, suggest direction of future institutional repository staff training system. First, institutional repository staff training system has to suggest strategies to induce strong support from institution. Second, it has to give not only courses about content collecting and registering, but also practical training. Finally, the program for enhancing system management technology has to be provided, and the place where technical staffs can share their system information mutually has to be provided.

Fluid is normally used so that certain drug can be administered to patients for certain period of time. There are many incidents in which patients or guardians need to call upon medical staff after estimating the time of fluid injection termination. In case fluid injection is terminated during certain period such as sleeping time or others, it may cause more fatigue for either patients or guardians. Also, it may lead to ineffective work as medical staff needs to monitor the quantity of fluid several times in order to check the time of fluid injection termination. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to propose LBS system combined of minimum equipment and active RFID to monitor the level of fluid in order to solve abovementioned problems. Also, it is expected to enhance the quality of medical service with service in which real-time monitoring of fluid quantity and patient location is conducted to provide accurate information to either patients, guardians, or medical staff(nurse) so that medical staff can locate and see patients at the time of fluid injection termination.

This study is aimed at examination and analysis of current status of university library's line and staff organization especially the private university's. Motivation for this study is based on the following facts : First, the library work now is changing from the conventional one to automated one. Second, librarians in the front line must be trained in the newly set work because of the separation of work process in automated libraries. Methodologies of this study, apart from theoretical aspects, were visiting and interviewing librarians at 30 university libraries, examining the current status and problems of the line and staff organization of the university libraries. The result from the study is as follows: First, interviewing reveals that 35% of the 75 private university library is having 'associate directorship by librarian' system. Benefits from this system are described, recommending other University libraries adopt this system. This system su n.0, pplements the weak point of concurrent director's office of lay professor, as well as encourages librarian's morale by promotion. Second, the current organization of the university libraries are to be reformed. Namely, 1) the name of each division must be newly and a n.0, ppropriately set of changed suiting for the work of automated library, thus reforming the division. This must be conducted via collection of opinions of the Korean Library and Information Science Society' and associated organizations. 2) Newly formed division(for example, administrative division or division of operation and management, division conducting digital library work, etc.) must be added to the line and staff organization. 3) For information service division, there must be a certain number of subject specialists. 4) Status of the directorship of university library, librarianship, issue of renaming of university library are also described.
The purpose of this study was to clarify spatial composition of the staffs at nursing homes for the elderly with dementia. For this, the data was taken from the staffs in 2 nursing homes in Tokyo by the questionnaire from December4 to 28 in 2004. Replicated MDS (Multi-dimensional Scaling) was employed for data analysis. The results of the study were following. Staffs perceived nursing home by four spatial compositions; facility spaces as like sanitation room, laundry, bathroom, washroom, washbowl, social interaction spaces as like training room, inner court/balcony, living room, staff related spaces as like room for staff, treatment room, fundamental living spaces as like bedroom, dining room. According to two-dimensional perceptual map, sanitation room was wanted near by laundry, treatment room was wanted near by room for staff, bedroom was wanted near by dining room, and training room, living room were wanted near by inner court/balcony. On the other hand, washbowl and washroom were desired somewhere near by every spaces. Therefore, simple shaped washbowls are desired to install in dining room, living room, hallways. And sanitation room and laundry were desired somewhere remote by dining room, bedroom, and living room. Responding upper results, it is recommended planning for visual and sense of smell isolation in case of having difficulty in floor structure and circulation.
